호텔종사원의 조직커뮤니케이션, 자기효능감, 조직지원, 직무태도간의 관계 = A Study on the Effects of Organization Communication Self-efficacy, Organization Support and Job Attitude in Hotel Employee

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is the hotel industry hotel employees who worked on the organizational communication, self-efficacy, organizational support, sought to clarify the relationship between job attitudes. First, the communication of the results of self-efficacy and self-efficacy in the relationship between communication and relationship shows significant relationship between communication and organizational support also significantly correlated with each other were formed. The relationship between organizational support and job attitudes, and even significant relationship was formed. These results help the organization to operate as an important means of self-efficacy and organizational support can be seen that the important concepts. Thus, organizational communication, self-efficacy, organizational support, sought to clarify the relationship between job attitudes. The study of corporate communications environment requires continuous research, which means that companies deliver formal and informal means of meaning of which can be important.
