사업 보고서 : 『백용성 대종사 총서』 발간과 전산화의 과제와 전망

본 연구는 『백용성 대종사 총서』 발간 및 전산화를 위한 연구의 제3차년도 사업에 관련한 내용이다. 『백용성 대종사 총서』 사업은 한국 근대불교의 고승인 백용성 대종사의 모든 자료를 조사 수집하고 번역하여 총서로 출간하는 말한다. 또한 총서의 발간 이후에는 내용을 데이터베이스로 구축하여 웹서비스를 시행하는 것으로 목표를 삼고 있다. 본 연구는 『백용성 대종사 총서』의 발간과 전산화를 통한 웹서비스를 시행하기 위한 제3차년도 사업 결과의 보고서이다. 향후 총서의 발간과 전산화 사업은 교계의 스님과 연구자 및 전 국민과 불자들이 총서와 인터넷을 통하여 확인할 수 있을 것이다. 또한 총서 사업의 파급효과로서는 관련된 연구들의 활성화, 그리고 백용성 대종사의 자료를 영구 보존, 나아가 백용성대종사의 사상을 계승하고 현창할 수 있다는 점 등이 있다. 결론적으로 백용성 대종사 총서 사업을 통해 백용성 대종사의 자료가 콘텐츠의 소재로 활용할 수 있을 것이며 백용성 대종사가 근대시대의 고승이면서 문화창달의 주역임을 입증하는데 사업의 목적이 있다. 백용성 대종사 총서 아카이브 시스템 구축과 총서 사업의 완료

본 논문은 ‘『백용성 대종사 총서』 발간 및 전산화 사업’의 제5차년도 사업에 관한 내용이다. 『백용성 대종사 총서』 사업의 첫째 목표는 한국 근대불교의 대표적 인물인 백용성의 역경서와 사상서 등 관련 자료를 수집·번역하여 총서로 출간하는 것이며, 두 번째는 총서의 내용을 바탕으로 아카이브 시스템으로 구축하여 웹 서비스를 시행하는데 목적을 둔다. 이에, 본 글에서는 ‘『백용성 대종사 총서』 발간과 전산화 사업’의 제5차년도 사업의 결과를 정리해보고자 하며 제5차년도 사업의 주 내용인 아카이브 구축을 중심으로 전산화 작업에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 2017년 5차년도 사업은 지난 5년간 실시했던 사업의 마무리 단계에 있었으므로 매우 중요한 기점이기도 했다. 백용성의 사상을 총망라한 총서를 기반으로 한 ‘백용성 대종사 총서 아카이브시스템’의 구축 사업은 향후 이루어질 한국 고승들과 관련한 자료의 보존과 편찬, 그리고 전산화 작업에 있어서 모범적인 예가 될 것이라 판단한다. This research is for ‘The Projects of the publication of A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong and the Computerization’ in the fifth year. First goal of ‘The Project of A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong and the Computerization’ is the work for publication of a collection through analysis and translation of the great master Baek, Yongseong’s materials. Second goal is the work for constructing archive and web service, base on the A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong. In this article, I summarized result of ‘The Projects of the publication of A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong and the Computerization’ in the fifth year. In addition, I looked at the computerization work centering on the construction of archive which is the main contents of the fifth year of the project. Also, the fifth year of the project was a very important milestone, as it was in the final stages of the project that we conducted over the past five years. I think that the project to construction of archive system, based on A Collection of the Great Master Baek, Yongseong, will be an excellent example of the preservation and compilation of materials related to the Korean great masters and the computerized work in the future.

