대학생의 현금 기부 의도 결정 요인 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 계획행동이론을 이용하여 대학생 141명을 대상으로 자선단체에 대한 현금 기부 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 투입된 주요 변인은 계획행동이론의제 변인을 비롯한 추가 변인이었다. 계획행동이론의 변인은 경험적 태도, 도구적 태도, 지시적 규범, 기술적 규범, 능력, 통제력 등이었다. 추가 변인은 도덕적 규범, 자기 정체성, 그리고 과거 경험 등이었다. 회귀분석 결과 투입된 변인은 대학생의 현금 기부 의도를 54% 정도 설명하는 것으로 조사되었다. 아울러 대학생의 현금 기부 의도에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 분석된 변인은 경험적 태도, 능력, 도덕적 규범, 자기 정체성 등으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과의 이론적ㆍ실무적 함의가 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

A revised theory of planned behavior(TPB) model was used to determine the influence of attitude(experience/instrumental), subjective norms(injunctive/descriptive), perceived behavioral control(capability/controllability), moral norms, self-identity, and past behavior on college students’ intentions to donate money to charitable organizations. Respondents(N=141) completed a questionnaire assessing the constructs of the revised TPB model. Hierarchical multiple regression analyses revealed support for the revised TPB model. Experiential attitude, capability, moral norms, and self-identity predicted charitable giving intentions: however, past behavior did not explain donating intentions.
