        This paper have searched that the history and current status of internal and external entrepreneurship education through various literature cited. To understand the structure of entrepreneurship education program and related problems, this paper shows the Five-National Policy Entrepreneurship Graduate School Program such as Graduate School of Venture Business and Entrepreneurship Jinju National University, Entrepreneurship of Cultural Business Yewon Arts University, Graduate School of Industrial & Entrepreneurial Management ChungAng University, Graduate School of Entrepreneurship Management in Hanbat National University and Hoseo Graduate School of Global Entrepreneurship. The conclusions based on the results of this study are summarized as follows: Firstly, entrepreneurship education program should be developed after full consideration about the participant and types of business. Secondly, constant education management need to maintain with assigning the schedule of lecturing according to the curriculum and a teaching method. Thirdly, a subject needs to be reconstruction. Fourthly, system development has to build up the foundation of program development for the revitalization of the entrepreneurship education , professionals to use public relations and operation. Fifthly, the government and educational institutions have to find out an entrepreneurship education development plan with post control. Sixthly, a related organization is responsible for activating an academic forum and communicating through interactive informations.

      • 외식업 창업요인이 고객성과에 미치는 영향

        외식업은 인류의 시작과 함께 시작되어 인간의 가장 대표적인 욕구인식욕을 충족시켜주는 가장 오랜 역사를 지닌 서비스업으로 산업발전과 경제환경 변화와 함께 점차 생활수준이 높아짐에 따라 음식을 먹거나 만드는 행위인 외식은 인간의 문화생활 중에서도 매우 중요한 여가활동으로 자리 잡아 가고 있다. 또한 외식업은 식생활의 향상, 농축산물의 수요, 엄청난 고용창출뿐만 아니라 판매에 있어서도 다른 경제단위 들 을 지원하는 측면에서 산업 전반에 걸쳐 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 최근에는 외식업이 한 나라의 산업구조를 형성하고 있는 여러 산업 중 에서도 중요한 분야로 크게 주목 받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 외식업 창업요인인 점포입지조건과 창업자의 인구 통계학적특성, 창업과정이 고객성과에 미치는 영향을 측정하여 외식업 창업 시 갖추어야 할 창업조건에 대하여 파악함으로써 국내 외식업 성공 창업에 대한 시사점을 제시하고. 이러한 시사점이 고객성과에 미치는 영향을 미친다는 가정하에 연구를 진행하였다. 이상의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 창업요인 중 입지 조건, 창업과정에 관한 각각의 가설을 도출하였으며 각각의 변수가 기업 성과에 고객성과에 미치는 영향을 도출하였으며, 이를 SPSS 12.0을 통해 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성검정, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 조절회귀분 석을 실시하였다. 이로부터 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 외식업 점포의 입지조건 중 접근성과 인지성은 고객성과에 양[+]의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 외식업 점포의 창업과정은 고객성과에 양[+]의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 외식업 점포의 창업요인 중 가시성과 자금조달은 창업경험에 따라 고객성과에 양[+]의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 입지조건의 접근성과 인지성, 창업과정의 창업준비, 자금조달은 고객성과에 양[+]의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 가시성과 자금조달은 창업경험에 따라 고객성과에 양[+]의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 가지는 의의는 외식업 창업요인 중 입지조건, 창업과정이 고객성과에 미치는 영향력을 실증적으로 검증하였다는 점이다. 본 연구는 외식업의 창업요인이 고객성과에 어느 정도 기여한다는 것을 실증적 으로 밝히므로 외식업점포의 고객성과에 시사해 주는 바가 크다고 볼 수 있다. Restaurant business has started along with human history and has been one of the oldest service industries that could satisfy the most representative desire of human appetite. As living standards have gradually become higher together with industrial development and changes in economic environments, the behavior of eating or fixing foods, eating out, has been established as a very important leisure activity among humans' cultural lives. Besides, restaurant business has played a significant role in sales as well as the improvement of dietary life, demand of agricultural and stockbreeding products, and a tremendous amount of employments created in the aspects of supporting other economic units across the overall industry. Recently, it has been largely spotlighted as a crucial field among various industries that have formed the industrial structure of a country. In this regard, this study measured the conditions of launching restaurants and the demographic and statistical characteristics of founders as factors of establishing restaurants in domestic market and the effects of establishment processes on customer performance. Then, it figured out the conditions of establishing restaurants that should be ready at the time of establishment and by doing so, it offered suggestions for the successful establishment of restaurant businesses in domestic market and the study was conducted under the assumption that such suggestions would have influence on customer performance. To get the result of this research, we got the hypothesis related to location condition and venture's process in venture's factor. After that, we got the influence on customer performance by these variables. And we carried out actual proof analysis through frequency analysis, factor analysis, trust examination, correlation analysis, multi regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with SPSS. 12.0. The conclusion that we got is as follows. 1. Restaurant Store's accessibility and recognition in location condition effects to customer performances with positive way. 2. Restaurant Store's venture process effects to customer performances with positive way. 3. Restaurant Store's visibility and financing in venture's factor according to the venture's experience effects to customer performances with positive way. It has been found that accessibility and recognition of conditions of location, preparation during the process of establishment and financial procurement had a positive [+] effect on customer performance and visibility and financial procurement in particular had a positive [+] effect on customer performance depending on the experiences of establishing businesses. This study was meaningful in that it empirically verified that the conditions of location and the process of restaurant establishment among the factors of launching restaurant businesses had an effect on customer performance. This study was significant thanks to its suggestion to customer performance of restaurant businesses in a way that the factors of launching restaurant businesses could more or less empirically contribute to customer performance.