동국대의 한용운 기억 · 계승

본 고찰은 만해 한용운 정신의 기억, 추모, 계승 등에서 중요한 대상인 동국대의 문제를 다른 글이다. 동국대에서는 만해를 제1회 졸업생, 동창회장, 동국정신의 연원, 동국문학의 근원 등으로 인식하고 주장하였다. 그러나 이를 다룬 학술적인 글은 빈약하였다. 그래서 이 글에서는 다음과 같은 측면을 주목하여 그를 정리하였다. 첫째, 한용운의 삶과 동국대 역사와의 관련성을 다루었다. 구체적으로는 제1회 졸업생, 초대 동창회장, 1930년대 중반 교장 추대의 문제이다. 필자는 이에 대한 기록, 증언을 종합하여 비판적인 서술을 시도하였다. 둘째, 동국대에서의 한용운 인식에 대한 것을 다루었다. 즉 만해 정신의 인식 및 계승에 대한 것이다. 구체적으로는 만해 비석 건립의 추진위원회(1965)에 대한 대응, 동국문학의 연원으로서의 만해, 『동대칠십년사』에 나온 만해, 만해 탄신 100주년 사업, 만해 시비 건립(1987), 만해광장 조성(1988) 등이다. 셋째, 추후에 만해 연구의 주제를 피력하였다. 그는 동국대에서 만해연구의 부진성, 동국대의 만해 자료, 동국대에서 만해사업을 촉구한 동국사상연구회의 연구 등이다. 이 글이 만해 한용운의 사업, 동국대 정체성, 동국대의 만해정신 계승 등을 탐구함에 있어서 도움이 되는 글이 되길 바란다. efficiencies of preservation, access, and searchability engendered by digitalization.This review is another article on the issue of Dongguk University, which is an important object in the memory, memorial, and succession of the spirit of Han Yong-un in Manhae. Dongguk University recognized and insisted that Manhae was the first graduate, alumni chairman, the origin of Dongguk spirit, and the origin of Dongguk literature. However, the academic writing on this was poor. So, in this article, I summarized him by paying attention to the following aspects. First, it dealt with the relationship between the life of Han Yong-un and the history of Dongguk University. Specifically, it is a matter of the first graduate, the first alumni president, and the election of the principal in the mid-1930s. I tried to make a critical statement by synthesizing the records and testimonies about this. Second, it dealt with the perception of Yongwoon Han at Dongguk University. That is, it is about the recognition and succession of the spirit of Manhae. Specifically, in response to the Committee for Construction of Manhae Monument(1965), Manhae as the origin of Dongguk Literature, Manhae, Manhae 100th Anniversary Project, Manhae City Monument Construction(1987), Manhae Square(1988) ), etc. Third, the subject of the study was presented later. He is the sluggishness of the Manhae Research at Dongguk University, data on Manhae at Dongguk University, and the research of the Dongguk Thought Research Association, which urged Dongguk University for Manhae Project. I hope this article will be helpful in exploring the business of Han Yong-un, Dongguk University's identity, and the succession of Dongguk University's Manhae spirit.

『백용성 대종사 총서』의 출간과 데이터 베이스 시스템 구축

본 연구는 『백용성 대종사 총서』 발간 및 전산화의 제4차년도 사업에 관한 내용이다. 『백용성 대종사 총서』 사업은 근대불교의 스승인 백용성의 역경서 및 사상서 등 모든 자료를 수집하고 현대어 번역하여 총서로 출간하는 사업이다. 또한 출간 이후에는 총서의 내용을 기반으로 데이터베이스로 구축하여 웹서비스를 시행하는 것이 사업의 최종 목표이다. 본 논문은 `『백용성 대종사 총서』 발간과 전산화 사업`의 제4차년도 사업 결과의 보고서로서 제4차년도 사업에서는 총서의 출간이 완료됨과 동시에 데이터 베이스 구축 작업이 시작되었다. 4차년도 사업은 지난 3년간 사업의 성료와 총 5개년 사업의 마무리 단계에 있어서 매우 중요한 기점이었다. 총서의 출간과 DB의 구축사업은 백용성과 연관된 연구의 활성화와 더불어 그와 관련된 자료들의 영구적인 보존과 백용성의 사상을 계승하는 점 등을 파생시킬 것이다. 마지막으로 백용성 대종사 총서 사업의 발간과 전산화 사업은 향후 한국 고승들의 자료의 편찬과 보존, 전산화에 있어서 모범적인 예가 될 것으로 본다. This research is for the business of the publication of A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong and the computerization in the fourth year . The project of A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong is the work to collect all the materials of translated and ideological books by Baek, Yongseong, a teacher of the modern buddhism, and translate into contemporary words and publish it. And also, the final destination of the business is to construct database and carry out the web-service based on the contents of the collection after the publication. As the report on the result of the fourth year`s business for `the publication of A collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong and the computerized business`, in this paper I explained that the publication of a collection was completed and simultaneously the work of constructing database was started. The fourth year of the project was very important time for when it comes to the outcome of the business over the past three years and the final step of the five years` business. I believe that the publication of a collection and the business of constructing database are able to develop the researches related to Baek, Yongseong and preserve the sources related to him permanently and succeed his thought. Lastly, I look forward to having this publication business for a collection of the great master Baek, Yongseong and the computerized business as models for the publication and preservation of materials related to Korean high priests and its computerization.

