방과후학교 강사의 무형식 학습 활동과 학습 전이의 관계에 대한 사회적 네트워크 접근성의 조절 효과 = Moderating Effects of Social Network Accessibility on the Relationship Between Informal Learning Activity and Learning Transfer among After-school Teachers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 방과후학교 강사의 무형식 학습 활동과 학습 전이의 관계에 대한 사회적 네트워크 접근성의 조절 효과를 살펴봄으로써 무형식 학습 활동, 학습 전이, 사회적 네트워크 접근성의 관계에 대한 이론적 논의를 제공하고, 방과후학교 강사의 전문성 향상을 위한 실천적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Choi(2009)의 무형식 학습 활동, Hatala(2009)의 사회적 네트워크 접근성, 이도형(1995)의 학습 전이 측정 도구를 활용하여 인천 지역 방과후학교 강사 912명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 총 546부가 회수되었으며(회수율: 59.7%) 그 중 493개의 응답을 분석 자료로 활용하였다(유효 자료율: 53.9%). 분석 결과, 무형식 학습 활동, 학습 전이, 사회적 네트워크 접근성은 상호 정적인 상관 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 무형식 학습 활동이 학습 전이에 정적인 영향을 미치며, 사회적 네트워크 접근성은 무형식 학습 활동의 하위 변인 중 타인과의 학습과 학습 전이의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 무형식 학습 활동, 학습 전이 및 사회적 네트워크 접근의 관계에 관한 이론적 논의와 방과후학교 강사의 전문성 개발을 위한 몇 가지 시사점을 제시하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of social network accessibility on the relationship between informal learning activities and learning transfer in the after-school teachers. This study surveyed after-school teachers in Incheon region from October 10, 2012 to November 2, 2012, so that 493 of them was gotten as valid data. The survey instrument was composed of three main parts measuring the levels of informal learning activity, social network accessibility, and learning transfer of the respondents, including demographic information part. Data was analyzed by the methods of exploratory factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.
The results of this study were as follows: First, informal learning activity had positive effect on learning transfer among after-school teachers. Second, social network accessibility had moderating effects on the relationship between informal learning activity and learning transfer among after-school teachers. Especially, of three variables of social network accessibility, learning with other person was only variable moderating the relationship between informal learning activity and learning transfer. Based upon these results, several suggestions were made to improve after-school teachers’ expertise and enhance the quality of after-school education.
