약점지능향상을 위한 스마트단말 어플리케이션 개발 및 효과

지속적인 정보통신기술의 발달로 인해서, 사회 및 경제 분야들과의 융합이 발생하는 4차 산업혁명이 예견되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 많은 업무들이 기계 또는 인공지능에 의해 대체되고, 새로운 형태의 산업들이 나타날 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 산업 변화에 빠르게 대응하기 위해서, 창의적 융합 인재의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 창의적 융합 인재 양성을 위해서는 다양한 분야의 지식과 능력의 개발이 필수적이다. 인간의 지능이 8개의 지능으로 구성되어 있다는 다중지능이론을 기반으로 모든 지능들을 발달시켜야 한다. 기존의 IQ검사는 언어, 수리, 논리 능력만을 평가하여 다양한 분야의 지능 개발에 어려움이 있다. 다양한 지능 개발을 위해서는 지능간의 균형이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 약점지능 향상을 위한 학습 효율을 높이기 위해서 스마트 단말 어플리케이션을 개발하고자 한다. 초등학생들을 대상으로 다중지능검사를 수행하고, 결과를 기반으로 두 지능을 약점지능으로 결정하였다. 개발한 어플리케이션을 통한 학습 후, 약점지능으로 선택된 자연친화지능과 언어지능의 점수가 향상된 것을 확인하였다. Due to the continuous improvement of information and communication technology, the fourth industrial revolution will occur where the convergence of social, economy, and etc. will occur. In the fourth industrial revolution, many jobs are supposed to be replace by machine and AI, new types of industries will be emerged. In order to deal with the industrial change, the creative person who is able to combine different domain knowledge is required. For that, a person has to develop abilities and learn knowledge in various fields. According to the theory of multiple intelligence, an intelligence is composed of eight criteria. Since the IQ test focuses linguistic, mathematical, and logical intelligence, the improvement of multiple intelligences is limited. For balanced intelligence improvement, weak intelligence should be further improved. In this paper, we propose the smart device application to efficiently improve the weak intelligence. We conducted multiple intelligence test for elementary school student and determined two weak intelligences. Students learned through smart device application, and we confirmed that the test results improve.

교사의 정체성 형성요소와 형성과정에 관한 질적 메타분석

본 연구는 교사의 정체성 형성요소와 정체성 형성과정을 살펴보기 위해 교사의 정체성에 관한 질적 연구물을 대상으로 질적 메타분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 정체성 형성에 영향을 주는 요소로는 교사의 어려움, 교사이전 경험, 수업경험, 보람, 반성과 통찰 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사 정체성 형성과정은 크게 두 가지로 나누어 볼 수 있는데 교사에게 의미 있게 다가오는 개별 경험을 통해 형성되는 정체성 형성과정과 이렇게 형성된 정체성이 새로운 경험을 통하여 시기와 상황에 따라 발전, 반전, 퇴보 등의 역동적 과정을 겪으며 적응적, 실천적 정체성에서 실존의 의미를 찾아가는 정체성 형성과정으로 나누어 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 과정에서 정체성 형성의 핵심 요소는 반성과 통찰이며, 교사의 성찰적 반성경험을 높일 수 있는 교사교육과 교사의 경험에 영향을 미치는 사회 구조적인 문제에 대한 인식과 고민이 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to make a qualitative meta-synthesis of qualitative studies on teacher identity in an effort to shed light on influential factors for teacher identity and identity building process. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the factors that affected identity were difficulties as a teacher, prior experiences, teaching experiences, finding it rewarding to teach, self-reflection and insight. Second, the process of teacher identity building could largely be divided into two. One was a process to build identity based on significant individual experiences, and the other was a process to make the identity more adaptive and practical through new experiences and in a dynamic process of reversal, regression and advance depending on the given situations and to find a meaning in one`s own existence in that course. The core elements of identity building were self-reflection and insight. Therefore the kind of teacher education that encourages teachers to gain plenty of retrospective self-reflection experiences should be provided, and how their experiences are affected by problems with social structure should carefully be considered.

The Purpose of this study was to compare children´s competence in moral judgement according to birth order and sex of child. The subjects of this study were 67 9and 10year old children who have two brothers. The instrument for measuring children's moral judgement competence was Kohlberg's moral dilemma situation modified by Kim and Lee(1976). The data were analyzed with oneway ANOVA and ttest. The results showed that 910 children´s competence in moral judgement were lst and 2st grade. That is children ofthis age judge by authority and naive egolitarianism. there were no significant differences in moral judement competence according to birth order or sex of child.
