Stufflebeam의 7-CIPP 평가 모형에 기초한 대학 학습동아리 프로그램 평가 준거 개발

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop evaluation factors of college-level learning community program
based on Stufflebeam’s 7-CIPP evaluation model. To achieve this, first, 12 main categories, 23
sub-categories and 82 evaluation factors were drawn through a review of previous studies. Second, the first
version of factors were reviewed by six experts in education field and then tested a content validity using
the Lawshe(1975)’s Content Validity Ratio(CVR) formula. Third, survey data of 798 students who
participated in a learning community program of A university were analyzed to test the goodness of fit
and reliability of evaluation model. Finally, a total of 53 factors were developed. The context evaluation
included 10 factors regarding program needs, program goals, and improvement for the program. The input
evaluation included 17 factors regarding the appropriateness of human and material resources, The process
evaluation included 11 factors regarding the cognitive, affective, and administrative aspects of teaching and
learning activities. The product evaluation included 15 factors, regarding influence, effectiveness,
sustainablity, and learning transfer of the program. The results of this study can be utilized to identify the
educational effectiveness of the program systematically as well as to assist in implementing the program
and in deciding the direction of the program.