      • 최부자 경영사상과 창업기업의 사회적 성과에 관한 연구

        글로벌 무한 경쟁체제에서 존립하기 위해 기업은 치밀한 경영전략하에 핵심역량을 총 동원하여 경제활동에 최선을 다하여도 기본적인 이윤창출을 보장받기 힘든 현실에 직면하고 있다. 그리고 사회는 기업에게 경제적 책임 외에 사회적 책임을 이행하기를 강하게 주문하고 있기도 하다. 이것은 선택의 문제가 아닌 불가피한 수용사항이며 세계적인 트렌드라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 우리기업이 대응하여 본연의 이윤창출은 물론이고 사회적 책임을 성실히 이행하여 존경받는 기업으로 인정받고 지속적으로 성장해나가야 할 명제를 갖고 있다고 하겠다. 본 연구를 통해 기업의 사회적 성과인 사회적 책임경영과 지속가능경영을 추구해 나가는데 필요한 결과를 도출하기 위하여 창업기업가를 대상으로 경주 최부자의 가훈과 경영사상이 창업기업의 사회적 성과에 미치는 영향과 창업기업가정신을 통한 상호작용 효과에 대해 검정해 보았다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다 첫째, 최부자 가훈의 인식이 창업기업의 사회적 책임경영 및 지속가능경영 등의 사회적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 연령별로는 40대이하 젊은 층, 지역적으로는 경주 인근의 직접영향권에 속한 경우, 기업형태로는 벤처.이노비즈 등 혁신형기업의 경우가 실천도가 높게 나타났다. 그리고 경제적. 법적책임은 유의한 관계가 없어 창업기업가가 기업의 이익을 창출하고 경제적 기반을 갖추기 전에는 자선적, 윤리적 책임 등 도덕적 책임외의 사회적 책임을 실천하기가 어렵다는 점을 반영하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 최부자 경영사상 인식이 창업기업의 사회적 성과 모든 차원에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 지역적으로 경주인근의 직접영향권에 속해 있는 경우 사회적 성과의 모든 차원들에 대해 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 연령적으로 40대인 경우, 벤처·이노비즈 형태의 기업의 경우에도 사회적 책임경영과 지속가능경영의 사회적 성과에 대해 최부자 경영사상 인식이 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 최부자 경영사상 인식과 창업기업가정신의 상호작용 효과는 법적 책임 차원을 제외한 나머지 모든 차원들의 사회적 성과에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 연령적으로 40대 또는 50대인 경우, 지역적으로 경주인근의 직접영향권의 경우, 기업형태로는 벤처·이노비즈기업인 경우에 최부자 경영사상 인식과 창업기업가정신의 상호작용을 통해 사회적 책임경영과 지속가능경영의 사회적 성과에 대해 강한 상승효과를 나타내고 있음이 확인되었다. 본 연구결과의 특징적인 점은 대체로 연령이 40대 이하인 젊은 층 일수록, 지역적으로는 경주를 중심으로 한 직접영향권에 인접할수록, 기업형태로는 벤처.이노비즈 등 혁신형기업 일수록 사회적 책임경영 및 지속가능경영 등의 사회적성과가 높게 나타나고 있다는 점이다. 이는 진취적이며 참신한 사고를 가진 청년 창업기업가가 혁신형기업을 경영하며 지속적으로 최부자 경영사상을 실천하여 나가는게 중요하다는 점에서 시사 하는 바가 크다. 이상의 연구결과에 따라 최부자 가훈 관련 경영사상이 직접적으로 또는 창업기업가정신과의 상호작용을 통해 사회적 성과인 사회적 책임경영과 지속가능가능경영에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다는 점을 확인한 바, 앞으로 우리 경제사회에 미칠 유익한 파급효과를 감안할 때 정책적 관점과 사회문화적 관점에서 고려하여야 할 사항을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 최부자 가훈과 경영사상이 창업기업가의 정신적 측면에 미치는 영향이 큰 점에서 알 수 있듯이 가급적 초등학교 학생 이상을 대상으로 가훈 갖기 운동과 가훈전승운동을 전개하여 경제 및 사회에 대한 올바른 가치관을 형성하도록 하는 점이며, 둘째, 사회적 책임을 다하는 기업에 대한 사회적 투자를 늘리고 사회적 지출에 대한 세제혜택은 물론이고 신규 사업 진출과 시설증설에 따른 규제완화로 정부 주도로 적극적으로 육성하여야 한다고 본다. 셋째로 존경받는 기업에 대한 사회적 대우가 중요하며 비사회적인 기업은 외면하는 경제적 모럴의 정착이 필요하며 이를 위해 정부가 매년 정기적으로 국민여론조사를 통해 존경받는 기업에 대한 평가지수를 공개하고 우수기업에 대한 대국민홍보로 기업이미지 제고에 도움을 주어야 한다고 본다. 이외에도 많은 제안이 있겠지만 무엇보다도 기업운영에 최소한의 모럴이 있어야 하며 사회공헌활동도 강제사항이 아닌 기업가 스스로의 양심과 각성에 의한 진정성과 자발성을 갖고 지속적으로 행하는 것이 기업과 사회전체에 대해서도 도움이 된다는 것을 인식하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요하다. In order to survive the limitless competition in globalization, enterprises do their businesses with all their capacities. However, they face the hard reality that it is difficult for them to make the ordinary profits. And society demands that enterprises fulfill their social responsibilities as well as economic activities. This is not the matter of choice, but unavoidable one, the global trend. Keeping pace with this kind of social contribution trend, our enterprises have the cause that they implement their social responsibilities as well as they make intrinsic profit for their own sake. In order to encourage the atmosphere necessary for growing the corporate responsibility management and the sustainable business development, which would be the result of social interest and activities, this thesis introduced the family motto and management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family and testified to its influence on the social performances of entrepreneurs and the effect of its interrelation with the entrepreneurs' spirit. The summary of this study is as follows. Firstly, it has been identified that the recognition of the family motto of the rich man 'Choi Buja' has made positive effects on the corporate responsibility management and the sustainable development of the business etc.. The practice rate of the 'Choi Buja' management philosophy has been found out like this: young business executives less than 40 years