보육교사와 어머니간 신뢰와 협력이 유아-교사 관계에 미치는 영향 = The Influences of trust and cooperation between the teachers and mothers of young children on the child-teacher relations in child care centers

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of trust and cooperation between the teachers and mothers of young children on the child-teacher relations in child care centers. First of all, according to the result of descriptive statistics, the degree of trust between teachers for young children and mothers showed higher level than that of cooperation between them. In the sub-category of cooperation, the degree was high in the order of information sharing, information seeking, and adults relations. In terms of the result of relational analysis between the teacher-mother trust and the child-teacher relations in child care center, there were negative relations between teacher-mother trust and child-teacher conflict relations and dependence relations whereas there were positive relations between teacher-mother trust and child-teacher friendly relations. On the other hand, the analysis of the relations between teacher- mother cooperation and the child-teacher relations revealed negative relations only for the relations between the information sharing sub category of cooperation and child-teacher dependence relations. Finally, the analysis of the relative influence of trust and cooperation between teacher and mother on the child-teacher relations showed that the teacher -mother trust explains 6% of child-teacher conflict relations, and 4% of friendly relations. These results suggest that child-teacher relations can become stable when teacher-mother trustworthy relations are developed and maintained.
