인문,사회과학편 : 유소년 스포츠클럽 상사의 리더십이 종사자의 집단효능감 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Impact of Employers' Leadership Behaviors on Employees' Collective Efficacy and Job Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of employers` leadership behaiviors on employees` collective efficacy and job satisfaction from youth sports clubs in Korea. A total of 300 employees from 30 youth sport clubs were selected using a convenient sampling method. 209 usable questionnaires were returned to the researchers. Data analyses were conducted for frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, test of normality, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple and simple regression analyses with PASW 18.0. The results of this study indicated that (1) transformational leadership had a positive impact on collective efficacy, (2) emotional leadership had a positive influence on collective efficacy, (3) transformational leadership had a positive impact on job satisfaction, (4) emotional leadership had a positive influence on job satisfaction, and (5) collective efficacy positively affected job satisfaction. Practical implications of findings were discussed.
