도서를 활용한 인지행동치료 프로그램이 저소득층 한부모가정 청소년의 우울과 사회적 기술에 미치는 효과 = The effects of cognitive behavioral therapy using books on depression and social skills of adolescents from single-parent low-income families

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of cognitive behavioral therapy using books on depression and social skills of adolescents from low-income single-parent families. The program included cognitive reconstruction and social skill training. The program was carried out in eight 80-minute weekly sessions. Pre- and post-tests were administered to both a treatment group(n=7) and a control group(n=7). The collected data were statistically analyzed through non-parametric procedures. The main findings of the study were as follows. First, the adolescents of the treatment group showed a significant decrease in depression. Second, the adolescents of the treatment group showed a significant increase in social skills. Third, the adolescents of the treatment group showed a positive change in the automatic thoughts and beliefs associated with depression and social skills.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 저소득층 한부모가정 청소년 자녀의 우울 감소와 사회적 기술 향상을 목적으로 도서를 활용한 인지행동치료 프로그램을 개발, 실시한 후 그 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 G중학교와 서울시 소재 S중학교 2학년생 저소득층 한부모가정 자녀 14명을 각각 실험집단과 통제집단에 선정하였다. 프로그램은 인지적 재구성과 사회적 기술 훈련을 중심으로 구성되었으며, 주 1회 매 회기 80분씩 총 8회기가 진행되었다. 프로그램의 효과는 실험집단과 통제집단을 대상으로 사전·사후 검사를 실시한 후 비모수 맨 휘트니 유 검정과 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정으로 통계처리 하였다. 또한 실험집단을 대상으로 자동적 사고 및 신념 기록지의 사전·사후 변화를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로그램 실시 후 저소득층 한부모가정 청소년의 우울은 유의한 감소를 나타냈다. 둘째, 프로그램 실시 후 저소득층 한부모가정 청소년의 사회적 기술은 유의한 증가를 나타냈다. 셋째, 프로그램 실시 후 저소득층 한부모가정 청소년의 우울과 사회적 기술 관련 자동적 사고 및 신념은 긍정적인 변화를 나타냈다. 본 연구 결과는 학교 및 상담 현장에서 저소득층 한부모가정 청소년의 우울 감소와 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 단기 집단치료 프로그램 개입 가능성을 시사한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
