      • 개발행위허가 제도에 의해 승인된 사업의 유형 및 공간분포에 관한 연구 : 제주특별자치도 제주시 사례를 중심으로

        국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률에 의한 개발행위허가 제도가 시행된 지 20년이 경과되었다. 개발행위허가에 대한 법률 및 지침에서 제시한 허가기준은 변화가 없으며 각 지방자치단체의 도시(군)계획조례 및 개발행위허가 운영지침에서 정한 개발행위허가 기준은 각 지방자치단체별로 다양한 차이를 보이고 있다. 그 중 세계자연유산으로 등재된 제주특별자치도의 경우 다른 지방자치단체와는 차별되게 제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 및 제주특별자치도 보전지역 관리에 관한 조례에 따른 개발행위허가에 대한 행위제한이 추가적으로 수립 되어있다. 법률 및 지침상의 개발행위허가 기준과 요건을 충족하더라고 제주특별자치도의 보전지구에 대한 개발행위허가 제한요건 의해 타 지방자치단체와는 다른 개발행위허가 결과를 보이고 있다. 따라서, 이 연구는 제주특별자치도의 개발행위허가에 대한 특징과 기준을 검토, 제주특별자치도 중 제주시의 개발행위허가 사항을 중심으로 사업유형을 분석, 특징을 도출하여 제주특별자치도 보전지구의 공간분포와 연계한 개발행위허가에 대한 특성과 문제점 도출에 대하여 연구를 수행하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2011년 ~ 2020년 제주시 개발행위허가 총 건수는 2,066건, 승인면적 8,236,813㎡이며, 계획관리지역의 개발행위허가 빈도는 총973건으로 전체 승인건수의 47.1%, 승인면적 5,617,856㎡으로 전체면적의 68.2%를 차지하고 있다. 지목상 “전”, “임야”에서 대부분의 개발행위허가가 이루어지고 있다. 둘째, 태양광발전시설 개발행위허가 승인이 전체 승인건의 46.5%(960건)에 해당하며, 승인면적은 70.9%(5,839,759㎡)를 차지하고 있다. 또한, 주차장 및 차고지에 대한 개발행위허가가 일정수준 이상으로 매년 발생하고 있다. 주차장의 경우 2011년 ~ 2020년 사이 평균적으로 20.1건, 37,307㎡의 승인이 나고 있으며, 차고지는 18.8건, 50,068㎡의 승인이 나고 있다. 셋째, 농림지역에서는 태양광발전시설의 개발행위허가가 없으며, 계획관리지역에서 태양광발전시설의 개발행위허가가 이루어지고 있다. 보전지구(지하수자원보전지구, 생태계보전지구, 경관보전지구) 및 중산간지역의 태양광발전시설 개발행위허가는 지하수자원보전지구의 경우 등급 내 행위제한과 무관한 시설이며, 생태계 및 경관보전지구의 경우 1등급을 제외한 나머지 등급지에서 행위제한이 없으므로 태양광발전시설 개발행위허가가 나고 있다. 넷째, 렌트카 차고지 설치 개발행위허가 승인은 2014년 ~ 2017년까지 증가세를 보이고 있다가 그 이후 감소세를 보이고 있다. 제주국제공항에서 렌트카 차고지까지 개발행위허가에 대한 거리상의 연관성은 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 렌트카 이용에 편리성을 극대화하기 위하여 공항주변 0.6㎞ ~ 1.8㎞ 사이의 자연녹지지역에 대부분의 렌트카 차고지가 입지해 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 렌트카 차고지에 대한 관리는 민간과 제주특별자치도 차원에서 통합관리시스템을 도입하고 공용차고지 개발을 통한 렌트카 차고지 축소로 제주국제공항 주변 교통환경 개선과 차고지 개발에 따른 개발행위허가를 감소할 수 있을 것이다. 다섯째, 지하수자원보전지구는 태양광발전시설에 대한 행위제한 규정이 없으므로 등급에 상관없이 개발행위허가가 가능하다. 생태계보전지구와 같이 1등급 ~ 2등급에 해당하는 지역에 태양광발전시설을 설치하는 경우 개발행위허가를 제한하거나 비포장면적의 훼손을 최소화하여 개발에 따른 등급별 비포장 비율을 할당하여 우수 유입이 원활하게 될 수 있도록 개발면적 비율을 조정할 필요가 있다. 경관보전지구는 2등급 ~ 5등급에 태양광발전시설 개발행위허가 전 경관 검토 부문을 지침으로 마련하여 경관영향이 없는 지역에 한하여 개발행위허가가 될 수 있도록 조치가 필요하다.