사업 보고서 : 근대 문화재 등록의 문제점 -등록문화재 절차와 조사방법에 관한 보고

우리나라에는 오랜 역사 동안에 수많은 문화유산이 전래되어 오고 있다. 그러나 많은 전란으로 인하여 소실되고, 유실되었으며, 해외로 반출된 경우도 많았다. 문화재에는 국가지정문화재와 시·도 지정문화재, 문화재 자료 등으로 구분하며, 이에 속하지 않는 문화재를 지정문화재로 지정하여 보호하고 있다. 물론 유형문화재와 무형문화재로도 구분한다. 여기서는 동록문화재를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 그런데 등록문화재는 지정문화재가 아닌 것으로 「문화재보호법 53조의 등록문화재법」에 의해 법적인 근거를 가지고 있다. 등록문화재의 등록기준은 「문화재보호법 시행 규칙」 34조 1항에서 정하고 있다. 현재로 본다면 1964년 이전의 것으로 국가, 도시, 지방에 지정되지 않은 문화재를 말하며, 혹시 아직 50년이 되지 못했더라도 긴급한 조치가 필요한 경우는 등록할 수 있다고 한다. 이를 다루는 분과는 근대문화재분과에서 심의하고 있다. 여기에는 11명의 문화재위원(근대분과)와 22명의 전문위원들이 있다. 본 보고서는 불교계의 근대문화재에 대한 불교계의 인식의 문제점과 등록하는 절차에 대해서 살펴본 바, 먼저 법적인 근거를 밝힌 후 이해를 돕기 위해 사례를 제시하였다. 다음으로, 우리들 주변에 보호하고 보존해 야할 문화유산이 있다면, 등록문화재로 신청하여 등록하므로 오래 보존할 수 있을 것이다. 현재는 역사성이 짧다고 하지만, 지금 등록하여 지정 받지 않으면 오래 보존되기 어려우며, 유실될 가능성이 많다. 지금 보존하여야 미래에 국보와 보물로 승격될 수 있으므로 불교계에서도 이러한 법을 잘 활용하여 적극적으로 등록하고 많은 문화유산이 길이 보존되기를 바라는 바이다. Cultural assets, are classified as the country designated cultural property and city? province designated cultural property, cultural heritage materials, We are protected by specifying the cultural property that does not belong to this designated cultural property. Of course, I will be classified in tangible cultural property and intangible cultural heritage. In here, We were looked around the registration cultural assets. However, registration cultural property, it is not a designated cultural assets, It is a legal basis by the "registration cultural property law of Law for the Protection of Cultural Properties Article 53". If you look at the current, As in the previous 1964, Is not cultural property to a country or a city or province Though perhaps did not yet 50 years, the case of urgent action can register. Department to deal with this is a "modern cultural property subcommittee", Here, there are professional members of the cultural heritage committee of 11 people and 22 people. This report is that describes problems and registration procedure of Buddhist community of recognition of modern cultural heritage of Buddhism, First, after revealed legal basis, was presented examples to aid understanding. Next, if we of protection around us, there is a cultural heritage if to be maintained, Was applied for registration cultural properties, it will be able to store longer if necessary to register. Currently, but is a short history of, now registered it is difficult to be stored longer if it is not received designated, can be lost in many cases. If you do not save now, so you can be in the future promoted to national treasure and treasure, With the help of such law well with Buddhism, actively participate, and is wishing that many of the cultural heritage is preserved in length.

