교육 소외 경험에 대한 트랜스내셔널 비교연구: 이주노동자 자녀와 한국 빈곤층 청소년에 대한 비교를 중심으로 = Transnational comparative research on educational alienation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research aims to show how educational exclusion is related to the attitude of future through comparative research between migrant workers` children and adolescents in poverty. Korean society has faced an increase of flow in migrants workers. The fact of increasing number of migrant worker requires a necessity to understand the relation between them. This research shows the following foundings. 1) They experienced the educational exclusion. Children of migrant workers are excluded from educational system because of their illegal status. Korean adolescents in poverty are excluded from educational competitive system due to their poverty. 2) Their experiences of educational exclusion are affected by the following conditions in which they are situated. For adolescents of migrant worker, they are founded in expectation from family and having the possibility of transformation through migration in their mind. For Korean adolescents in poverty, they are founded in lacks of caring network and the possibility of approaching to peer group on line and streets. They show such following things regarding their attitude of their future. Children of migrant workers have been constituted of subject who are willing to expect the better chance for their future. But Korean adolescents in poverty have been formed of subject who decided not to discipline themselves according to social norm and order. These differences between them show they can overcome their hardships and create positive attitude in order to live a better life.
