The principle of hability with fault is that the violator's habilities are admitted in the only blamable action which contains intention and fault to him subjectively This is the one of the most important ones in the fields of torts act. But from later 19C to early 20C the development of the capitalistic enterprises has aused the growth of large scale and dangerous enterprises Thereby the peculiarities of the enterprise activities on enterprise organization has brought inevitable damages which had not been before Especially the social problems such as traffic accidents by automobile railway and aircraft including numerous industrial accidents due to the development of enterprise established with dangerous installations in mining, electrical and atomic energy etc, are resulting in great loss and damages in property and human lives. Under the circumstances the legal theory which asserts that the enterprise managers or the employers earning their profits with such dangerous enterprise has been asserted as right and just To settle these problems even though the enterprise manager has no intention and or fault the necessity of compensation for damages occurred by him in a certain condition shall be required That is the pnnciple of liability without fault Today in actual judgement examples there are some tendency to admit the hability without fault.

The purpose of this review article were to suggest ways for practitioners to determine the presence of developmental delay and something its characteristics in the absence of the Beley developmental test and to suggest to need the use of a top-down assessment approach in the Occupational Therapy The review constructed in two major ways developmental delay The methods of test for developmental delay included a interview take a developmental history in all developmental area and informal or/and formal observation of children in general and special environment This article reviewed assessments of develoomental delay within the context of a top-down approach to evaluation.

In this paper we certified that the excessive inverse voltage due to relay coil inductance L occurs controller CPU error in lamp control system By choosing varistor with a protecting function for immoderate voltage we could solved the problem of controller CPU Error. We developed home product of the remote controller relay with both automatic breaking and remote control switching function together adopted a new safety device in each control line. In conclusion we could make more improvements largely the saving of energy as well as the safety for the light control system controller with maximum 128 lines be able to do simultaneous on-off control operation.

This research purposes to seek alternatives from the views of social welfare and women of the working force to the current reality of our country where discussions in regards to the combination of day care system and child education are ongoing. The aim was to recognize and understand our country s reality in which the process of reaching low birth rate and aging society is incomparably raoid and to find steps in overcoming this The results were as following. -Proposal of the need for diversity in curriculum for Child Education and Day Care system from the views of Post-Modernism. -Presentation of alternative directions for Day Care Policy through comparisons to other worldwide countries of low birth rate and aging society. -The comparison of Day Care policy from the notion of social welfare for the surport of wome advancing in society and financial capabilities -Finding our countries position through these processes' success and failure -Through this, proposing a methodology of the discussion process in regards to the combination of child education and day care -And, finally, on the grounds of Japan who has taken these social issues into account and has well prepared for it, and their current instance, it was aimed to find the answer to facing the problems of combining child education and day care system.

This study suggests that how to raise an added value to buildings unavailable to use optimally because the Building Law requires to install direct stairs and because the Fire Services Act made fire safety standards for multipurpose places. The study also suggests how to maximize the effect with a minimum cost through investigating laws and regulations and how to vitalize the unprofitable buildings. Additionally, standards of outside direct stairs required by the Building Law need to be made shortly, although outside direct stairs will accomplish optimized usage and maximize the added value.

This study is to investigate the factors affecting dental health behaviors, among the students in the department of dental technic who will deal with dental health works The subject includes, 503 students majoring in dental technic of the three universities located in Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, and Gyeongbuk, and factors, affecting their characteristics in terms of sociology of population, conviction regarding dental health, and dental health behaviors are analyzed 1 After inverstigating the differences in the belief of the subjects in oral health according to their general characteristics, it has been found that there were no significant differences in smoking or non-smoking and the monthly income of householders, but there were significant differences in sex, school year, age, religion and academic career 2 In terms of the differences in the belief of the subjects in oral health depending on the behaviors as to oral health, it has been shown that there were significant differences in the frequency of tooth brushing, number of taking in a between-meal snack, the existence of experiencing dental clinics for dental treatments, the period of last visit to dental clinics, the presence of experiencing dental treatments for preventive purpose and the use of oral hygiene devices 3 With regards to the relationship between the attitudes, subjects toward oral health and their belief in oral health, it has been noted that they were positively correlated to usefulness and cues to action concerning the interest, importance of oral health and the belief in it and they were negatively correlated to seventy usefulness, sensitivity and obstacles concerning the conditions of oral health and the belief in it 4 One of the most significant variables that had the effects on the belief in oral health was subjective conditions of oral health and it has been shown that the healthier one considered one's oral conditions, the higher belief one had in oral health