본 논문은 현재 불교문화콘텐츠의 미래와 문화콘텐츠 산업의 축 면에서 불교문화콘텐츠의 기획에 대한 논의를 전개하였다. 불교문화콘텐츠는 활용적인 가치도 매우 높은데, 일반인들에게 우리 문화에 대한 이해 확산, 교육적 활용적인 가치도 매우 높은데, 일반인들에게 우리 문화에 대한 이해 확산, 교육적 활용도 매우 높고, 외국인들에게도 문화상품으로 훌륭한 역할을 하여, 우리문화의 우수성을 전 세계에 홍보할 수 있다. 나아가 문화상풍으로서도 원 소스 멀티유즈로 다양하게 활용될 수 있다. 불교문화콘텐츠의 개발전략에서 콘텐츠 기획은 사용 가에게 콘텐츠라는 One Source를 Multi-use로 개발하는 것이 기획의 목적이다. 아울러 사용자 중심의 열린 콘텐츠를 지향해야 할 것이다. 본 논의는 불교문화콘텐츠가 산업에 활용될 수 있는 방향으로 기획하는데 조금이 나마 이바지 하고자 한다. The purpose of this paper is to predict the future of Buddhist cultural contents and Planning of Buddhist Cultural Contents for Industrial Application. The practical application of Buddhist cultural contents is very broad and valuable. Educational applications, the expansion of people`s understanding of our culture and the introduction of Korean culture to foreign countries are all highly expected. Furthermore. One Source with Multiple-Uses as a cultural product is available. The ultimate purpose of planning Buddhist cultural contents lies in developing from one source contents into multi-use contents. At the same time development strategies should be focused on open access to contents for the sake of the user`s conveniences. 특집 논문 : 백용성 대종사 아카이브 구축을 위한 제언

본 논의는 한국 불교 근대사에 중요한 영향을 끼친 백용성 대종사와 관련한기록들을 발굴하고, 정리하여 활용할 수 있도록 디지털 아카이브를 구축하는 문제에 대해 논의하였다. 이는 (재)대한불교 대각회에서 주관하고 대각사상연구원과 동국대 전자불전문화콘텐츠연구소가 수행하고 있는 백용성 대종사 총서 간행사업의 결과를 활용하는 것이다. 이러한 사업은 불교기록문화유산의 보존과 활용의 측면에서도 매우 의미가 깊다. 본 연구를 위해서 논자는 먼저 기록은 무엇이고, 디지털 아카이브에 대한 문화적 함의에 대해 논의하였다. 백용성 대종사 아카이브는 전자불전의 새로운 전기를 마련하는 것이다. 본 논의를 통해서 백용성 대종사 아카이브의 모델을 동국대 불교학술원이 수행하고 불교기록문화유산 아카이브(ABC: Archives of Buddhist Cultures)로 선정하였다. 이는 불교학술원에서 수행하는 불교문헌의 수집과 발굴이라는 측면에서 신집성문헌의 한 범주를 차지하는 것이기 때문이다. 또한 인물을 중심으로 한 백용성 대종사의 총서는 향후 주제별 아카이브의 한모델이 될 것이다. 본 논의를 통해서 우리나라 인물 아카이브의 한 모델로서, 근대불교 연구 및 민족의식 고취와 불교문화의 증진을 위한 다양한 활용의 방안이 도출 것으로 전망해 본다. 이를 위해 백용성 대종사 아카이브 구축을 위한 장기적 과제를 검토하였다. 이러한 논의가 민족 독립과 한국불교의 정체성 회복을 위해 노력하였던 백용성 대종사의 진면목을 발견하고, 새로운 시대를 이끌어 나갈 대각사상을 토대로 신앙실천운동을 펼친 위대한 선각자 백용성 대종사의 참다운 가르침이 확산되는데 이바지 할 것이다. 나아가 불교기록유산을 수집하고 보존하고, 이에 대한 가치를 사회화 하여 활용하기 위한 전제로 삼고자 한다. This paper is the study for the issue to discover the logs related to the great religious leader, Baek Yongseong who gave a significant influence to the modern buddhist history in Korea, and to establish digital archives for use. I applied the results of publication project for the collections of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong, which is hosted by Daehan Bulgyo Daegakhoe Foundation and implemented by Daegak Sasang Research Center and Digital Buddhist Sutra Cultural Contents Research Center of Dongguk University. Such a project is very meaningful in the aspects of preservation and use of Buddhist archival cultural heritages. For this research, I discussed first what the record was, and what sort of cultural implications digital archives had. The Archives of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong is to set up the new change of Digital buddhist sutras. For this discussion, I selected ABC (Archives of Buddhist Cultures) in the Buddhist Academy of Dongguk University as the model of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong Archives. Because this is taking a part of newly collecting literatures in the aspects of collecting and discovering Buddhist literatures carried by Buddhist Academy. And also the collections of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong, focusing on figures, will be a model of archives by topics in the future. Through this discussion, I look forward to having various application plans for developing researches on the modern Buddhism and ethic spirits, and promoting buddhist cultures as a model of archives on Korean figures. For this, I looked over a long-term issue to establish the great religious leader Baek Yongseong Archives. I hope such a discussion could discover the true face of the great religious leader Baek Yongseong, who strived to recover the identification of Korean Buddhism and Ethnic independence, and spread the true teachings of the great leader Baek Yongseon, who practiced faithful practical movements based on the thought of Daegak (Great Enlightenment) which would lead a new generation. Furthermore, I``d like to have this for collecting and preserving Buddhist Archival Heritages and use for social practical implements based on its value.

