전문계 고등학생이 지각한 진로장애와 자아탄력성이 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 = Influence of Perceived Career Barrier and Ego-Resilience on Career Attitude Maturity of Vocational High School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of perceived career barrier and ego-resilience on career attitude maturity of vocational high school students. For this study, data from 434 vocational high school students(221 boys and 213 girls) in Pusan and Pohang were gathered using 'Career Barrier Scale for Korean Male and Female Adolescents,' 'Resilience Scale for Korea Adolescents,' and 'Career Attitude Maturity Inventory.' Pearson`s correlation and hierarchical regression analysis were performed to analyze the data.
The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that perceived career barrier significantly affects students' career attitude maturity. However, ego-resilience appeared to moderate the negative effect of perceived career barrier on students' career attitude maturity. Particularly, the intellectual and will factors were relatively important variables in predicting the level of career attitude maturity of vocational high school students. The result of this study suggested that in order to improve career attitude maturity of vocational high school students, it is important to improve their ego-resilience.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

청소년기는 진로선택을 위해 자신과 직업에 대한 정보를 획득하고 탐색하는 시기로서 올바른 진로태도성숙을 이루는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 전문계 고등학생의 진로태도성숙에 진로장애와 자아탄력성이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝힘으로써 진로태도성숙을 향상시키기 위한 효과적인 진로지도 방안을 도모하고자 하였다. 연구에는 부산과 포항의 4개 전문계 고등학교 학생 434명(남; 221명, 여; 213명)이 참여하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 전문계 고등학생이 지각하는 진로장애는 진로태도성숙에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 전문계 고등학생이 지각하는 자아탄력성은 진로태도성숙에 영향을 주었으며, 진로장애의 부정적인 영향을 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문계 고등학생의 진로태도성숙의 하위요인은 진로장애와 자아탄력성의 영향을 받았으며, 하위요인에 따라 그 영향력이 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구는 전문계 고등학생을 대상으로 진로태도성숙에 미치는 진로장애와 자아탄력성의 영향을 밝히고 자아탄력성이 진로장애의 영향력을 감소시킨다는 사실을 확인함으로써 전문계 고등학생을 위한 진로지도 및 상담에 시사점을 주었다는 데 그 의의가 있다.