old in age, those in the vicinity of Gyeungju in region, and the venture·inno-biz in the type of business were higher. However, it is also reflected that because the economic and legal responsibility has no significant relevance, it is difficult that the business executives carry out social responsibilities except the moral ones including charitable and ethical duties. Secondly, it has been identified that the recognition of management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family has made positive effects on the overall aspects including entrepreneurs' adaptability to the community. It is found out that the companies located near Gyeungju in region, 40's in age, and the venture·inno-biz in the type of business are affected affirmatively by the recognition of the management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family. Thirdly, it has been found out that the effect of the interaction of the recognition of the management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family and the entrepreneur spirit has influenced on the whole level of social outcomes except that of the legal responsibility. It is identified that 40's or 50's in age, directly-affected areas near Gyeungju in region, and venture·inno-biz in the type of business have shown the rising effect for the corporate responsibility management and the sustainable business development through the interaction of the recognition of the management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family and the entrepreneur spirit. The characteristic point of this thesis is that young executives less than 40 in age, directly-affected areas near Gyeungju in region, and venture·inno-biz in the type of business have shown higher social outcomes like the corporate responsibility management and sustainable development of the business etc.. This suggest that young entrepreneurs who have more adventurous and refreshing ideas are important in administering innovation business and carrying out the management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family. It turned out that according to the result of this thesis the management philosophy related with the family motto of the rich man Mr. Choi of Gyeugnju makes significant effects on the corporate responsibility management and the sustainable business development. Considering spreading beneficial influence on our socio-economic system of our country for the future, the following suggestions can be made in the perspective of policy and socio-culture. For the first place, it is necessary that as we can understand that the family motto and management philosophy of the Rich Choi Family have affected entrepreneurs' spiritual aspect greatly, the campaign of owning family motto each household and handing down it should be promoted for the benefit of the students from elementary schools to the secondary so that they can form right perspective on the economy and society. Next, the social investment in the enterprises fulfilling their social duties should be increased and the deregulation on launching new businesses and increasing facilities as well as tax benefits should be granted by the government's active measures. The other point is that the economic morals like treating the respected enterprises socially and disregarding anti-social businesses should be settled in our society. In order to push ahead with this kind of economic ethics, the government is advised to survey the public opinions on the enterprises, make public the evaluation indicators of respectable enterprises and give help in promoting the image of the enterprises through the public relations. There can be lots of suggestions in addition. However, the most essential is that the least basic moral in business operation should exist and social contribution activities should be done by the entrepreneur's own conscience and willingness, not by the outside compulsion. The awareness that those social contribution custom and culture are helpful to the whole society is more important than anything else.