특집논문 : 한국불교전서 역주 사업

한국불교전서역주사업은 2007년 1월 문화관광부의 지원사업으로 선정되었다. 본 사업은 동국대학교 불교문화연구원의 주관 하에 동 대학 출판부에서 간행한 『韓國佛敎全書』를 번역·주석하여 『국역한국불교전서』 (가칭)를 출간한다. 원전의 번역은 학술 성을 우선적으로 고려하여 진행하며, 기존의 단순한 원문 번역이 아닌, 상세한 주석을 포함한 역주 본(譯註 本)을 지향한다. 또한 원문에 대한 엄밀한 교감 작업을 선행함으로써 이를 토대로 정확한 한글 번역이 이루어지도록 하여, 번역문과 주석 문은 현대적 어법에 의거하여 이해하기 쉬운 문장으로 집필한다. 『韓國佛敎全書』에 수록된 문헌들은 불교 학뿐만 아니라 문학·역사·철학 등 인문학의 제 분야를 포괄하고 있다. 따라서 이를 번역하고 주석하는 작업은 그 동안 침체된 인문학을 부홍시키는 계기가 될 것이며, 불교를 중심으로 한國學의 기반을 구축함으로써 한국의 문화적 역량을 세계적 수준으로 도약시키는 발판을 제공할 것이다. This work is to enforce Korean translation of the literatures in Hanguk Bulgyo Chonso, 14 volumes, of which Korean Buddhist Research Institute took the leading role in publication from Dongguk University Press. At the time, through this work, KBRI will construct a foundation for the modernization and globalization of Korean traditional Buddhist culture. The procedure will pass through 4 stages. The first stage will be the correct and profound understanding of original texts and second stage will be translation in action. The third will be the annotating and last will be indexing. Academic value will be given priority in the decision making process for the order of books to be translated. In conclusion our aim is to provide dependable and trustworthy translations with detailed notes.