The shape of the bodywork was divided into the shape of the Hood flat, Roof flange, Fender flange, Fender flange, Fender hemming, and Quarter panel composite. In the case of these research, it was noted that in the case of a repair OEM painting, both the exterior exposure test and the composite corrosion test and were performed quickly quantitative reaction that rust or swelling phenomenon on the painted surface as shown quantitative reaction.         21세기 전기, 통신설비가 초고층화, 대형화, 복잡화되면서 전기설비의 신뢰성 확보, 정보통신설비의 뇌 과전압으로부터의 보호 및 건축물의 뇌 보호 등이 더욱 고도로 요구되고 있다. 접지설비 또한 매우 중요한 설비로 지금까지는 단순한 각 종별접지로 법적기준치만을 충족하면 되었다. 하지만 이는 법적기준의 최소 기준치로 현대의 대형화, 초정밀화 되어가는 전기·통신설비의 안전과 안정을 보장할 수 없게 되었다. 최근에는 전기설비 대용량화 건축물의 초고층화가 대두되면서 국제표준규격인 IEC규격의 국내 표준화가 추진되었고, 2007년 이후 현재까지 적용 및 안착단계에 있으며 신기술·신공법 개념의 접지설비의 적용이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현장경험과 접지설비에 대한 기본지식을 바탕으로 현재 시공되고 있는 접지설비의 다양한 문제점들을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 각각의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 단순히 법적 최소한의 접지시공만이 이뤄지던 현재에서 시공 상의 문제점뿐만 아니라 설계. 감리. 유지관리상의 다양한 문제점들을 설명하였고, 접지설비의 보다 정확한 측정방법과 이에 따른 시공 상의 오류를 최소화하기 위하여 법적, 제도적으로 개선해야할 사항들을 제시 하였다. 접지설비는 한번 시공되면 건축물의 수명과 같이 지속되는 경우가 많으므로 설계, 시공, 감리, 유지관리까지 전 과정에서 경제성을 고려한 설비가 되어야 하며, 접지설비의 근본 목적인 전기·통신설비의 안정과 건축물의 보호 및 인명의 안전을 도모하는 접지설비가 구축되도록 노력하여야 한다. As electric and communication installation become increasingly enlarged, complicated, and diversified in 21st century, it is more required to safen electrical facilities, protect telecommunication facilities and building from lightning overvoltage. Grounding equipment, which is also important, was simple and classified by types, so it just needed to gratify the basic legal standard in the past. But the legal standard cannot guarantee safety and stability in electrical and telecommunicational facilities which are getting bigger and more precise. Lately, it is becoming important to build super multi-story buildings and it propelled the domestic standardization of worldwide IEC standard. Since 2007, standardization is on the arrival step and it requires to apply grounding equipment of new technologies. Based on hands-on experience and the basic knowledge, this paper deduces various problems of the grounding equipment and suggests each of improvement plan. In other words, this paper explains not only problems in construction but also problems in design, supervision, and maintenance. And it proposed an accurate measurement method of grounding equipment and legal and institutional improvements to minimize errors in construction. Grounding equipments usually lasts with lifespan of buildings. Therefore, when the buildings are installed, economic feasibility should be considered in all ways, including design, construction, supervision, and maintenance. Also, grounding equipment should be done aiming to stabilize electric and communications equipments, to protect life, and to safen building.

Accordingly, the requirements for the hydraulic valve sector are generally fixed, high precision and intelligent. In other words, a proportional solenoid pressure control valve that can supply good quality products to customers quickly and at a low price is required. There are many factors that influence the high precision of industrial machinery equipment, but the dominant influence is the proportional solenoid pressure control valve of the injection machine. The quality of the product depends on the pressure of the injection machine equipment and depends on the durability of the valve controlling the pressure. Therefore, it is considered necessary to study the durability of proportional solenoid pressure control valve for high quality and repeatability. 1.2 Research Objectives The demand for more precise and higher quality products in manufacturing is increasing the importance of proportional solenoid pressure control valves. In addition, since this valve has a direct influence on the quality of the product, Has been studied. The quality in this valve depends on the mechanical durability and quality depending on the material, heat treatment, and roughness. In addition, the durability of the injection molding machine depends on the quality, temperature, humidity, servomotor, wear of the mold. Therefore, the durability of the proportional pressure control valve, which is one of the constituent elements of the injection molding machine, is aimed to improve the quality and durability of the mold and the product by kinematically. 1.3 Domestic Research Trends. Domestic market trend ㅇ According to the 2007 report of the Mining and Manufacturing Industry Statistics Bureau of the National Statistical Office, the number of domestic hydraulic and pneumatic conveying valve related businesses is 143, and the production scale is 434 billion won as of 2005. The average annual production of 13% Respectively. ㅇ According to HS Code 8481, domestic market size is steadily growing from KRW 44.25 billion in 2003 to KRW 709.3 billion in 2007 and KRW 120 billion annually, and imports are increasing by KRW 140 billion annually. 1.4 Research Methods The purpose of this study is to improve the machining accuracy of products requiring repetition of machine tools. First, heat treatment hardness of POPPET part was changed from HRC 30 ~ 35 to HRC 40 ~ 45, and the wear and durability test result improved by 15 ~ 20% Secondly, we could improve the inner Leak problem by improving the illumination of the contacts of POPPET [Existing Ra 0.8 => Improved Ra 0.2 (Improvement through Cylindrical Polishing)]. Third, the heat treatment hardness of the SEAT part was changed from HRC 35~40 to HRC40 ~45 to improve the durability of the product.