      • 바이오 벤처기업의 창업성공요인에 관한 연구

        바이오 벤처기업은 타 벤처기업과는 약간의 차별적 특성을 지닌다. 바이오 벤처기업의 경우 인간의 생명과 직결된 제품을 만들기 때문에 각종 검인증 과정을 거쳐야 하므로 제품개발과 상용화에 있어 많은 기간이 소요된다. 이러한 바이오 벤처기업의 고유한 특성으로 인하여 그 성공요인이 타 산업과는 달리 나타날 수 있다. 바이오 벤처기업의 경우 많은 연구개발비가 투자되므로 정부의 지원정책이나 산학연 협력을 통한 외부 자원의 활용도 성공에 있어 중요한 변수가 될 수 있다. 벤처기업의 성공요인에 대한 많은 선행 연구들이 창업경영자의 특성에 주목하고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 이것 외에도 기업의 외부자원의 활용능력과 기업가정신지향성에 주안점을 두어 연구를 하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 바이오산업과 같이 높은 기술지향성과 위험성을 지닌 벤처기업의 핵심성공요인이 무엇인가를 밝히는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 경영자 특성, 조직의 외부 네트워킹, 그리고 기업가정신 및 이를 실천하기 위한 기업가정신지향성을 바이오 벤처기업의 핵심성공요인으로 보고 이들과 기업의 경영성과와의 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 그 결과 바이오 벤처기업의 경우 성공을 위해서는 경영자의 리더십과 내재적 우수성, 기업의 외부자원 활용역량, 혁신적인 조직력, 시장지향성, 기술력 향상, 민첩성 등이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. Most human being are want to live longer than his limited life. As the wellbeing life of human creature are more and more important, recently, the bio-industries are increased rapidly, and also bio-venture companies play an important roles to achieve human's hope. At the edge of new millennium, there was a bio-venture start-up boom in Korea. Many high-tech based venture firms were established at that time, but most were vanished like smoke soon. Some are managed to strive for a ray of hope. A few of them could alive and growing up. There are many barriers in the road of bio-venture start-ups to success, such as long term investment, much R&D fund requirement, strict attestation and qualification process, etc. So, there may be different success factors in the bio-industry to other industries. It is very difficult to find the success factors of bio-venture start-ups. This paper reviewed many articles and papers to screen the possible success factors to bio-venture start-ups. Many researcher demonstrated that the entrepreneurship is important factor to the success of venture business start-up. Also most researcher proposed the entrepreneur's characteristics as critical success factors. Recent researches in the field study, the organizational factors, such as the organization's capability to cope with the environment threats, to find opportunities, and to make good use of external resources, and to apply actively government subsidy and R&D projects are important to the success of venture start-up. This study tried to disclose the main determinants of bio-venture success factors and it's effects on the firm's performance focused on the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial orientation. From the literature review, many success factors were observed, next step, the screened factors were classified as three aspects, such as characteristics of entrepreneur or manager, organizational external networking capabilities, and entrepreneurial orientation. In the empirical study, to find promising factors, the factor analysis were conducted. As result, four entrepreneurial orientation factors, such as innovative organization, technology enhancement, market orientation, agility were discovered. These four entrepreneurial orientation factors affected significantly to the performance of the bio-venture firms. In the analysis, also, the other factors such as leadership and manager's intrinsic characteristics, and the organization's capabilities to use external resources were important success factors to the bio-venture start-ups.

