사회적 네트워크 관련 HRD 및 평생교육 연구동향: 개념연결망 분석을 활용하여 = The Research Trends in the Field of HRD and Lifelong Education Related with Social Networks: Based on Conceptual Network Analysis

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the research trends related with social network in the field of HRD(Human Resource Development) and lifelong education and suggest academic directions for that. For the purpose, articles were collected from 12 journals(ex: Adult Education Quarterly, Human Resource Development Quarterly, The Korean Journal of HRD research) and from 3 academic DBs(ex: EBSCO). And 91 articles which were related with social network, HRD, and lifelong education were analyzed. Especially we used concept networks analysis which was utilized for analyzing qualitative data(titles of articles) in the area of social networks analysis by UNICET 6.0. The analyses of data showed that followings: 1) Social network was more closely connected with learning network, local network, and university than other nods. 2) There were 17 communities and which were about learning network, local network, on-line, education-welfare network and so on. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this study were discussed.
