전문대학생의 진로장벽과 진로적응의 관계에 대한 대학생활 적응의 매개 및 조절 효과 = Mediation and Moderation Effect of College Life Adaption between Career Barriers and Career Adaptability among Junior College Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations of career barriers and career adaptability and to examine the mediation effects and moderation effects of college life adaptation on these relations. For this study, 701 junior college students were recruited. Results were as follows. Firstly, career barriers was negatively correlated with college life adaptation and career adaptability. Secondly, by multiple-regression analysis, which was conducted to investigate the independent effects of sub-factors of career barriers on career adaptability, the results showed that the lack of information, the lack of self clarity, the recognition lack of necessity and external barrier had significantly effect on career adaptability. Thirdly, college life adaption moderated as well as partially mediated the relation between career barriers and career adaptability. Finally, the implications of this study and directions for future study and counseling program were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 전문대학생을 대상으로 진로장벽과 진로적응과의 관계를 알아보고, 대학생활 적응이 이들 간의 관계에서 매개 및 조절효과가 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전문대학생 701명을 대상으로 진로장벽, 대학생활 적응, 진로 적응 측정 도구를 사용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 진로장벽은 대학생활 적응과 진로 적응과 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 진로적응에 영향을 미치는 진로장벽의 정도와 각 하위변인들의 영향력을 살펴보고자 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 진로장벽의 하위요인 중 직업정보 부족, 자기명확성부족, 필요성 인식 부족과 외적 장애가 진로적응에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로장벽과 진로적응과의 관계에서 대학생활 적응이 부분 매개효과와 조절효과가 모두 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 근거로 할 때, 대학생활 적응이 진로장벽이나 진로적응과의 관계에서 완충작용을 하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 상담 및 교육현장에서의 시사점을 논의하였다.
