        We have planned children`s playground in residential envirinment as the place for their play-behavior, but in a viewpoiwt of the function for thrir playground has not considered. So, as the children`s playground is very importamt in their grouth, we must take into account that how their play-behavior is expressed in the playground. In this study, we must try to study the principle on the play-space organization of children`s playground through the survey and analysis of their behavior and the physical environment of their playground. Case study is conducted in the children`s playground at Hwa-Meung Dong, in Pussan city. The results that are considered about the play space organization of children`splayground are as follows. 1. The play space for children must satisfy their basic needs. 2. The play space for children must contain the play-function of them. 3. The play space must bring the continuity in children`s play. 4. The play space must not be designed as isolands of space, but as connected network of spaces in relation to the area they serve. 5. In circular system, the vehicular traffic qay and the pedestrian qay have been divided preferentially each other. 6. It must be easy for children to access from the residential area to the playground. 7. The safety of the children`s play must be considered certainly. 8. The physical environment of playground must be organized diversely. 9. The play space for children must have multiple function necessarily.

        In this study, piezoelectric composites with 1-3-0 connectivity have been studied. A piezoelectric ceramic PZT prepared by the Wet-Dry Combination method is used as a filler phase in mixture of the third filler phase and Eccogel polymer matrix. The density and stiffness of 1-3-0 type composites were decreased with increasing the third phase.
