        연구 대상인 중합체 분자에 염(??, ??, ??)을 일정한 비로 혼합하여 묽인 용액에 대한 광산란 실험결과로 부터 1) 산란각이 작은 영역에서 산출된 회전반경(??)이 농도가 묽어질수록, 그리고 염의 종류에 따라서는 ??>??>??순으로 증가하였다. 이는 Han이 측정한 환산점성도의 결과와 일치한다. 2) 산란각이 큰 영역에서 ??의 함수와 ??함수를 비교할 때 농도가 짙은 상태에서는 분자 모형이 코일형이며, 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 막대형으로 변하고 있음을 추정할 수 있다. 3) 광산란 실험 결과로 산출된 환산점성도 값(??)이 점성도계로 측정한 값(??)과 서로 잘 일치하며 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 분자의 축비율이 증가함을 알 수 있다. 이로부터 농도가 묽어짐에 따라 분자모양이 막대형으로 변하고 따라서 회전반경(??)이 커지고, 그 결과로서 환산 점성도가 증가된다고 볼 수 있다. A measurements of reduced viscosity and light scattering study on new polyamides solution containing crown ether moieties were made in the presence of a salt(??, ??, ??). The result was that the reduced viscosity of solution increased rapidly as the concentration of solution decreased even if it was different as a sort of salt. In study of light scattering experiment, the angular dependent intensities of scattered light from each solution were measured. The Rayleigh ratios calculated from these data suggested that a change in molecular shape from coil to rod was responsible for the increased in the reduced viscosity of the polymar solution with dilution. The reduced visosity calculated from light scattering data agreed well with those measured with a viscometer.

      • CdS 박막의 열처리효과에 관한 연구

        The annealing effects of CdS thin films prepared by the chemical vapor deposition method have been investigated. At 380℃, the annealing of CdS thin films for 30 minutes in H_(2) gas and vacuum (10^(-5) torr) has led to enhance the electrical conductivity and crystal structure of them. The resistivities are increased by as much as two and concentrations of the CdS thin films annealed have very fluctuating values, this may be expected to attniute to the surface scattering and surface potential resulted from the defects.

      • ZnSe-ZnS : Mn 직류 박막형 전자발광 소자의 제작 및 특성조사

        A ZnSe-ZnS : Mn dc thin flim electroluminescene device was fabricated electron beam evaporation method and investigated the charcteristics. The brightness-voltage characteristics for dc operation were measured . The threshold voltage was 32V and at 60V the maximum brightness was 95fL. The brightness depending on the layer thickness of thin flim increased and a brightness tended to saturate above 8000A and the optimum temperature of substrate was 200-230℃. The spectrum of this device had a maximum intenty at wavelength 585nm.

      • Mossbauer 분광법을 이용한 제주 화산암의 미시적 연구와 그 응용

        제주도 전 지역의 특정위치를 선정하여 그 위치에 따라 지하 60m, 61m, 87m, 99.5m, 220m까지 깊이별로 화산암 시료를 채취하여, 이 시료에 대한 SIMS, XPS와 Mossbauer spectroscopy의 실험결과를 보고한다. UHV chamber에서 분리 이온화에 의해 생겨 난 parent 이온들로부터 cracking pattern들에 대해 연구하였고, 그 parent 이온들은 Si??, Al??, Ca??, Mg??, Fe??, Fe??, Na?, k?등으로 나타났다. 이 시료들에 대한 XPS 실험에서 wide scan analysis를 통하여 시료 표면에서 Al, Si, Ca, O, Fe, Na 등의 원소가 존재하고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, narrow scan analysis를 통하여 이들 대부분이 single compound state를 나타내고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 화산암에 대한 Mossbauer spectrum으로부터 olivine, pyroxene, ilmenite에 의한 세쌍의 quadrupole splitting을 얻었으며, 각 광물에 함유된 Fe는 약간의 Fe??를 제외하고는 거의 모두 Fe??상태임을 확인하였다. We are reporting the results of measurements of the SIMS, XPS, and ??Fe Mossbauer spectrum for powder samples of volcanic rock which has been distributed throughout different areas on Cheju island, each in different depth beginning at 60m then 61m than 61m, 87m, 99.5m, and 220m. We have studied the cracking patterns from parent ions which are created by dissociative ionization in the UHV chamber. The parent ions were Si??, Al??, Ca??, Mg??, Fe??, Fe??, Na??, and k??. In the XPS results for these samples, we find the existence of elements Al, Si, Ca, O, Fe, Na on their surfaces through the wide scan analysis. Also, the single compound state has appeared in a greater percentage of the them through the narrow scan analysis. The Mossbauer spectrum consists of well defined quadrupole doublets having a dominant 2+ charge state with a small percent having a 3+ charge state. These indicate the presense of olivine, pyroxene, and ilmenite.

