      발 보조기 사용과 요부 안정화 운동이 편평족을 가진 척추 부정렬 환자의 관절(요천부와 골반부) 각도에 미치는 영향

      The present study purposed to examine how foot orthoses and lumbar stabilization exercise biomechanically effect foot malalignment, pelvic displacement and lumbar displacement observed in spine malalignment patients with flexible flatfoot. The subjects of this study were 20 male and female spine malalignment patients with flexible flatfoot, and their malalignment before and after examined using weight bearing X-ray. The non exercise group (n=10) wore foot orthoses for 8 weeks, and the exercise group (n=10) wore foot orthoses for 8 weeks and had lumbar stabilization exercise. After wearing foot orthoses, the hallux valgus, the talo-first metatarsal bone angle, the sacral angle and lumbar lordotic angle showed a significant difference between the non exercise group and the exercise group. But the 1st~2nd metatarsal bones, the obliquinty angle of the of femur and the lumbosacral disc angle did not show any significant difference between the non exercise group and the exercise group. In conclusion, foot orthoses and lumbar stabilization exercise have significant effects on the foot malalignment and spine malalignment patients. In addition, the change of angles was larger in the exercise group than in the non exercise group, and foot malalignment and spine malalignment appeared to affect each other.