      • 기업가정신, 환경요인 및 창업보육센터 입주지원이 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향

        최근 경제 환경의 급속한 변화에 따라 불확실성이 증대되고 이로 인해 기업이 부담해야할 여러 가지 위험요인들이 더욱 빠른 속도로 증가함에 따라 수많은 기업들이 과거에 비해 다양한 유형의 협력과 경쟁전략을 활용하여 새로운 기회를 공격적으로 모색하려는 움직임을 보이고 있다. 특히, 초창기 중소벤처기업들은 급속한 환경의 변화 속에 살아남기가 더욱 힘든 상황이다. 이러한 추세에 창업보육센터가 그 핵심적인 대안으로 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업보육센터의 지원과 함께 혁신의 가장 근본적이고 최고 경영자의 역할로서의 기업가 정신과 기업성과에서 중요하게 나타나는 그 환경 요인들이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 창업보육센터지원을 받는 입주기업을 중심으로 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 총체적으로 고찰해 봄으로써 향후 우리나라 중소벤처기업들의 경쟁력강화를 위한 새로운 경영전략 방안을 모색해 보고자 했다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 기업가정신, 환경요인, 창업보육센터지원에 관련한 가설을 도출하였으며, 이상의 변수가 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 도출하였으며, 이는 SPSS V. 12.0을 통해 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰성검정, 독립표본 t-검정, 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 통한 실증분석으로 검증되었다. 이로부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 1)기업가 정신은 직접적으로 기업성과에 영향을 주지는 않았지만 간접적으로 기업 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 2)기업가 정신은 환경요인에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 3)기업가 정신은 창업보육센터지원에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 4)창업보육센터지원은 환경요인에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 5)환경요인은 기업성과에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 위의 가설의 결과와 같이 기업가정신, 환경 요인, 창업보육센터지원은 직, 간접적으로 모두 기업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 창업보육센터지원 및 환경요인이 기업가정신 사이에서 서로 유의적인 상관관계를 형성하면서 기업성과에 직,간접적인 영향을 미치게 된다라는 점에서 이번 연구 결과는 그 시사점이 크다고 할 수 있다. 현재까지 창업보육센터 입주기업들에 대한 연구가 다각적으로 이루어지고는 있지만 기업가정신과 외부환경요인과 같이 내,외부적 차원으로 새로운 시각에서 다루었다는 점에서 창업보육센터의 운영에 있어 여러 가지 관점에서의 다양화의 촉진을 촉구하고 있다. 앞으로 창업보육센터지원에 관한 여러 가지 지원 방향을 새로운 차원에서 접근할 수 있다는 점에서 유용한 선행연구 자료가 될 것으로 기대한다. Lately, growing uncertainty due to rapid changes in the economic environment and more swiftly increasing various risk factors for businesses have led a number of companies make efforts to seek new opportunities in an aggressive manner through diverse modes of cooperation and competition strategies, compared to the past. In particular, for small- and medium-sized venture businesses at an early stage, it is far more difficult to survive such rapid changes of business environment, and a venture business incubator center has been emerging as a major alternative at this point. Therefore, this study comprehensively reviewed aids for venture business incubator centers and the effect of environmental factors on the performance of companies located in venture business incubator centers provided with aids, in relation to the effect of business environmental factors on business performance, which is the key to innovation and important to corporate performance and entrepreneurship as a role of CEO, in order to find management strategies of new dimension to improve competitiveness of small- and medium-sized venture business in Korea for the future. To achieve the goals of this study, literature research was conducted to set assumptions about entrepreneurship, business environmental factors, and aids for venture business incubator centers and evaluate the effects of above variables on corporate performance. By means of SPSS V. 12.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, independent samples t-test, correlation analysis, and multi-regression analysis were performed as part of empirical analyses. As a result, following findings were obtained; 1) Entrepreneurship has no direct effect on corporate performance, while having a positive (+) effect on it indirectly. 2) Entrepreneurship has a direct positive (+) effect on business environmental factors. 3) Entrepreneurship has a direct positive (+) effect on aids for venture business incubator centers. 4) Aids for venture business incubator centers have a direct positive (+) effect on business environmental factors. 5) Business environmental factors have a direct positive (+) effect on corporate performance. As assumed earlier, entrepreneurship, business environmental factors, and aids for venture business incubator centers were all found to have a positive(+) effect on corporate performance, both directly and indirectly. In conclusion, the result of the study is highly important, given that it shows business environmental factors and aids for venture business incubator centers had an effect on corporate performance, both directly and indirectly, having a significant correlation with entrepreneurship. Although extensive studies on companies moved in venture business incubator centers have been made so far, the study raises the need to diversify the perspectives on operation of venture business incubator centers, by making an approach to the issue from different viewpoints in terms of internal and external aspects such as entrepreneurship and outside business environmental factors. The study is expected to serve as useful data for future studies, as it provided many different approaches to support venture business incubator centers in the future.

