보육교사의 감정노동 해소에 관한 연구 = A Study of Solution on Child Care Teachers Emotional Labor

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육시설에서 근무하는 보육교사의 감정노동을 이해하기 위한 연구이다. 보육교사가 어떤 상황에서 감정노동을 경험하고, 감정노동으로 인한 소진예방을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 보육교사의 감정노동의 유형에 대해 알아본다. 둘째, 보육교사의 감정노동 극복방안을 제시한다. 마지막으로 보육교사의 감정노동 해소를 통한 보육서비스의 질적 향상을 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 10명의 참여자들의 심층면담으로 이루어졌으며, 자료수집은 2011년 8월에서 10월 사이에 일대일 면접을 통해 이루어졌다. 근거이론의 절차에 따라 자료수집과 동시에 분석작업을 수행하면서 제시된 단계를 충실히 따르고자 했다. 개방코딩에서는 근거이론의 패러다임에 따른 개념 및 범주화 자료 분석을 실시했다. 보육시설에서 보육교사의 감정노동 해결을 위해서는 다음의 결론을 도출했다. 첫째는 보육시설 내에서 보육교사에 대한 정서적 지원, 긍정적 표출, 전문성 확보를 위한 지원이 필요하다. 둘째는 학부모의 교육을 통해서 교사와 학부모 간의 신뢰를 쌓은 것이 필요하다. 셋째는 체계적인 보육교사 자격발급과정이 필요하다. 마지막으로는 보육교사의 근무환경 개선과 적절한 보상이 수반되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study of childcare teacher working in childcare center to understand the emotional labor is research. The purpose of this study is the childcare teacher experience working in some situations, emotions, and feelings caused by work to prevent burnout is to provide a basis for. First, the feelings of childcare teacher find out about the types of labor. Second, the childcare teacher's emotional labor suggests ways to overcome. Finally, childcare teacher with feelings of relief work to improve the quality of child care services is to provide. This study of 10 participants took place in-depth interviews, data collection in August-October 2011 was done through one-to-one interviews. Grounded theory in accordance with the procedures of data collection and analysis while working at the same time faithful to follow the steps outlined were: In open coding paradigm based on the concepts of the theory and categorical data analysis was performed. Childcare teacher in day care in order to resolve the emotional labor of the following conclusions were drawn. First, for childcare teacher in day care and emotional support, expressing a positive, professional support is required to secure. Secondly, through education of parents and gained the trust between teachers and parents is necessary. Third, the systematic process of issuing qualified childcare teacher is needed. Finally, childcare teacher to improve the working environment and must be accompanied by appropriate compensation.
