In this research, to develope the Al 7075/CFRP multilayered hybrid composites, CRALL(Carbon Reinforced aluminum laminate) specimens were processed by autoclave curing system that curing temperature, time, surface pretreatment condition of aluminum were constant. And the fatigue life and failure mechanism on CFRP volume fraction and fiber orientation of CRALL specimens were investigated. A fatigue life was greatly influenced by effect of CFRP fiber volume fraction but it was less effected than those of fiber orientation. The fatigue failure arised from interface delamination of CFRP and aluminum sheet after shear fracture of aluminum layer. The failure mechanism is assumed that the aluminum laminates which divide the CFRP into many thin layers tend to arrest the failure propagation.

This research is to evaluate the effect of sunshine treatment on the strength in the A1 6061/AFRP hybrid composite(APAL). APAL specimens were processed by autoclave curing system under the constant condition of curing temperature, time and aluminum surface pretreatment. Aramid patched aluminum alloy can be widely used for the repair of the damage part of the aircraft.<br/> The tensile strength of the sunshine treated APAL 2P and 6P composite is 14%, 22% smaller than that of the non-treated material. The interlaminar shear strength of the APAL specimens for the adhesive length of 5㎜ is 24% higher than that of the APAL for the adhesive length of 10㎜. In the case of APAL DS IP material, interlaminar shear strength of the specimen which was sunshine treated for 200 hours is 21% smaller than that of the non-treated material while interlaminar shear strength of the specimen which was immersed in a 70℃ fresh water for 1200 hours decreases by 75.7%.

Effects of an accelerated iso- thermal aging (375℃,×66days) and a prestressing on the elastic -plastic fracture toughness are examined for the nuclear reactor pressure vessel steel. A533B-1, The elastic-plastic fracture toughness tests were conducted at the room temperature -20 , -40℃,-60℃ and 300℃. In the test temperature, ?ic values decrease due to above effects. However, if the results are represent in terms of modified ?-integral which accounts for / due to pre-loading , they have no effect. So, the main reason for decreasing ?lc should be attributed to the pre-loading.
FEM에 의한 Al07075/CFRP 적층재의 탄성계수 해석

As for the properties on both the aluminum and the CFRP which are used to make A17075/CERP multi-layered hybrid composites, CRALL(carbon reinforced aluminum laminate). For CRALL specimen, FEM analysis is compared with experimental results. It is shown that the rule of mixture is well agreed with experiment result in A/C 0001 layered 1 ply. However, differences are conceivable in A/C 0003 and A/C and A/C 0005 because of the effect of fiber volume fraction. In the A/C 0001 specimen case, the elastic modulus of the unnotched and circular notched CRALL specimen by FEM analysis are agreed with the experimental results, but that of A/C 0003 and A/C 0005 specimens had high CFRP volume fraction doesn't agree with experimental results.
