소매틱 댄스스포츠의 교육적 가능성과 방향 = Educational Possibility and Direction of Somatic Dance Sports

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Somatics means the physical recovery searching for human revolution through physical activity. Usually, somatics has been usually mentioned to recognize static body and its scope was not entire from the aspect of the bias of physical activity. The whole man, which is emphasized in physical education, requires better trial. When checking the damage of current over-education, the somatic study alternative of dance will be a fresh approach. The dance study should be reflected on the goal of education as experience, essence, recognition and physics. The importance of dance depends on the completion of humanity through the consideration on experience. the somatic education of dance sports is based on non-linguistic type & procedure, exploration & development related with internal experience and detection of human, showing infinite possibility of education. Especially, the traditional somatics is based on essence & experience of human, it can draw practical agreement and all-human view theoretically. Therefore, the dance sports education accompanying somatic education is a goal and alternative for self-discovery. Through dance sports, the direction of somatics education was concluded as follows. First, it is necessary to perform the self-directed learning. Second, it is necessary to provide various viewpoints based on creative thought. Third, it is necessary to relive rank and anxiety of existing education by searching for the development of new integrated study. Briefly speaking, the somatic dance education in physical education will contribute to the cultivation of personality and wise adoption of various emotional aspects experienced in life.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

소매틱스(Somatics)는 신체활동을 통한 경험을 가지고 인간의 혁명을 촉구하는 일종의 신체 복귀를 의미한다. 보통 소매틱은 정적인 몸을 인식할 때 자주 거론되어 신체활동의 편향성 측면에서 그 범위가 전체적이지 못하였다. 체육교육에서 강조하는 전인은 보다 나은 변화의 시도가 있어야 하고, 현행 과잉 교육의 폐해를 점검해 보았을 때, 춤의 소매틱적 학습 대안은 신선한 접근이 될 것이다. 춤 학습이 경험과 본질, 의식과 신체로서 교육의 목적에 반영되어야 하며, 이러한 체험의 성찰을 통한 인간성의 완성에 춤의 중요성이 있다고 보았다. 댄스스포츠의 소매틱스적 교육은 비언어적 형태와 절차, 내적 체험과 관련된 탐구와 발달, 인간의 발견에 근거를 두고 있기에 교육으로서 가능성이 무한하다. 특히 전통적 소매틱이 인간본성, 경험을 본질로 삼고 있으므로 이론적으로 실제의 일치, 전인적인 인간관 등을 끌어낼 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 소매틱 경험이 수반되는 댄스스포츠 교육은 자아발견을 위한 목표이자 대안이다. 이러한 댄스스포츠를 통한 소매틱 교육의 방향을 다음과 같이 결론지었다. 첫 번째, 자기주도적인 학습을 가능하게 하며, 두 번째, 창의적 사고에 일조하여 다양한 시각을 제공할 것, 세 번째, 새로운 통합학습으로서의 발견을 모색하여 기존교육의 서열중심, 불안 등을 완화할 수 있을 것이다. 정리하자면, 체육교육에서 소매틱적 춤 교육은 인격을 도야하여 인생에서 경험할 수 있는 다양한 감정적 측면들을 지혜롭게 수용할 수 있도록 도울 것이다.