      • Mossbauer 분광학과 이성질체이동, 공명흡수 면적을 이용한 Debye 온도결정

        In this study, we have improved the methods determining the Debye temperature. From a fact that the kinetic temperature proposed by Mazo and Kirwood simplize the Mossbauer data we could compute the ?? using isomer shift variance about low temperature range, 50∼300K, and linearizing temperature To of data. Futhermore, we have tried automatic iteration process of log resonance absorption area ratios about ?? to determine the Debye temperature accurately. From each methods, we knew the ?? of iron foil stands on 476∼485 K. The credible ?? from Mossbauer data can be determined by the careful measurement and fine computer technique.

      • Mo¨ssbauer 분광법을 이용한 10MnO_2-10Fe_2O_3-30Na_2O-50SiO_2 유리내의 Fe^3+ 이온에 관한 연구

        We have studied the Mo¨ssbauer parameters for Fe^(3+) ion in the quenched glass and heat treated glass and heat treated glasses. The Mo¨ssbauer spectra of the quenched glass were investigated at various temperatures from 60K to 300K. Using the center shift and kinetic temperature, the Debye and einstein temperatures were calculated. The quenched glass was heat-treated at various temperatures from 530℃ to 710℃ for five hours. Both the isomer shit and quadrupole splitting parameters decreased near 590℃. And regardless of heat treatment, the Fe^(3+) ion was predominantly octahedrally coordinated.

      • Mossbauer Spectroscopy에 의한 제주 화산암의 구조적 연구(Ⅱ)

        본 연구에서는 제주도 한라산 북쪽 고지대(1100m)로부터 저지대(200m)까지 존재하는 화산암을 채취하여 Mossbauer spectrum을 측정하고 화산암을 구성하는 주된 광물인 olivine내의 Fe이온의 물성을 조사하였다. 고도별로 채취한 제주도 화산암의 Mossbauer spectrum은 주로 olivine에 의한 한쌍의 quadrupole splitting을 나타낸다. 이들 화산암의 isomer shift 값과 quadrupole splitting 값으로부터 화산암에 함유된 Fe는 주로 ?? 상태로 존재함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 고도별로 채취한 제주도 화산암의 Mossbauer spectrum의 공명흡수면적은 고도가 높을수록 증가함을 알 수 있었다. Mossbauer parameters of Cheju volcanic rock with increasing altitude are measured at the room temperature. The values of isomer shift and quadrupole splitting shows sthat samples is composed to be in ?? ionic state. The values of absorption area are increased as altitude is heightened.

      • C.V.D. 방법으로 제작한 CdS 박막의 성질에 관한 연구

        CdS this films have been prepared by the chemical vapor deposition method, where the ultrasonic stirrer has been used as an evaporator of the mixed solution of cadium chloride and thiourea, and their electrical properties and crystal structures associated with the growth conditions have been investigated. This investigation shows that the electrical properties and crystal structures of CdS thin Films can be stron-gly influenced by substrate temperature, concentrations of mixed solution, evaporating rate and cooling rate. About 350℃ ,the exedmt CdS thin films arc obtained, the results were p^(12)~10^(a)cm, u=10㎠/v sec n=~10^(14)cm^(-13) and hexagonal structures with the principal orientation (002).
