고등학교 학교스포츠클럽 활동과 신체적 자기효능감 및 사회적 효능감의 관계

This study was designed to identify the relationship between participation in school sports clubs, physical and social efficiency, and the effectiveness of participation in school sports clubs. For this purpose, the data were collected using a self-representational questionnaire for 236 high school students based in Jeju Island regarding their sense of physical and social efficiency. The statistical analysis of the collected data was performed using SPSS ver.22.0. for reliability analysis, exploration factor analysis, independent T-test and one-way variance analysis, and the following key correlation analysis. First, the results of the Cronbach'a values for the reliability verification of the questionnaire showed that the physical self-efficiency r=916 and the social efficacy r=909 were high. Second, for verification of differences between measurement items, independent T-test and one-way distribution analysis showed that the difference between physical self-efficiency and physical self-efficiency was higher than Both the perceived physical ability and the confidence in physical self-expression were higher than the first and second graders. In the verification of differences in social efficiency by gender, male students showed higher social efficiency than female students, and the difference in social efficiency was higher in both grades. In terms of physical self-efficiency and social efficiency in terms of activity, participants were higher in all factors than women who were miserable. Third, the correlation between physical self-efficiency and social efficiency showed that the direction of the relationship appeared in the direction of emotion (+) and was influenced by it. As a result, high school students ' participation in the school sports club could be judged as a positive effect on the physical and social effects of the physical and emotional development of the students.
태권도 훈련이 청소년의 체력, 신체구성 및 성장호르몬 관련 인자에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of taekwondo training on physical fitness, body composition and growth hormone-related factors of youth. The subjects of this study were 26 middle-school students. The subjects were divided into control group (n=10) and taekwondo training group (n=16). Taekwondo tailing program was carried out 120 min a day, 5 days per week for 12 weeks. The measurement items classified physical fitness, body composition and growth hormone-related factors, and of all subjects were measured at before and after the program participation. To verify on effects of exercise, we did repeated measured ANOVA. Also paired and independent t-test was performed to test the significant levels of differences within and between group. Significance was set at the α=.05. The results of this study was follows. In taekwondo training for 12 weeks, the training group was statistically significantly increased on back strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility, speed, power, muscle mass growth hormone, and IGF-I. The control group was statistically significantly decreased on cardiovascular endurance, agility, power, growth hormone, IGF-I, and was statistically significantly increased on body fat. The muscle endurance, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, agility, power and growth hormone showed significantly high in training group compared to control group after application of taekwondo training program. In conclusions, this study suggests that taekwondo training for 12 weeks have a positive effect on the physical fitness, body composition and growth hormone-related factor of youth.
중국 유학생의 여가활동 참여가 학업스트레스 및 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

First, as to differences in leisure activity time of Chinese students in Korea between mental activity and social activity, leisure activity time of female students was longer than that of male; male students spent more leisure time than female on physical activity and amusement activity. As for differences in the academic stress of Chinese students in Korea according to sex, female students were under higher stress than mele on average; as for differences in the academic stress according to the length of their stay, students staying for over 3 years were under lower stress. As for differences in school life adaptation of Chinese students in Korea according to sex, female students were higher in the academic adaptation and personal emotion adaptation, while male students were higher in social adaptation and campus life adaptation. As for differences in the academic stress according to the length of stay in Korea, students of one or two years` stay were higher in social adaptation and campus life adaptation, while students of over three years` stay were smooth in school life adaptation. Second, the influence of participation in leisure activities of Chinese students in Korea on the academic stress, mental and physical activities had a significant influence on expectation. In the influence on expectation, physical and amusement activities had a significant influence on it. In the influence on the inner side, physical activity had a significant influence. In the influence on expression, physical and social activities had a significant influence. Third, as for the influence of participation in leisure activities of Chinese students in Korea on school life adaptation, in the influence on the academic adaptation, mental and social activities had an influence on it; in the influence on social adaptation, amusement activity had an influence; in the influence on persona1 emotion adaptation, amusement and social activities had a significant influence; in the influence on campus life adaptation, amusement and social activities had a significant influence. Fourth, to study the relations between academic stress and school life adaptation: as seen above, the academic stress had a great influence on satisfaction of school life.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical activity participation time and the level of physical fitness among obese children. A total of 103 (Male: 50, Female: 53) obese children who visited at pediatry of J-university hospital were recruited in this study, and body mass index (BM), waist-circumference (WC), Waist to Height Ratio (WHtR), blood pressure (BP), participation time of physical activity (PA), levels of obesity, physical fitness (PF) were measured. In Results 1) our study showed the correlation between level of obesity, blood pressure (+) and physical fitness (-). 2) In addition, the group of high PA and high PF was significantly higher in relative grip strength and sit-up as compared to the other groups. The current study suggests that regular PA participation and increasing PF among obese elementary school students are important for the prevention of obesity and disease.
지역에 따른 여중생의 학교스포츠클럽활동 재미요인과 수업몰입의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between school sports club fun factors and flows according to the region. Middle school girls in Jeju Island were selected as population groups, and subjects were selected by region, and a total of 404 questionnaire data were used for analysis. The measurement tools were revised and supplemented by the Fun Factor Questionnaire developed by Lee, Chang - Sup and Nam Sang - woo (2003) and the Instruction Questionnaire developed by Kim Jong - hwan (2008) through consultation with experts. In order to investigate the difference between variables, t - test and variance analysis were carried out and regression analysis was used to analyze the relation between pleasure factor and class immersion. The results of the research were as follows. First, looking at the difference in factors of pleasure according to the grade, it was significantly higher in the order of the first grade, the second grade and the third grade by the factors of the teacher. It was significantly higher in the order of first grade, third grade, and second grade with agreement between behavior and consciousness in class attraction. Secondly, looking at the factors of pleasure according to the region, the towns and villages area was significantly higher than the same area by all sub factors of pleasure factor. Even in class attendance, all the sub factors caused the municipality area to be higher than in the same area. Thirdly, as a result of analyzing the relation between the factors of pleasure and the immersion of classes, it was found that the overall attendance of the lesson becomes significantly higher as the factor of enjoyment increases overall. However, social emotions of factors of pleasure and self-purpose experience of class immersion in coursework easily had a positive relationship with course integration, but they are immersed in the contents, there is no relation with agreement between behavior and consciousness. In this study, it was carried out in quantitative research, but in subsequent research, in addition to this, it would be possible to deeply study the causal relationship between variables in parallel with qualitative research.

The political policies between the two Koreas since the Korean War have resulted in exclusive senses and this aspect affected ideologically to politics, society, education and so forth over the last half century or so. As witnessed in the case of Germany, sports exchanges can play enormously important role to achieve unification of the two Koreas. It was the research intention to understand the transformation of sports policies in two Koreas and to explore changes of sports exchange since the Korean War. Firstly, the President Park attempted sport exchange with the North intending nationalistic oriented policy and it was aimed to focus on elites`` intensive cultivation considering winning always against the North. Secondly, the President Jean in the international challenges and the limits of the military regime was limited inter-Korean sports exchanges. Thirdly, during the reign of Kim, his intention towards the unification was often criticized due to various concerns including the misuses of supported material. Overall research discussion and result may be able to contribute to sustaining peace in the Korean peninsula and approaching to setting the stone for the unification in the rapidly changing world politics in the twenty first century.
