사회인지진로이론을 적용한 대학생의 주관적 안녕 예측모형 = A Structural Model of Subjective Well-Being on the Social Cognitive Career Theory

The purpose of this study is to predict and to test the structural model of variables effect on students' subjective well-being. This study was constructed on basis the social cognitive career theory. The model attempted to account for the interplay among six sets of variables: career satisfaction, life satisfaction, affective traits, goal- directed activity, outcome expectations, and social supports. The sample of the present study consisted of 385 college students. The data were analyzed by conducting exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The findings are as follows: Firstly, this study model was a good fit. Secondly, social supports, outcome expectations, and goal-directed activity mediated affective traits and life satisfaction. Thirdly, there was no significant difference between affective traits and career satisfaction. Finally, limitations and recommendations of this study were discussed for further studies.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회인지진로이론이 상정하는 이론적 모형에 주관적 안녕감인 특질적 정서, 삶의 만족, 진로만족 요인들이 어떻게 적용될 수 있는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Lent와 Brown(2008)의 통합사회인지진로이론 모형에서 제시한 목표지향행동, 결과기대, 환경적 지지, 특질적 정서, 진로만족, 그리고 삶의 만족 6가지 요인들을 사용하여 모형의 적합성을 검증하였다. 모형의 검증 분석을 위해 대학생 385명을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0 프로그램과 AMOS 18.0 프로그램이 사용되었다. 연구결과 본 연구의 모형은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 연구모형 검증에서 특질적 정서의 진로만족에 대한 영향력을 제외한 진로만족, 삶의 만족, 목표지향행동, 결과기대, 환경적 지지 변인들 간에는 정적인 직접적 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타나, 사회인지진로이론 모형에 대한 주관적 안녕감 요인의 적용 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 제한점과 제언을 논의하였다.
