인문,사회과학편 : 고등학교 학생농구선수가 인지하는 코치-선수의 관계가 팀워크 및 팀 효과성에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of High-school Student Basketball Players` Perceived Coach-player Relationship on Teamwork Level and the Team Effectiveness

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to present some preliminary empirical data that can be used in follow-up studies on sports teams. Empirically investigating how high-school student basketball players’ perceived coach-player relationship affects the teamwork level and the team effectiveness and analyzing the how the students’ characteristics affect and the coach-player relationship, teamwork level and team effectiveness. The population of this study were male high-school basketball players. Among this population, 217 players were selected as a valid sample through purposeful sampling, and were used in the analysis process. To test the hypothesis of this study, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, multiple-regression analyses were used, the following results have been drawn from this study. 1) Perceived coach-player relationship is effect on teamwork level that first, the dedication, friendliness and complementariness have been discovered to have a positive influence on the equal coaching. Second, the dedication and complementariness have been discovered to have a positive influence on the solidarity of each team. Third, the dedication and complementariness have been discovered to have a positive influence on the comradeship. Fourth, the friendliness and complementariness have been discovered to have a positive influence on the leadership. 2) Perceived coach-player relationship on team effectiveness that first, the dedication and complementariness have been discovered to have a positive influence on the team immersion. Second, the dedication and complementariness have been discovered to have a positive influence on the team satisfaction. 3) Teamwork level on team effectiveness that first, the comradeship and leadership have been discovered to have a positive influence on the team immersion. Second, the equal coaching and comradeship have been discovered to have a positive influence on the team satisfaction.