        This study aims to analyze the change of entrepreneurship paradigm and construct the original disciplinary identity of entrepreneurship by linking and investigate the evolution of entrepreneurship discipline, entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurship phenomenon and diverse concepts of entrepreneur The curriculum of entrepreneurship education at universities in U.S are analyzed, so that the relevant scientific paradigm of entrepreneurship to create the demanding knowledge and solution in the entrepreneurship phenomenon is searched. The foundation of entrepreneurship paradigm was built through studying the historical evolution of entrepreneurship in the context of economy. As a methodology or alternative paradigm of entrepreneurship research, complexity science get the attention and is considered for analyzing the emergence of windows of opportunity and entrepreneurial process of opportunity exploitation. There are three attempts to build original identity of entrepreneurship as a scientific discipline. Firstly, five paradigms are categorized based on the analysis of economic history to suggest the 21C entrepreneurship paradigm. Second, new curricular category in entrepreneurship education is suggested by comparing the existing entrepreneurship education program and frameworks. Lastly, metaphoric explanation and prediction based on complexity theory on entrepreneurship phenomenon is scoped and dealt with in descriptive manner. Yun and Chae (2007)'s work is comprehensively used to apply the complexity theory to entrepreneurship phenomenon. The process of entrepreneurship can be thought as an emergence by the interaction among the entrepreneur and other resource holders and market. New order or entrepreneur's success can emerge after critical moments like emergence of windows of opportunity. And its fit with entrepreneur's decision and implementation. In near future, entrepreneurship can emerge as a new social science for its complex and emergent property. The entrepreneurship education programs should be more equipped with research based on new paradigm of entrepreneurship which have original identity in social, economic, and historical context. This study is just an attempt to highlight the possibility of entrepreneurship as a new paradigm leading 21C economy.

        The propose of this research is to suggest the revitalization plan of new business through the concept of creative city. The professional approach of the revitalization for new business tried to explain Richard's Creativity Index. The key to economic growth lies not just in the ability to attract the creative class, but to translate that underlying advantage into creative econmic outcomes in the form of new idea, new high-tech business and regional growth. To better gauge these capabilities, Richard developed a new measure calles the Creativity Index. The creativity index demonstrates a positive correlation among high-ranking cities with growth patterns of economic development and the ability to stimulate a business and cultural environment for technology, talent, and tolerance. This study showed the comparative analysis in the revitalization of city for new business such as Stockholm, Helsinki, Geneva, Austin, Yokohama focus on institutional viewpoint, economical viewpoint, cultural viewpoint, social viewpoint. Through the comparative data, we know the business environment is dependent upon interact with the different environmental factor.

