해외와의 실내건축 자격제도 비교를 통한 실내건축자격제도 개선방안 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 국내 및 외국의 자격 제도를 연구하고 분석하여 실내 건축의 자격 요건을 개선 할수 있는 방법을 찾고자 하는 것이다. 국내실내건축산업은 빠르게 성장하고 있으며, 공공의 안전과 건강을 보호하고 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위해 제도적 시스템을 절실히 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 관련 참고 문헌, 전문가 상담 및 외국기관의 자료를 분석하여 이루어졌다. 국내 실내건축필드의 데이터는 국가 및 관련기관의 문헌 연구, 건축과 실내디자이너 자격제도의 분석에 의해 검토 논의되었다. 국제 데이터는 IFI(세계실내건축가연맹), APSDA(아시아스페이스디자이너연맹), 미국 NCIDQ(미국실내디자이너자격검정위원회), 일본 인테리어플 래너 프랑스 자격제도를 비교분석하였다. 이 결과가국내 자격제도를 개선시켜 실내건축분야의 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위하여서는 현재 민간실내디자이너 자격제도를 국가공인자격제도로 전환시켜야 한다. 현재의 실내건축기사제도를 시공제도로 개선시켜야하고 상위자격제도인 실내건축시공기술사제도를 도입하여 시공분야 전문 자격제도로 분리 강화시켜야한다. 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 외국의 자격제도와 호환성을 높여 나갈 수 있는 방안을 모색하여야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve interior architecture`s qualifications by researching and analyzing domestic and foreign qualification systems. Korean interior architecture industry has grown rapidly and there`s an desperate need for an institutional framework to protect public safety and health and to improve quality of life. References related to this study, professional counseling, and foreign bodies was done by analyzing the data. Domestic interior architecture and its related entities and the data in the fields of national literature, architecture and interior designer has been reviewed by an analysis of the qualifications system, an improved framework to discuss. The international data was collected by networks with other countries` qualification institutions like IFI and APSDA and references of the United States NCIDQ, japan Interior Planner qualification, France CC and CRC etc. This results will contribute to improve the qualification systems and enhance competitiveness in the interior architecture field. As a result, the current private interior designer qualification system should be developed into the national qualifications to enhance the competitiveness. The current Interior engineering architects system should be improved to the construction system. The upper professional construction engineer qualification system should be established. To strengthen the international competitiveness the compatibility should be looking for ways to get out.
