재한 중국인 유학생이 지각한 부모진로행동과 미래시간전망이 진로의사결정수준에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 재한 중국인 유학생이 지각한 부모진로행동과 미래시간전망이진로의사결정수준에 미치는 영향을 검정하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 서울특별시와 경기도지역에 소재한 4년제 대학교 및 대학원에서 공부하고 있는 중국인 유학생 311명을대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 설문 조사는 2023년 4월 20일부터 4월 27일까지약1주간 진행하였으며 부모진로행동 척도, 미래시간전망 척도, 진로의사결정수준 척도로 이루어진 자기보고식 질문지를 활용하여 위챗(WECHAT)과 문권성(問卷星)을통해 설문조사를 온라인으로 실시하였다. 그결과 총 311명이 설문조사에 응답하였으며불성실한 응답을 제외하여 총 302부의 질문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석울 실시하였으며 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저 재한 중국인 유학생이 지각한 부모진로행동, 미래시간전망, 진로의사결정수준의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 재한 중국인 유학생이 지각한 부모진로행동은 미래시간전망, 진로의사결정수준와 유의미한 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 미래시간전망과진로의사결정수준은 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 재한 중국인 유학생이 지각한 부모진로행동, 미래시간전망, 진로의사결정수준간의 영향관계를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 독립변인인 부모진로행동이 종속변인인 진로의사결정수준에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 부모진로행동의 하위요인이 진로의사결정수준에 대한 영향을 살펴보면 부모진로행동의 하위요인인 부모지지는 진로의사결정수준에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났 다. 부모진로행동의 하위요인인 부모간섭과 부모관여부족은 진로의사결정수준에부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 독립변인인 미래시간전망이 종속변인인진로의사결정수준에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 미래시간전망의 하위요인이 진로의사결정수준에 대한 영향을 살펴보면 미래시간전망의 모든 하위요인이 진로의사결정수준에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 부모진로행동과진로의사결정수준에 대한 영향을 살펴보면 둘이 진로의사결정수준에 대해 유의미한정적 영향을 있는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 재한 중국인 유학생이 지각한 부모진로행동, 미래시간전망, 진로의사결정수준 간의 유의미한 상관관계 및 영향관계에 관한 결과를 도출함으로써의미가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 진로의사결정에 대한 어려움을 호소하는 외국인 유학생, 특히 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 진로 탐색 및 결정 과정을 지원 할 수 있는심리 및 상담 프로그램 개발에 유의미한 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of perceived career-specific parental behaviors and future time perspective on career decision-making levels among Chinese students studying in Korea. The study researches 311 undergraduate and graduate Chinese students studying at universities and colleges schools in Seoul and Gyeonggi-d regions. This study conducted an online survey using a self-reported questionnaire consisting of the career-specific parental behaviors Scale, Future time perspective Scale, and Career Decision Scale on WeChat App and Wenjuanxing websites from April 20 to April 27, 2023. 311 students answered the questionnaire survey, and apart from dishonest responses, a total of 302 questionnaires were analyzed and used as the sample of the study. Based on the collected questionnaires, this study conducts and analyzes the data in SPSS 26.0 by using frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The study analyzes the correlation of perceived career-specific parental behaviors, future time perspective, and career decision-making level among Chinese students studying in South Korea. The results show that the perceived career-specific parental behaviors of Chinese international students in Korea is positively correlated with future time perspective and career decision-making level, and future time perspective is positively correlated with career decision-making level. The results of regression analysis are showed to understand the effect of the factors. Firstly, the career-specific parental behaviors as an independent variable has a significant positively effect on the career decision-making level. Parental career support has a positive effect on career decision-making level, while parental career intervention and parental absence have a negative effect on career decision-making level. Secondly, future time perspective as an independent variable has a significant positive effect on career decision-making level as a dependent variable. All subordinate variables of future time perspective have a significant positive effect on career decision-making level. Thirdly, both career-specific parental behaviors and future time perspective have a positive effect on the career decision-making level. By this study, it is concluded that a meaningful correlation and effect exists between the perceived career-specific parental behaviors, future time perspective, and career decision-making level of Chinese students studying in Korea. Therefore, this study is sound. I hope that this study can provide meaningful information in solving the difficulties in career decision-making for foreign students, especially for developing psychological counseling programs for Chinese international students.
