고등학교 남학생의 인터넷 중독과 자존감, 자기통제력 및 충동성과의 관계 = Internet Addiction, Self-Esteem, Self-Control, and Impulsiveness Among Male High School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined whether level of internet addition differed by type of high school, average daily time spent for using internet, and perceived level of internet addition. Also, the study explored the relationships between internet addition, self-esteem, and impulsiveness. Data were collected from 484 male high school students who were first and second graders. Results showed that the number of those who were classified as addicted to internet did not differ by school type, that the addicted group showed higher internet usage than did general internet users, and that about half of the addicted perceived themselves to be addicted to internet. The addicted group was found to have lower self-esteem, lower self-control, but higher impulsiveness than did general users.