      • 연약지반상 급성토를 위한 지반 관리 방법

        대부분의 연약한 점성토 지반은 포화상태에 있으므로 상부 흙쌓기체의 중량 에 의해 압밀침하가 발생하고 전단변형이 증대하거나 경우에 따라서는 전단파 괴를 일으키는 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 연약한 점성토지반에 흙쌓기를 하는 경우 계측을 통하여 침하관리 및 전단파괴방지와 대책공의 효과 확인이 필요 하다. 본 연구에서는 ○○○지구 농경지 리모델링사업 사례 분석을 통하여 연 약지반상에 급성토를 실시한 경우 철저한 사전조사를 통한 적절한 대책의 강 구와 구체적인 계측을 수행하여 합리적인 지반관리를 실시하여 만족할만한 성 과를 거양하였으며 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. In the case of fast earth work on soft calyey soils ground, it is necessary to consider the reasonable countermeasure by exhaustive investigation and numerical analysis and to control the soft ground by various field measurements. This case study has been carried out the case of reasonable completion of ○○○ site farmland for remodeling with fast earthwork on the soft ground by throught investigation, analysis and exhaustive field management.

      • 효과적인 시공 VE 도입을 위한 건설기업의 전략수립 연구

        Construction business in Korea has been suffering from low profitability, increase of material cost, and low bidding-ratio under the lowest bidding system. Value Engineering Change Proposal (VECP) has been spotlighted to the industry practitioners in the construction business. However, VECP is an optional practices, so that it has not been actively implemented yet in Korea. Therefore, this study aims to provide the corporate-level strategy to effectively implement the VECP for a construction project. For this, this study derives influence factors for VECP implementation through extensive literature review on critical success factors, hindrance factors, capability factors for VECP implementation. Thirty influence factors are evaluated in terms of importance and organizational level by industry practitioners using survey. The influence factors are categorized by seven categories that are implementation support, implementation cooperation, knowledge level, implementation experience, implementation capability, management capability, and system. This study also provide a modified VECP procedure which is suitable for construction contractors. This study allows construction contractors to understand VECP implementation based on their gap of VECP implementation and to establish corpoate level strategy for utilizing VECP in their future construction projects.

        MS Thesis A Malware Classification Method By CNN-based Malware Visualization Honggeun Kim Department of Computer Engineering Graduate School of Engineering Yeungnam University (Supervised by Professor Byoungchul Ahn) Abstract Malware is created by a huge range of people every month. Many automatic detection software tools are developed to detect and remove malware. However, these tools have difficulty to analyze various malicious codes efficiently. This paper proposes a method for classifying Malware without executing malicious codes or analyzing codes. This method converts malicious binary codes to 8-bit grayscale images by applying CNN (convolution natural network) as a deep learning neural networks. The proposed method shows 95% accuracy to classify 9 families for the Microsoft data set and 98% accuracy to classify 25 families for the malimg_dataset of Nataraj. The proposed method does not require a complex process to find malicious codes but enables automatic detection by imaging malicious codes.

