CVM을 이용한 근대문화유산의 가치평가에 관한 연구 (인천 최초사 박물관의 건립사례를 중심으로)

This study estimates the non-market value of culture and investigates the determinants of visitor`s willingness to ay for the cultural heritage. The purpose of this study is to estimate the total net value of Incheon the first museum which is the located in Incheon, using a Contingent Valuation Method(CVM). Incheon is the site where early establishment of Western cultures were made. Notwithstanding its motives and periodical background, it was the first ground on which Western cultures were established and its historical meaning is great in terms of educational value. The benefit estimate derived from the linear logit model and log logit model. Total net use value of The first museum is estimated 8,138 billion won averaging about 2,000 elder statemans were tall than the other similar museum. However, since most modern cultural heritage was formulated by the hands of foreign powers and its developmental history is recent, most people fail to see its value as cultural treasure. Therefore this study seeks an adequate understanding and value judgment of such modern cultural heritage by contingent valuation method, focusing especially on the case study of Korean Early History Museum, centering on its establishment and value as tourist source.
