사전의료의향서의 도덕적 근거와 시행방안에 관한 연구 A Study on the Moral Foundations and Measures of Advance Directive(AD) 생명의료윤리학과 문 노 을 지도교수 김 진 경 현대사회에서 인간의 복지와 건강증진 및 삶의 질 향상은 인류가 추구하는 중요한 목표가 되었다. 과거의 의료가 단순히 병을 치료하고, 생명을 유지하기 위한 것이었다면, 현재의 의료는 더 나아가 인간의 복지와 가치 있는 삶의 추구를 주요 목적으로 한다. 이러한 맥락에서 웰빙(Well-being)과 웰다잉(Well-dying)이라는 문화가 형성되었고, 이와 같은 사회문화적 변화에 따라 연명의료 결정과 사전의료의향서에 대한 관심 또한 증가하고 있다. 따라서 현재 국제사회에서는 연명의료 결정과 사전의료의향서에 관한 사회문화적 인식이 확산되고 있으며 이에 대한 법제화도 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 사회적 요청에도 불구하고 우리나라는 동양윤리 사상의 영향 및 뿌리 깊은 가족주의와 맞이하는 죽음에 대한 사회문화적 인식 부족으로 인해 사전의료의향서의 도입과 법제화와 관련하여 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사전의료의향서의 도덕적 근거를 밝히고 이에 대한 시행방안을 모색해 봄으로써 사전의료의향서의 도입을 위한 구체적인 토대를 마련하고자 한다. 주요어: 웰다잉, 연명의료 결정, 사전의료의향서, 자기결정권, 선행의 원리

PBL을 활용한 정간보 교수·학습 지도안 : 중학교 1학년을 대상으로

현재 우리는 다양한 지식과 정보가 범람하는 사회 속에 살아가고 있다. 클릭 한번이면 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있고, 지구 반대편의 사람에게 그것을 전달할 수도 있다. 빠른 속도로 사회의 모습이 변화해 감에 따라 오늘날의 우리나라의 교육 방식 역시 다양한 모습으로 변화하고 발전해 왔다. 특히 오늘날의 학교 교육은 학습자들이 많은 정보와 지식을 스스로 파악하고 선택하여 다양한 상황에 이것을 적용하고 문제 상황에 대처하는 능력을 기르는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이러한 교육 방식에 따라 학생들이 스스로 학습의 주체가 되어 자신의 문제를 스스로 발견하고 해결할 수 있도록 하는 학습자 중심의 교수-학습 모형이 필요 하다. 이에 본 연구자는 기존의 수업 방식에서 벗어난 학습자 중심의 수업 모형에 관심을 갖게 되었고 그 근간이 되는 구성주의에 대해 살펴보게 되었다. 구성주의는 학습자의 능력과 적성, 경험을 반영하는 학습자 중심의 교육환경을 만들고자 하는 이론으로 다양한 학습 원칙을 제시하고 있다. 문제중심학습(Proble-Based Learning)은 이러한 구성주의의 학습 원칙을 충실히 반영하고 있는 교수-학습 모형이다. 본 연구에서는 학습자의 능력, 적성, 흥미를 고려한 PBL학습 이론을 적용하여 역사적, 교육적으로 가치가 뛰어나지만 현 교육현장에서는 점점 소외되어 가고 있는 정간보를 활용한 교수-학습 모형을 설계하여 보았다. 오늘날의 국악 교육이 학생들과 교사로부터 외면받는 실태에 대해 새로운 시각으로 학생들이 쉽게 배우고 생활 속에서 활용할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다는 결론에 도달하여 PBL에 대한 이론적 배경으로 먼저 구성주의의 개념, 유형, 특성을 고찰하였으며 다음으로 PBL의 수업 전략에 대해 소개하고 실제 중학교 1학년 음악 수업에 적용할 수 있는 PBL교수 학습 모형을 적용한 학습 지도안을 개발해 보았다. 본 연구의 PBL을 적용한 정간보 교수학습 지도안은 다음과 같은 시사점을 가진다. 첫 째, 정간보의 역사적 가치를 이해하고 나아가 국악을 지키고 계승해야 할 우리의 것으로 인식하게 된다. 둘 째, 학생들이 스스로 음악적 능력, 필요, 흥미에 맞는 주제를 선택하고 모둠별 활동을 통해 협동하여 적극적인 학습자가 된다. 셋 째, PBL을 활용한 음악수업에서는 학습자의 음악적 활동, 태도, 이해에 변화를 주고, 음악적 사고의 발전을 통해 문제를 주도적이고 적극적으로 해결하게 된다. 넷 째, PBL을 통한 음악과 수업을 통하여 학생들은 학습 내용에 대한 인지적 영역과 정의적 영역을 발달시킬 수 있다. 다섯째, PBL을 활용한 정간보 교수 학습 지도안을 개발함으로써 음악교육에 다양한 가능성을 제시하게 된다. 본 연구를 통해 PBL을 활용한 수업 모형이 다양한 수업에 활용되길 바라며, 더 나아가 국악 교육에 대한 교사의 인식과 노력이 활발해 지기를 기대해 본다. The purpose of this research was became interested in traditional learner-centered teaching model of off-examine the constructivist teaching methods to see which it is based. Constructivism has presented a variety of learning theory principles to which you want to create a learner-centered educational environment that reflects the learner's ability and aptitude, experience. Problem-based learning (Problem-Based Learning) is a teaching and learning model that faithfully reflects the principle of such constructivist learning. In this study, the ability of the learner, aptitude, by applying the PBL learning theory, considering the interest historically, educationally valuable excel only in current education utilizing JeongGanBo become increasingly marginalized in teaching and learning by designing a model seen. Today in korean traditional music education students are learning a new perspective on the situation get ignored by students and teachers to easily reach the conclusion that it needs a method that can be used in everyday life. First, the concept of constructivism as a theoretical background for the PBL, type, consider the following characteristics were introduced for developing instructional strategies and saw the PBL learning applied the PBL teaching and learning model that can be applied to the actual first year of middle school music lesson plans. JeongGanBo applying the PBL of the study teaching and learning Plan has the following implications. First, understand the historical value of JeongGanBo, hence the need to recognize that keeping the traditional music of our inheritance. Second, the students themselves musical abilities, needs, choose a topic for your interest and cooperation become active learners in a group activity. Third, in using the PBL music lessons to make changes in musical activities, attitudes understanding of the learner, and led to the problem through the development of musical thinking positively will solve. Fourth, through music and teaching through the PBL, students can develop their cognitive affective domain and affective domain of learning content. Finally, by developing teaching and leargning JeongGanBo plan using the PBL will present a variety of possibilities for music education. I hope to become a class using the PBL model in this study utilized a variety of classes, We expect this awareness and commitment of teachers for further education being reborn korean traditional music.
