      The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of work-life balance which can be perceived by first class hotel employees in seoul on subjective career success and career commitment. A total of 360 questionnaires were distributed and 344 questionnaires were collected. Of these, 316 questionnaires were used for data analyses excluding 28 questionnaires with missing values. The major results of this study are as follows. First, testing the first hypothesis, it was proven that the work-family balance and chances of employment, work-growth balance and career satisfaction, work-growth balance and chances of employment all had positive influences on each other. The second hypothesis was tested and showed that career satisfaction and chance of employment, a subordinate elements of subjective career success had positive effects on career commitment. Testing the third hypothesis, it was found out that work-leisure balance and work-growth balance both had positive influences on career commitment. Therefore, hotel organization should be used to give continuous attention and support to family providing employees with mentoring and coaching If, through cross training and overseas benchmarking which is a non-monetary benefit, work-life balance is given to employees, their career success and career commitment can be increased. Also, hotel organization should support employee`s continuous growth, providing various career path.