본 논의는 대장경을 문화유산에서 미디어와 플랫폼이라는 관점으로 새롭게 바라보는 것에서 출발하였다. 논자는 이시대의 불교가 이룩한 지적 활동과 사회적소통의 출발을 전자불전이라고 보았다. 한글대장경 전산화 사업은 바로 그러한점에서 매우 중요한 위치를 지니고 있다. 본 논의는 한글대장경을 시대와 소통하고자 했던 노력의 결정체라는 관점으로 고찰하였다. 대장경을 통해 불교가 안고 있는 시대적 과제를 해결하고자 노력한 측면에서 대장경의 한글 번역의 과정을 이해했다. 이는 남한테 북한에서도 동일하다. 특히 북한에서 진행되었던 팔만대장경 번역과 해제도 살펴보았다. 전자불전의 진행과정과 전산화본 한글대정경의 의의와 성과를 살펴보았다. 동국대 불교학술원은 "불교기록문화유산 아카이브 구축 사업"을 2012년부터 수행하고 있다. 이는 전자불전과 한글대장경 전산화 사업의 성과를 발전적으로 계승한 것이다. 이 가운데 고려대장경과 한글대장경을 내용적으로 통합하여 서비스하는 통합대장경을 구축하는 것에 대해 논의하였다. 통합대장경은 향후 한글대장경 전산화 사업의 성과를 이어서 새로운 문화생산의 도구로 업그레이드 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논의가 한글대장경 전산화 사업의 성과를 이어서 다양한 활용의 방향을 고민하고 이를 위한 길을 마련해 나가는 데 이바지하길 바란다. This discussion was started from newly looking at Tripitaka with the perspective of media and platform in cultural heritage. A debater understood that the start of intellectual activity and social communication that Buddhism in this period achieved is the electronic Buddhist text. A project for digitization of Hangul Tripitaka has very important position just in such sense. This discussion made consideration with the perspective as saying that the Hangul Tripitaka is the crystal of an effort that aimed to communicate with the times. The process of translating Tripitaka in Korean was understood in the aspect of having strived to solve historical task that Buddhism has through Tripitaka. TIris is same even in South and North Korea. Especially, it examined even translation and bibliographical explanation of the Tripitaka Koreana, which had been progressed in North Korea. It examined the process of development in electronic Buddhist texts, the significance and performance of the computerized Hangul Tripitaka. The Dongguk University Academy of Buddhist Studies has performed a ``project of implementing the archives of Buddhist culture``from 2012. 1bis is what succeeded expansively to the performance in a project of the electronic Buddhist texts and digitalized Hangul Tripitaka. In the middle of this, it discussed about what implements the integrated Tripitaka, which gives service by consolidating the Tripitaka Koreana and the Hangul Tripitaka contextually. The integrated Tripitaka will be able to be upgraded as a new tool of cultural production in the future following the performance in a project for the digitization of Hangul Tripitaka. 1bis discussion is desired to contribute to being worried about direction of diverse applications and to proceed with arranging a way for this following the performance of a project for the digitization of Hangul Tripitaka.

