경영컨설팅완성도와 경영컨설팅성과의 관계에 대한 기업특성의 매개효과 분석 = Analyses of the Completion Index of Management Consulting on Consulting Performance and the Mediating Effect of Client Firm Characteristics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 경영컨설팅완성도가 경영컨설팅성과에 미치는 영향과 컨설팅 의뢰기업특성의 매개효과를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 경영컨설팅프로세스의 성공적인 수행정도로 규정되는 경영컨설팅완성도는 경영관리성과와 업무효율성과로 구분된 경영컨설팅성과에 유의한 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경영컨설팅 의뢰기업의 경영자지원과 변화수용력으로 파악된 조직특성은 경영컨설팅완성도와 경영컨설팅성과의 관계에 대하여 매개효과를 나타내는 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 따라 경영컨설팅프로세스의 성공적인 수행은 경영컨설팅성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 경영자지원과 조직의 변화수용력에 의하여 경영컨설팅성과를 더욱 높일 수 있는 것으로 파악된다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 경영컨설팅을 의뢰하는 기업의 입장에서 경영컨설팅성과의 실무적인 개선방안을 강구하고 실질적인 경영컨설팅의 효율성을 평가하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 경영컨설팅성과의 결정요인을 파악하는 등의 후속적인 연구를 활성화하는데도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

This study analyzes empirically the completion index of management consulting on consulting performance and the mediating effect of client firm characteristics.
According to research results, the completion index of management consulting prescribed by successful execution of consulting process gives significant positive effect on management consulting performance which is classified as managerial improvement and operating efficiency. Client firm characteristics measured by management support and change receptive capacity are analyzed to give mediating effect on the relationship of completion index of management consulting and consulting performance. Therefore, it is understood that successful execution of management consulting process result in positive consulting performance and both management support and change receptive capacity are able to increase the consulting performance. On the whole, results of this study can contribute to developing practical usefulness of management consulting in view points of client firms, estimating substantial efficiency of consulting, and activating future studies of understanding key factors of management consulting performance.
