보육교사의 긍정심리자본이 교사창의성과 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Influence of Early Childhood Teachers’ Psychological Capital on Creativity and Job Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study attempts to analyze the influence of early childhood teachers’psychological capital on creativity and job satisfaction. 240 early childhood teachers in Daegu were participated in this study. The data was collected using questionaries and analyzed by the stastistical methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. The results are as follows; First, early childhood teachers’psychological capital had a relationship with their creativity. Also, in the regression analysis, early childhood teachers’psychological capital affected their creativity.
Among the four variables of creativity, the influence of psychological capital on originality was higher than other variables. Second, early childhood teachers’psychological capital had a relationship with job satisfaction. Also, in the regression analysis, early childhood teachers’psychological capital affected their job satisfaction. Among the two variables of job satisfaction, the influence of psychological capital on internal job satisfaction was higher than external job satisfaction. Finally, based on the results of this study, some theoretical and practical implications of early childhood teachers’psychological capital are discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 보육교사의 긍정심리자본이 교사창의성과 직무만족에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 밝히는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구지역의 보육교사 240명을 대상으로 긍정심리자본, 교사창의성, 직무만족을 측정하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구문제의 분석을 위하여 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 통해 상관분석과 단순선형 회귀분석을 실시하여 분석하였다. 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 교사창의성은 정적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본이 교사창의성 및 각 하위요인에 대해서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본과 직무만족 간에 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 보육교사의 긍정심리자본이 직무만족 및 각 하위요인에 대해서 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 끝으로 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 교사창의성과 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 긍정심리자본이 수반되어야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였고, 향후 관련 연구를 위한 과제를 제시하였다.
