Mobile Internet due to the limitation of the mobile terminal power supply, transmission and calculation of the need to adopt energy saving strategy, also due to the terminal mobility, mobile Internet topology change. Therefore, mobile Internet cloud computing resources allocation need both energy efficiency and assure the time characteristics of mobile business; Aiming at this problem, this paper presents a maximum energy efficiency optimization, in the restrictive conditions at the same time, guarantee the minimum time delay the business. According to the characteristics of the optimization problems, both the distribution of the improved algorithm is proposed, the algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm, build the search direction matrix of orientation, the simulation results show that the proposed allocation algorithm can effectively improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and ensure that the time delay of the business requirements.
Design of Mobile Internet Cloud Platform Software Application Platform

Mobile Internet cloud computing has the features which convenient access, covering a wide range, however, due to the large number of the application service, the design of the software become difficult, aiming at this problem, the paper develops a software application platform which decoupling of data and service, it effectively solves the difficulties of development problems and scalability of the platform. And it gives its concrete realization process, which provides a useful exploration for the realization of the mobile Internet cloud platform.
Hysteretic behavior of multi-layered beams with Coulomb friction interface law

This paper presents a novel recursive algorithm to investigate the slip process of multi-layered laminated beams with Coulomb friction interface law under Euler-Bernoulli beam assumption. Based on the incremental superposition method, the periodic mechanical behavior of a cantilever multi-layered beam under quasi-static reciprocating loading is presented. Particularly, the force-deformation hysteresis loop of the beam is drawn to investigate the changing process of its stiffness. The changing process of the potential energy and the frictional energy dissipation of the beam is calculated analytically, then the results suggest that multi-layered beams with Coulomb friction interface law exhibit both energy dissipation capacity and energy storage property. A numerical example employing zero-thickness nonlinear spring elements which can satisfy the Coulomb friction interface law is implemented and its accuracy is verified against the analytical solution by increasing the density of the zero-thickness elements.
Principle of fumigant and fumigation

Fumigation - one of the chemical methods - is the art of dispensing and applying gaseous substances especially for the purpose of disinfecting. It is an old and widely used technique for disinfestation of postharvest grain, fruit and vegetable. In a fumigation procedure, a gas is added to an enclosure for the purpose of controlling or eliminating undesirable organisms. The organisms may be pests of various types - such as insects, rodents, mites, and birds - or micro-organisms, or particular plants or seeds. The enclosure can be made from a diverse range of materials, including metal, concrete, bricks, mud and various plastic membranes. It is necessary to contain the fumigant while it acts on the target organism and to restrict its escape into areas where it may be dangerous to human health. In many situations fumigation may be the only feasible process for pest control as it does not require the commodity to be moved. Neither might it need specialized apparatuses, electricity, or manpower, and is relatively easy to apply in comparison with other methods, for example, heating and irradiation, as well as the use of protectants to control insects. Because fumigation is often the cheapest and most effective process available, it plays a major, world-wide, role in preserving commodities. However, researchers and operators not always fully understand principle of fumigant and fumigation practice to ensure select right fumigant and exposure time on different target insect pests and host commodities as well as application methods.
Network Traffic Prediction Based on SVR Improved By Chaos Theory and Ant Colony Optimization

Network traffic prediction is one of the significant issues. The model for network traffic prediction should meet the following requirements. First, the model should be taken into consideration the characteristics of the network flow such as burstiness, long-range dependence, periodicity and self-similarity. To achieve this, we decompose the original flow in a multi-scale manner into a set of linear and stable representations, and introduce chaos theory to improve the diversity and search coverage. Second, the model should be efficient and accurate. To this end, we propose a prediction model based on SVR, and utilize Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm for parameter selection of SVR. Besides, we conduct experiments to evaluate the proposed model.

The respiration rate of PH3 susceptible strain was significantly higher than the resistant strain. The results showed no significant effect of oxygen level on the respiration rate of both strains. Phosphine reduced the respiration rate of both strains when it was applied in average concentrations. However, the rate of respiration of the resistant beetles increased significantly under a high level of phosphine. The increase of respiration rate was associated with the higher emission of VOCs which prove the acceleration of metabolic processes to face the phosphine action for survival. Flat grain beetle Cryptolestes pusillus and rusty grain beetle C. ferrugineus are similar insect species, but only C. ferrugineus is capable to develop a high phosphine resistance. A direct immersion solid phase microextraction gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (DI-SPME-GCMS) technology has identified the different fatty acids from PH3 resistant and susceptible strain of Tribolium castaneum.
