        Purpose: Most of the extant literatures on innovation networks take the enterprise as a black-node embedded into the networks, and ignore the internal structural changes inside the node. This paper links interaction of inter-and intra-networks with innovation ambidexterity and provide insights synergic mechanism between inter-and intra-networks of enterprises to leverage the innovation competence. Research design, data, and methodology: The relationships between the intra and inter innovation networks of the enterprise are integrated into a framework to study the synergic mechanism for them, and the model of second-order factor for structural equation is constructed to examined their synergy for improving capabilities. Results: The finding indicates that the interaction between intra-and inter-networks is helpful to realize the ambidexterity for enterprises by open innovation. This sheds light on a new framework for understanding the innovation networks to balance the explorative and exploitive innovation. Conclusions: It is found that the intra and inter networks play the different role for exploration and exploitation separately, but the interaction of the intra and inter networks is helpful to pursue these two kinds of capabilities simultaneously, which address the paradox of ambidexterity by changing the mutually exclusive duality to mutual promotion.

        DESIGN AND BRAKING STABILITY ANALYSIS OF A NOVEL INTERNAL PUMP-HYDRAULIC RETARDER AXLE FOR HEAVY ARTICULATED VEHICLE

        The retarder is widely used to ensure braking safety in heavy vehicles due to its noncontact braking characteristics. Currently, retarders are generally mounted on tractors, but semi-trailers have greater inertia and are prone to accidents. Therefore, the semi-trailer’s brakes have to work frequently to maintain stability during downhill braking, which causes the brakes to generate high temperatures or even failure. Based on the above problems, a novel internal pump-hydraulic retarder axle (IP-HRA) is proposed, which integrates the pump and hydraulic retarder (HR) into the support axle. The prototype of the IP-HRA was made and a bench test was conducted. In the experiment, the single-side braking power of the IP-HRA reaches 300 kW and its torque can be controlled by adjusting the outlet pressure. A co-simulation model of articulated vehicles is established to predict the braking state by computer solutions. Based on the experimental data, the methods of IP-HRA braking semi-trailer and traditional HR braking tractor are compared. The results of co-simulation show that the IP-HRA is more conducive to the braking stability of the articulated vehicle than the traditional HR when only retarder is used. Finally, the braking time and braking deceleration of IP-HRA are verified by road experiments.

        Influence of Mucor mucedo immobilized to corncob in remediation of pyrene contaminated agricultural soil

        In recent years, immobilization agents were introduced into organic contaminated soil remediation and more and more materials were screened and used as the immobilizing carrier. However, effect of the decomposition of the immobilizing carrier on the bioremediation was rarely concerned. Therefore, the decomposition experiment of immobilizing carrier -corncob was carried out in the lab with the efficient degradation fungi - Mucor mucedo (MU) existing, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) residues E4/E6 of the dissolved organic matter and microbial diversity during the decomposition process were studied. The results showed that: a) during the decomposition, the degradation of pyrene (Pyr) was mainly in the first 28 d in which the content of extractable Pyr decreased rapidly and the highest decrease was in the treatment with only MU added. b) Anslysis of E4/E6 changes showed that rich microorganisms could promote aromatization and condensation of humus. c) From the diversity index analysis it can also be seen that there is no significant difference in effects of PAHs on the uniformity of microorganisms. These results will not only be useful to have a better understanding of the bioavailability of contaminants adsorbed to biodegradable carriers in PAHs contaminated soil remediation, but also be helpful to perfect the principle of immobilized microbial technique.