열처리온도에 따른 FePt 학막의 국소구조 분석

FePt alloy film was obtained by an alternate sputtering deposition. XRD and magnetic properties exhibits the evolution of a structural phase transformation depending on annealing temperature. The annealing temperature of 350˚C ~ 400˚C indicates the intermediate structural phase Local atomic structure of the FePt alloy film was examined by EXAFS study as a function of the annealing temperature. The atomic distance between Fe and Fe atoms was steeply increased and also the atomic ordering of Fe and Pt was appeared at the annealing temperature of 350˚C The structural phase transformation of the Fe/Pt multilayer film makes atomic distance for the Fe-Fe and the Fe-Pt increased.

A recognition of the traditional figurative language is considered a method for the rhetoric or literary expression to use effective languages or a fluent communication. But, Figurative Language is not an exclusive possession of the rhetorics or the stylistics but a creative peculiarity of the recognition system enlarging a category of the daily experience and understanding. Therefore a usage of the figurative language is in charge of the important part of transmission in human mind. A pertinent usage and understanding of the language as the most important factor which is considered a human being as a human being have a recognitive peculiarity of symbol of the human being. And also a figurative language which turns a difficult conception into an easy passage is used as a means of communication for understanding through a simplicity and clarity of the difficult and abstract conception. Therefore figurative language can be an a means of transmission. A important point of this research purpose is a building of the system through an analysis of figurative language in Chinese. It will be result from looking for a special point through analyses of a few kinds of figuratve languages. This thesis will be used examples of simile, metaphor, borrowing figurative language and leading figurative language etc. as a research method of analysis. Finally I expect that we can understand Chinese language which is revealed as methods of the language expressions through this analysis.

2차음원 방향별 Modified-FxLMS 알고리즘의 소음감소 효과

Acoustic noise problems became more and more evident as increased numbers of large industnal equipment such as engines, blower, fans and compressors are in use. In an effort to overcome these problems, active noise control(ANC), in which additional secondary sources are used to cancel noise from the original primary source, has received considerable interest and has shown significant promise. In this pacer, we studied on an attenuation effect of automobile exhaust noise according to the direction of secondary sound source in ANC system. Automobile exhaust noise was recorded at 800rpm, 3500rpm and 5000rpm of a diesel engine Directions of loudspeaker(second sound source) can be set to 0˚, 30˚, 90˚ and 150˚ against the primary noise flow by acrylic ducts to be made for the experimentation DSP board with TMS320C6416 chip of Texas Instrument Co used to control the adaotive ANC system. This ANC system is based on the single-channel FxLMS algorithm that is necessary to compensate for the secondary path transfer function.

DMB용 능동안테나 설계

In this paper, we design antenna for DMB receiver using microstrip patch. To design patch antenna with circular polarization, we cut edges of rectangular patch, and then generate circular polarization. We compare the measured value of the designed antenna with its simulation result. Antennas for DMB receiver require 40MHz bandwidth at 2.642GHz in terms of lOdB bandwidth, VSWR of 1.5:1, input impedance of 50Ω and gain of -1.0dBi. We design patch antenna for DMB receiver which has 44MHz bandwidth at 2.642GHz, and antenna gains of -1.2dBi. We design low noise amplifier for DMB receiver. The fabricated LNA has NF characteristic of less than 1.6dB in the frequency band of 2.6GHz~2.8GHz. The measured gain of the LNA is 31dB.
