        A Study on the Activation of Figure Skating for People with Disabilities

        Purpose: This study aims to examine and suggest development directions to revitalize the process of figure skating with disability in Korea. Method: In this study, literature analysis was conducted by investigating research data on figure skating for the people with disability in order to examine the process in Korea and suggest ways to revitalize it. In addition, data of sports organizations such as the Korea Paralympic committee and Special Olympics Korea were collected to find out the need for sports for the people with disability, the characteristics and value of skating, and to find ways to revitalize figure skating. Results: This study grasped the current status and collected and analyzed data to cope with the changing environment of sports for the people with disability and the changes occurring in the field of figure skating for the people with disability. The conclusions and suggestions are as follows. First, as a representative organization of winter sports for people with disability, figure skating can be included in the national winter competition for people with disability, which can play a role in the increase of the ice skating population with the Special Olympic Korea Committee. Second, various positive effects can be physically and mentally through the continuous participation of disa-bled people in figure skating, and balanced development should be established by establishing a linkage system from sports people with disability to professional sports for the purpose of improving and developing perfor-mance. When planning projects related to professional sports, sports for all, and school sports for people with disabilities, the purpose of establishing pleasant experiences, social skills, and health improvement through phys-ical activities, and fostering professional athletes and developing performance. Third, there should be many sta-diums where athletes can officially practice. Dongcheon Ice Rink was established for the first time for the people with disability, but it is regrettable that there are other cases where training for the people with disability on the ice rink is restricted for safety reasons. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, Skating events for the people with disability are divided into short track and figure skating, and are held annually at the National Winter Games for the people with disability and the Special Olympics Winter Games. As a result, it is considered meaningful to find various ways to revitalize figure skating for the people with disability so that they can induce more participation than before COVID-19. In the future, if we create an environment where people with disability can train freely, more figure skaters will be created. Finally, in the follow-up study, it is considered that there is a need for expanded research targeting ex-perts in the special sports field, leaders by event, and participants.

        The Effect of Integral Movement Therapy Program with the Marian Chase Technique on Peer Relationship and Behavior of Deviation of the Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder for SAFETY

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to validate the effect of a movement therapy program applying the Mar-ian Chase Technique on the peer relationship and behavior of deviation within the integral education for the non-disabled and disabled of the same age. Method: In this study, the students without disability participated in the experiment to validate the effective-ness of the integral movement therapy program applying the Marian Chase Technique. A total of 12 movement therapy programs were carried out once per week from September 4, 2019 until November 27, 2019 for 3 stu-dents with disability and 7 students without disability who participated in the M University’s movement therapy program. Results: As a result of measuring the peer relationship of the movement therapy program in the integrated en-vironment, and student A improved by 32 points from 2 points during the 1st round to 34 points during the 12th round, and student B increased by 8 points from 1 point during the 1st round to 9 points during the 12th round. Furthermore, student C improved by a total of 21 points from 11 points during the 1st round to 28 points during the 12th round. As a result of measuring the frequency of behavior of deviation by period through the movement therapy program, student A with disability decreased by 75% from 4 times during the 1st round to once during the last 12th round on average. Student C with disability decreased by 50% from 6 times during the 1st round to 3 times during the 12th round, and student B with disability decreased by 25% from 8 times during the 1st round to 6 times during the 12th round. Conclusion: Consequently, it was evident that the effect of the movement therapy program for which the inte-gral education was carried out has had an effect on the peer relationship and behavior of deviation of the chil-dren with mild autism. It is considered that the studies to develop an individualized movement therapy program for the students with autism demonstrating differences is needed.

        A Study on Group Performance of People with Cerebral Palsy in FIGURE SKATING Program

