부모의 문화자본 및 스포츠관여도와 자녀의 스포츠참여의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of parents` cultural capital, sport involvement and their children`s sport participation. The subjects of this study were 492 6th grade elementary school students and their parents. The statistical analysis was done with SPSS 15.0 using factor analysis, one-way ANOVA. correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. Major findings were as follows: First, the high-educated parents showed higher level in cultural capital, sport involvement and their children`s sport participation. Second, the more the parents had cultural capital the higher they had sport involvement and their children`s sport participation. Third, both fathers and mothers` inducement for boys were higher than for girls in sport participation. Fourth, children`s sport participation was affected by parents` cultural capital and fathers` sport involvement.