      • PC Double-wall공법 적용을 통한 공동주택 지하주차장 시공

        The underground parking lot of an apartment is normally constructed by using reinforced concrete (RC) construction that is comprised of the rebar and form work however, this RC construction method requires a number of labors always. Therefore, it has been pointed out as a factor to delay the duration of the whole construction frequently. Precast Concrete (PC) construction method has been used in nowadays in a number of construction sites to solute the problems of RC construction method. PC construction is a type of construction method in which utilizes manufacturing processes normally used for production of consumer goods at factories for mass productions and on-site installations of standardized, high quality structural components. However, this method also has some limitations in terms of its construction characteristic. In order to solve PC construction problem, many attempts have been made and the PC Double-wall method is a good example. The PC Double-wall is a kind of PC thus, the cross section and rebar details are developed considering PC manufacturing. Particularly, a form system is developed to manufacture thin and hollow core PC wall. This study therefore, was applied this PC Double-wall method to real construction site and confirmed the characteristics. The results of this study are summarized as follow: (1) The PC Double-wall members is produced in the factory and constructed in the construction site. Therefore, it can skip the form work that is characteristic of RC method. Because of this reason, we could confirm the effect of shortening the construction period about 40%. (2) In case of PC double-wall construction method, labor-intensive structure, which is a characteristic of existing RC construction, can be removed, so that it is possible to cope with delays of construction period more flexibly. (3) In the case of RC construction, it is necessary to install a scaffolding structure, which may expose it to the risk of safety accidents. However, since the support and scaffold construction are unnecessary in the PC double-wall construction, safety accidents can be prevented. Through the application of the PC double-wall construction method, it was possible to actively respond to the situation of the construction site where the shortage of technical engineers such as form or rebar work labors. In addition, when PC double-wall construction method is adopted, it is confirmed that the whole frame of the underground parking lot of apartment house can be converted into PC, which simplifies construction management and improves workability.

      • 4H SiC MOSFET 제작을 위한 핵심단위공정 연구

        The purpose of this study is to develop the core unit process for SiC-based MOSFET Fabrications. This study includes two main categories. One is for 4H-SiC MOSFET gate oxidation. I investigated the improvement of surface roughness and states after high temperature annealing using reduced-graphene oxide (r-GO) capping layer on ion-implanted 4H-SiC epitaxial layer. And electrical properties of SiO2 gate oxides on 4H-SiC were analyzed with NO post annealing formed by thermal oxidation and atomic layer deposition (ALD). The other is to study the optimum conditions for the trench etch profile and gate oxidation, which are important problems in the SiC trench MOSFET. A study was conducted to improve the micro-trench, which is pointed out as the biggest problem in the SiC trench MOSFET. Ar reshape process was used and trench shapes were observed as a function of temperature and process time. Additionally, in order to confirm the oxidation characteristics of the Re-Shaped SiC interface, dry/wet oxidation were carried out.

      • 모션 인포그래픽의 구성요소별 정보전달효과 연구

        Motion graphics have emerged as a powerful means of communication that can be delivered in a single message using space, typography, time and movement, and sound. While the information society has had a profound influence as a means of communication, the emergence of motion infographics has been increasingly spotlighted as an effective communication method in a complex media environment with images that add dynamic movement and auditory elements to existing static infographics. Reviewing the component characteristics and role of motion infographic has an important impact on finding the positive effects of communication for efficient information delivery. Therefore, the design characteristics of motion infographic graphics investigated the understanding and transmission effects of visual information. The differences in components of image and motion infographic graphics were then investigated to study the visual information effects through case analysis and empirical analysis of previous studies. In addition, the effects of factors other than the visual components of motion infographic on communication were examined through statistical surveys through questionnaires. In the case analysis results of previous studies based on the components of image infographic and motion infographic graphics, motion infographic graphics contain more components and can be compared than image infographic graphics. In addition, the visual information effect on motion infographic graphics is slightly higher than that of image infographic graphics, but contrary to expectations, the auditory factor does not significantly affect them. This replaces the role of some auditory elements in the visualization of information, so it is considered to have a negative impact on the audience due to the provision of redundant information. The strategic use of motion infographic is not just a presentation-like scene shift, but a frame rate change, the benefits of motion effects, to visualize vivid and bold motion and transition. It may be efficient to create narration effects only when highlighting informational messages and to replace repetitive common messages with background music and sound effects or silent messages to create flexible stimuli that focus only on the screen. On the other hand, motion infographic storytelling is one-way, so information priorities have limitations that producers decide. If you don't focus, you might not be able to communicate instant information and you need to design the platform considering interference from external factors. Alternatively, interactive infographic graphics can be used to reflect when an audience reads storytelling information. The information priority of interactive infographic graphics is determined by the acceptor, so you can judge yourself without skipping information that is important to you. Based on these results, it is suggested that motion infographic graphics as the story progresses require the proper arrangement and effect of visual and auditory components and the arrangement of adjustments or omissions to develop the rhythm changes on the screen, and that visual effects of interactions between informants and receivers should be constructed together to ensure that meaningful information sharing can be positively affected.
