대학생의 진로개발역량 강화를 위한 프로그램 모형 개발 연구

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop the learner-centered employment and career competence program for university students based on the analysis of employment support program and the derive of basic skills and training needs for employment. Through the research, it was expected that the frame of the employment and career competence program was founded and this allowed the promotion of the employment and career competence to improve employment. To develop the program model, employment and career programs were analyzed and basic skills were identified to enhance employment and career competence. Developing employment and career competence program model was divided into two tracks, long-term program and short-term program to meet the needs of students. The long-term program consisted of self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration, career planning. The short-term program focused on career planning for students to prepare employment.