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the successful improvement of figure skating techniques when applying them to people with cerebral palsy and present basic data to develop various figure skating pro-grams suitable for the characteristics of people with cerebral palsy. Method: This study conducted a structured experimental study as it investigates the technical changes of peo-ple with cerebral palsy in modified skating postures and performances with choreography. For this experimental study, five group performances were organized, and a total of 15 experimental procedures were conducted sepa-rately from the experimental group(with cerebral palsy) and the comparative group(non-disabled). Results: Comparing the average scores of skating movements according to the measurement session by group, the difference in average scores in the first, second, third, and fourth sessions was statistically signifi-cant(p<.05).The BTS movements according to the measurement sessions have been gradually improved along with the implementation sessions. The average score of BTS movements in the experimental group was 12.36(2.72), which is 0.98 points higher than the average of comparative groups(11.38, 2.42). However, the col-lective scores of these BTS movements did not show statistically significant differences[F(16,4) =1.43, p>.05]. Comparing the average scores of connection movement by measurement session by group, the difference in aver-age score was statistically significant[F(1, 4)=5.95, p<.05). The average score for the entire session of the experi-mental group was 6.30(1.83) and the average score for the comparative group was 4.81(1.35), indicating the overall average difference of 1.49. Conclusion: The study showed that there was a change in ability through figure skating group performances of people with cerebral palsy. Based on this, it is believed that follow-up research should be conducted to develop efficient and applicable figure skating programs by modifying and supplementing the program.

        Study on Judgment Recognition of Figure Skating COACHES

        Purpose: This study is to analyze the judgment perception of the figure skating instructor, to secure trust be-tween the judge and the director, and to provide basic data for the development plan of the figure skating event. The subject was a survey of 45 professional figure skating instructors registered as directors in the Korea Skating Federation. Method: This analysis of the perception of figure skating instructors judgments based on gender was con-ducted using t-test. One-way ANOVA was carried out to identify the judge s perception according to the director s age, coaching period, coaching experience, and director level. Results: First, regarding gender, male directors were found to be more positively perceived than female direc-tors, but the difference was not statistically significant. Second, regarding age, the scores of directors over 50 was the lowest. Third, regarding the guidance period, it was found that directors with more than 10 years of guidance received the most negative perception. Fourth, there was a statistically significant difference in the director s perception according to the coaching experience. There was a difference in the perception of fairness, reliability, and accuracy of the judge, which is a sub-factor, and the perception of judge decision was more negative for professional directors with experience in coaching national athletes than for directors with experience in coaching general sports. Fifth, there was a difference in the perception according to the level of the director. Especially the perception was the most negative for class 7-8 directors. Conclusion: As a result, it is considered that studies are needed to increase the objectivity of the judges in scoring, which depends on their subjective evaluation.

        두줄쓰기 창의기법 적용 동시짓기 활동이 유아의 창의적 능력과 창의적 성격 향상에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 두줄쓰기 창의기법을 활용한 동시짓기 활동이 유아의 창의적 능력 및 창의적 성격을 향 상시키기에 효과적인지를 확인하는데 목적을 두고, 실험집단과 통제집단 실험설계로 유아 30명을 대 상으로 실험연구를 진행하였다. 연구대상은 서울지역의 어린이집에 재원 중인 만4세 2개 반을 무선 선정하여, A학급 15명을 실험집단, B학급 15명을 통제집단으로 배정하였다. 실험집단에서는 두줄쓰기 기법을 활용한 동시짓기 활동을 적용하였고, 통제집단에서는 누리과정에 기초한 동시감상활동을 하였 다. 그리고 실험 전·후에 유아용 통합창의성검사(이경화, 2014)를 하였고, 집단 간 독립표본 t-test와 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 두줄쓰기기법을 활용한 동시짓기 활동은 유아의 창의 적 능력 및 성격 향상에 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 유아교육현장에서 유아의 창의성 계발 을 위하여 두줄쓰기기법을 활용한 동시짓기 활동이 의미 있게 사용되어, 유아를 창의융합인재로 육성 시킬 수 있는 가능성을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to verify whether a poem making activity using two-line writing technique was effective in improving creative ability and creative personality of young children. Experimental study was carried out on 30 young children with an experimental group and control group experiment design. The subjects of this study were selected as 2 classes of 4-year-old young children at a daycare center in Seoul. 15 students in the A class and 15 students in the B class were assigned as the experimental group and the control group. In the experimental group, a poem making activity using two-line writing technique was applied, and a poem appreciation activity based on the Nurie process was implemented in the control group. In addition, the integrated creativity test for young children(Kyunghwa Lee, 2014) was conducted before and after the experiment and an independent sample t-test and covariance analysis(ANCOVA) were performed. As a research result, it was confirmed that a poem making activity using two-line writing technique was effective in improving creative ability and creative personality of young children. Therefore, this study suggests the possibility of fostering young children as creativity convergence talented people while a poem making activity using two-line writing technique is used meaningfully in early childhood education fields.