      • 지역경제 활성화를 위한 레저스포츠산업 개발 : 경남 하동지역의 비행스쿨도입을 중심으로

        The objective of this thesis is to identify a best industry that can be promoted and supported in order to activate and revitalize the economy of a region. In this study, the Hadong, Gyeong-Nam, Korea region was selected and the sports-leisure industry was identified as the best candidate industry to be promoted and supported. To accomplish this objective, I have reviewed the results of previous studies on the sports-leisure industry, tourism industry, and regional development plan of this selected area. Through this review process including the examination of data already made available (by various governmental and private sector agencies), I could envision and draw a scheme that can activate and revitalize the economy of the study region by activating and then utilizing the economic potential, current states of industry, and human and natural resources of the region. The conclusions and recommendations formulated based on the results of this study are summarized as follows: Firstly, tourism industry is identified as the best candidate industry for the revitalization of the regional economy of the study area. It was noted that this region has rich cultural heritage and many notable historical relics in addition to natural resources such as Mt. Jiri National Park and Hallyeo Marine National Park. The tourism industry presents a great potential for increased employment and fostering sustained regional economy while further enhancing environmental conditions rather than deteriorating the environment. Incidentally, tourism industry has recently been a growth industry worldwide. (This outcome is possible and likely because initial investment in beautification projects of the region will improve the natural environment of the region in addition to attracting more tourists, which will increase the revenue of the region, which will in turn allow increased investment for further improvement and addition of beautification and enhancement of the environment of the region.) Secondly, in order to bring the envisioned tourism industry to fruition, it is necessary to develop and construct infrastructure that the tourism industry requires such as lodging facilities, eateries, transportation network, recreational facilities, either self-production or procuring and making available of quality foods and goods such as souvenirs for tourists to purchase. One component of the most important for promoting tourism industry is sports and recreational facilities for tourists to enjoy not only for their leisure-time pleasure but also something to experience and learn in the natural setting presented by the region. Through this study it was learned that most regional and local governments along the shores of Korea have plans to promote construction of marine resorts. In order to enhance, enrich and diversify available activities for tourists and regional residents alike, I propose to include aviation sports/tour for an added, novel, exciting experience. Thirdly, I extensively researched ways of requisitioning and equipping a flying school for training and servicing ultralight-weight aviation activities (either gliding or flying). I researched legal and technical issues involved and location requirements associated with a flying school. Fourthly, I conducted an in-depth study on how to operate a flying school (to the satisfaction of clients and regulatory agencies) so that the operation can produce adequate profits. I present the details of relevant issues associated with this proposed venture. Fifthly, I describe how this region can achieve results that contribute to the economic and social well-being of the region when the proposed steps are taken.

      • 대학과 대학원에서의 창업교육 교과과정 개발에 관한 연구 : Babson College 사례를 중심으로

        Entrepreneurship education for promoting entrepreneurship has grown rapidly in recent years. In spite of the increasing importance of entrepreneurs for successful new venture creations, structured educational programs for entrepreneur development are very limited in Korea. This paper's aim is to develop new entrepreneurship education in universities and graduate schools. For this, the survey is designed by Babson College, which has been voted "Entrepreneurship Education's Best College" by US News & World report thirteen years in a row. The program development model of entrepreneurship education indicates an entrepreneurship education model, a subject model, and a curriculum model through the analysis of a syllabus, interviews with students, and fieldwork. Based on this, research papers, documentary records, and small and medium business administration research data was organized. The program designing and implementing stage was composed of analyzing each subject of plan and education training, interviews with Babson College students, field observations. This paper is consulted the information of a course in entrepreneurship education and related matters, an academic society, a research institute at Babson College, and some books on pedagogics.

