도시와 농촌지역 청소년의 학교부적응에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 비교연구 = A Comparative Study on Factors of the Effects on Juvenile's Maladjustment to their School Life in Urban or Rural Community

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to explore the factors that affected urban or rural community on juvenile's maladjustment in their school. To do so, total 1,200 subjects from urban and rural areas in J were sampled and surveyed with a self-reported questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, this researcher that the teachers' support most significantly affected adolescent's demands on their school life in both urban and rural community. Second, this study showed that the factors including internal locus of control, low intimacy of family, and a school record-related stress from parents and teachers significantly affected their maladaptive school life in both of them. Third, this demonstrated that the subjects solely from big cities were more affected by factors such as the family's relationship without intimacy, the parents' neglect of children, and family's support, while the ones only from small towns were by a conflict with their parents, and peers' emotional support. Based on these statistical analysis, this researcher suggested that services, and program that targeted juvenile feeling difficulties in performing in their school life should be built and offered the difference of community between cities and countrysides.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 도시와 농촌지역 청소년의 학교부적응에 어떠한 요인이 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자, J지역 도시와 농촌 청소년 1200명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 개인심리적 요인, 가족요인, 사회환경요인이 도시와 농촌 청소년의 학교부적응에 영향을 파악한 결과 도시와 농촌 청소년 모두 교사지지가 가장 크게 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교사지지를 제외하고 도시와 농촌 청소년 모두에게 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 내적통제소재, 부모관련 학업스트레스, 교사관련 학업스트레스 등이 있었다. 또한 도시청소년에게만 영향을 미친 요인은 가족비유대감, 부모무관심, 가족지지 등이 있었으며 농촌청소년에게만 영향을 미치는 요인은 부모와의 갈등, 친구지지 등으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 결국 청소년의 학교부적응 문제에 대해 지역적 특성을 고려한 개입이 필요함을 시사해주고 있다.
