초등 스포츠 강사제 운영의 교육적 가치와 지원 방안 = Educational Value and Policy Support Plan of Elementary School Sport instructor System

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to suggest the policy direction for the revitalization of Sport instructor system on educational aspect functions as follows. This study used a method of qualitative research, and had intensively collected and analyzed data from March to December 2010. First, This should help to promote the healthy life and fitness for students.
Second, it can give students any more experiences. And we should put the following the elementary school sport instructor system policies into action to them. First, the sport instructor help substantial: preparing contents and strategies of physical education instruct methods, conducting consulting systems and instruction monitoring for teachers in the elementary school. Second, the sport instructor system will be provided a fun and pleasures and supported after-school sport activities for students in elementary school. For it, we should add more attention of sport instructors and guarantee their status, improve their labor conditions, raise homeroom teachers' awareness of them and support system for sport instructors and physical education in elementary schools.
