These days, lots of CEOs struggle to find the way improving the performance of organizations. Feedback can suggest the solution of these concerns. Because feedback has a variety of functions. For example, providing information about job or task, subordinates can find right directions. In addition, feedback can improve the confidence of subordinates. Consequently, the performance of organizations can be raised effectively. The resilience is the core of private resources which can overcome a difficult circumstance, especially like as a battlefield. It is not a fixed concept, so can be changed by being given feedback. The self-efficacy is the conviction of doing the task successfully. It is also the important concept of explaining private resources. The main purpose of this research is to identify how leader’s feedback effects on the subordinates’ resilience and self-efficacy. For the study, 294 of survey was conducted from officers, petty offices, seamen of battleship, supplying ship, and supplying forces. This study suggests that positive feedback increase the subordinates’ resilience and self-efficacy, but negative feedback decrease them. Based on these findings, I propose scholarly and practical implications. First of all, it is the importance of positive feedback. Working in an organization, it is difficult to give only positive feedback. However, you had better provide positive feedback rather than negative one. Nevertheless, sometimes we have to give negative feedback, so for the future research, we need to find the moderator to relieve bad effects of negative feedback.