      • 우리나라 문화예술 진흥정책과 지역경제 활성화 방안에 관한 연구 : 경남 합천지역을 중심으로

        지식정보화 사회인 21세기에 개인과 기업의 새로운 경쟁력은 기술력과 생산력이 아니라 문화예술의 가치를 어떻게 표현하느냐에 따라서 결정지어질 것이다. 이제 문화예술은 한 개인의 경쟁력을 결정짓는 범위를 넘어 지역과 국가 기업 경쟁력의 중요한 수단이 되고 있다. 이러한 점에서 본 논문은 문헌 및 사례연구를 통하여 국가적 차원에서 문화진흥 정책을 실시하고 있는 선진국의 사례를 살펴보았다. 또한 지방자치 실시 이후 우리나라 기초자치단체로서 문화산업 육성을 통한 지역발전 분야에서 선두주자라고 말 할 수 있는 경기도 부천시의 예를 들었다. 이러한 사례를 통하여 주민의 수가 급격히 감소하고 초 고령화 사회로 진입한 경상남도 합천지역 주민의 삶의 질 향상과 지역발전이라는 두 가지 목적 달성을 위한 한 방안으로 지역 문화예술 진흥 정책방안을 논의하였다. 아울러 지역문화예술 정책과 문화산업이 성공적으로 발전하기 위하여 문화예술분야의 자금지원도 중요하지만 문화예술분야에 종사하는 행정가. 관리인 그리고 예술가들의 리더십과 기업가정신 또한 성패의 주요한 요인이 될 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째 국내외 문화예술 진흥 정책과 문화 산업화 사례를 제시하였다. 둘째 경상남도의 문화예술 지원 정책 현황과 문제점 그리고 개선점에 대하여 알아보았다. 셋째 합천군의 문화예술진흥 정책을 통한 지역경제 활성화 방안을 제시하였 다. 기초자치단체인 합천군의 문화예술진흥 정책 방안으로 기업메세나 운동을 통안 방안과 합천군의 문화재단 설립 방안 그리고 폐교활용 방안 또한 문화예술인의 복지지원 방안에 대하여 논하였다. 합천과 같은 농촌지역 기초자치단체는 다양한 방법으로 지역경제 활성화를 도모하여야할 것이다. 이 중 문화예술 활성화로 지역경제 활성화를 이룩하기 위해서는 지역 예술가와 공무원의 문화예술 운영과 진흥에 관한 기업가 정신 함양이 필수 요건이 될 것이다. 그리고 지역의 특산품과 부존자원이 실질적인 관광 상품화가 되어 지역민의 소득을 증대시키고 지역 발전에 기여할 수 있도록 지역축제를 비롯한 각종의 문화예술 행사를 운영을 잘 하여야 할 것이다. In the knowledge and information technology-based society of the 21stcentury, the new competitive power of individuals and corporations lies not in technological edge and productivity, but in the power and means to express the value of culture and art. These days, culture and art are not only about determining the competitive edge of an individual, but also serve as important means to improve the competitiveness of regions, nations, and corporations. Based on such trends, we examined the examples of advanced countries in relation with the national policy to promote culture and art through literature review. As for Korea, we examined Bucheon City in Gyeonggi-do, which has been considered as the front-runner in regional development with the promotion of cultural industry since Korea started the local autonomous system. Based onthe findings of previous researches, we tried to come up with apolicy to promote regional culture and art, which is one way for the Hapcheon region in Gyeongsangnam-do to promote its own development and to improve the quality of life of its residents. Hapcheon-gun is the place where the population is drastically decreasing and is a region that is rapidly becoming an aging society. This study emphasized not only funding support for culture and art fields but also the motivation, leadership, and entrepreneurship of administrators, managers, and artists engaged in the culture and art field in order to ensure the success of the regional culture and art policy and the cultural industry. Based on such aspects, this study focused on the following: First, we presented examples on local and domestic promotion policies for culture and art, and the industrialization of culture. Second, we examined the current status and problems with the support policy for culture and art from the Gyeongsangnam-do municipal government, and discussed how to improve the current status. Third, we presented proposals to revitalize the local economy through culture and art promotionpolicy of Hapcheon-gun. As the promotion policy for culture and art in Hapcheon-gun, we presented means to utilize the mecenat from corporations, establish Hapcheon-gun's cultural foundation, and utilize abolished schools. In addition, we also discussed ways to support the welfare of people engaged in the fields of culture and art.