1. 연구개발의 목적 및 중요성 본 사업의 목적은 고려대장경의 우리말 번역본인 한글대장경(한글 및 한자포함)의 개역(改譯)작업을 통해 보다 완벽한 한글대장경을 갖추고, 이를 바탕으로 전산화 사업을 수행한 것이다. 한글대장경을 컴퓨터에 입 력하여 데이터베이스에 저장하고, 이를 영어 및 한글 인터페이스를 통한 목차 검색과 색인어 검색을 효율적으로 할 수 있는 검색엔진을 개발하였 다. 국내통신망과 인터넷을 통해 국내 및 전 세계에 서비스함으로써 한글 대장경의 활용도를 높이고 나아가 한국 불교문화의 우수성을 널리 알리 는데 있다. 그동안 작업했던 내용에 대한 입체적인 성능개선에 주력을 두 었고, 특히 어플리케이션 개발이 큰 성과이다. 2. 연구내용 및 방법 연구사업의 내용 및 방법을 개설하면 다음과 같다. 가. 사업 내용 본 사업의 내용은 다음과 같다.1) 한글대장경 컴퓨터 입력 및 색인·한글대장경 30책 입력 · 입 력 한글(한자) 교정ㆍ키워드 색인 · 공개된 폰트를 이용한 이체자 입력기 개발 · 기타 폰트가 없는 이체자와 그림의 이미지 처리 2) 데이터베이스 구축 ·색인어 사전의 구축· 데이터의 부분적인 변경 및 추가가 가능하도록 데이터베이스 구축 3) 인터페이스 기능 개선 개발·경명 검색, 용어 검색, 쪽수 검색 기능 구현· 검색 결과를 다수쪽으로 제공 ·다양한 검색 용션 제공ㆍ사용자 접근 편의성을 고려한 인터페이스 설계 · 경전보기 및 경전 듣기 기능의 제공 4) 누락문자 관리 프로그램 개선 · 누락문자 동록 및 검색 기능 제공 · 원문에 누락문자 입력 기능 제공ㆍ진언 및 도표 관리 기능 제공 5) 한글대장경 어플리케이션 프로그램 개발 · 스마트 폰에서 경전을 열람할 수 있는 검색 기능 제공 · 스마트 폰에서 경전을 들을 수 있는 음성 기능 제공 · 로그인을 통한 즐겨찾기 기능의 제공 나. 추진 전략 본 사업을 추진하기 위해서는 불교학 전문가와 정보 처리 전문가의 협 력이 펼수적이다. 공동 추진 전략은 다음과 같다. 1) 불교학 부문 · 한글대장경(한글 및 한자)의 입력 및 교정 · 한글대장경의 키워드 색인 2) 정보처리 부문 · 한글대장경 입력 및 편집 기술 개발 · 한글대장경 인터페이스 기술 개발 · 한글대장경 데이터베이스 기술 개발 3) 집중 연구 과제 · 한글(한자) 검색어에 대한 질의 방법 · 한자에 대한 이체자 처리 기술 ·XML 관련 기술· 대용량 데이터베이스에 대한 효율적인 검색기술 4) 개발 환경 ·한글대장경을 전세계에서 웹을 통하여 검색할 수 있도록 한글 및 영어 인터페이스 개발 · 한글대장경의 저장을 위한 데이터베이스는 표준 SQL을 지원하 는 관계형 DBMS 활용 . 한글대장경은 XML로 Tagging 한글대장경과 같은 자료에 대한 열람 및 연구가 필요한 많은 연구자 및 학생들이 우리의 문화유산을 도서관이 아닌 웹에서 검색하고 읽을 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 한글대장경의 전산화가 필수적이다. 3. 기대효과 및 활용방안 연구결과의 기여도, 기대효과 및 활용방안은 다음과 같다. 가. 기술적 측면 1) 한글대장경 및 불교자료의 전산화 기술 확보 · 한글(한자)의 입력 및 편집 기술 · 데이터베이스 저장 기술 ·검색 기술 2) 한글대장경의 웹 서비스 기술 확보 · 한글대장경의 검색을 위한 CGI 기술 · 웹 서버 및 데이터베이스 관리 기술 3) 누락문자 관리 기술 확보 4) 문화유산의 종합적인 전산화 구축 기술 확보 나. 경제, 산업적 측면 1) 한글대장경과 같은 불교 관련 서적의 전산화 활성화2) 우리 문화유산의 전산화에 대한 독자 기술 확보 3) 인터넷에서 다수의 연구자 및 학생들이 활용할 수 있으므로 이들 에게 막대한 편리성 및 이점 제공 4) 문화유산에 대한 국민적 관심 제고 5) 세계에 우리 문화재의 우수성을 알림다. 학문적인 측면 1) 시공을 초월하여 전세계 학자들에게 한국불교자료 제공 2) 한국불교연구의 세계화에 기여 3) 한국불교전서 교감에 기여할수 있을 것으로 기대 4) 불교종립대학인 본교 위상 격상과 건학이념 실천 This research is developments for constructing retrieval system by digitizing Six hundred thirty-four books quantities of Hangul Tripitaka in the 11th Hangul Tripitaka Digitization Project. For digitizing Hangul Tripitaka which is a Korean version of the Tripitaka Korean, we can input, store the retranslated archaic documents in database, and search their contents through the Internet. Because the archaic documents of Hangul Tripitaka includes extension characters of Chinese origin, missing characters and special characters, we input and store documents use Unicode and make image fonts that cannot be represented by Unicode. Also, for developing retrieval system in this research, we use MS-SQL 7.0 and IIS(Internet Information Server) on Wmdows 2CXXl Server. By developing search engine which providesvariety of retrieval methods, people who concern the archaic doctllIlents in the whole world can access Hangul Tripitaka saved as Unicode using the Web. In the 11th Hangul Tripitaka Digitization Project, we developed automated verifying system on raw file of the Hangul Tripitaka and improved the Web search system interface. also we reformed characters of Chinese origin, missing characters and special characters.
