항공사종사자의 역할스트레스가 감정고갈에 미치는 영향 연구 = A Study on the Effects of role Stress of Airlines Employee on Their Burnout

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of role stress of airlines employee on their burnout. The study was aimed to manage and prevent the burnout that could cause negative job outcomes from happening and to ensure the competitiveness in management. In order to figure out the effects of role stress, burnout and self-efficacy, an empirical study was conducted. The subjects of study included the reservation clerks and airport staff who worked for offices in Korea. The survey was conducted for research and was re-formulated based on precedent researches and experts` researches. After analyzing job stress affecting burnout, the following has been found. role stress for emotional exhaustion had significant effects on role, subordinates and role conflict, role stress for disengagement showed significant correlation in role ambiguity and repetitive duties and role stress for feelings of reduced personal accomplishment showed significant differences in role conflict and repetitive duties. Lastly, after analyzing the control effects of self-efficacy, the factor of self-efficacy controlling emotional exhaustion was a sense of confidence and the factor of disengagement was a sense of confidence and self-control. Meanwhile, the control variables of feelings of reduced personal accomplishment were a sense of self-control and controlling effects in the difficulty of assignment.
