다층모형을 활용한 전문대학 교육서비스와 전문대학생의 고용가능성의 관계 = The Effects of College Educational Service on Student's Employability

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 전문대학 교육서비스가 학생들의 고용가능성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 전문대학 교육관련 전문가를 대상으로 한 델파이 조사를 통해 전문대학 교육서비스의 구성요소를 학생차원과 대학차원의 2차원으로 도출하였고, 고용가능성을 측정하기 위해 대학생을 대상으로 개발된 Rothwell 등(2008)의 조사도구를 통해 설문조사를 실시하였다.
설문조사는 2010년 10월20일부터 10일간 전국 26개 전문대학에 1,300명의 학생을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 1,096부의 유효설문지가 분석에 활용되었다. 연구결과 전문대학의 학생차원 교육서비스 변수는 고용가능성의 대학 내 변량의 40.37%를 설명하였다. 마지막으로 대학차원 교육서비스 변인 중 전문대학생의 고용가능성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것은 학교 특성화 계획 수립여부로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 지역별, 학교별로 특성화된 전문대학을 양성하여 국가발전을 위한 전문직업인 양성에 노력을 기울여야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of student and college level educational service on student's employability. The study examined (1)how much student level educational service had effects on college students' employability and (2) how much college level educational service had effects on college students' employability. The study collected student level data from 26 colleges through convenience sampling method and college level data from the Academic Info 2010. And to enhance survey validity the study applied Delphi technique from 13 panels. For multilevel analysis, SPSS 12.0 and HLM 6.08 were used.
Findings indicated that student level educational service affects on college student's employability. Specifically, teaching area, professor lecture area, competency development area, school activity area at the student level affects on employability. And college level educational service also affects on college student's employability. Specifically, college characterization has significant effects on employability.
These findings suggested that colleges have to control the quality of class and make efforts to support professor's continuing professional development. And colleges have to establish characterization plan and concentrate their competency on their characterized area. Government and policy makers also have to support to improve college student's employability to extend technical specialists who will contribute to improve national industry.
