        In this paper, it is presented a new technique to the design and real-time implementation of fuzzy control system based-on digital signal processors in order to improve the precision and robustness for system of industrial robot. Fuzzy control has emerged as one of the most active and fruitful areas for research in the applications of fuzzy set theory, especially in the real of industrial processes. In this thesis, a self-organizing fuzzy controller for the industrial robot manipulator with a actuator located at the base is studied. A fuzzy logic composed of linguistic conditional statements is employed by defining the relations of input-output variable of the controller, In the synthesis of a FLC, one of the most difficult problems is the determination of linguistic control rules from the human operators. To overcome this difficult, SOFC is proposed for a hierarchical control structure consisting of basic level and high level that modify control rules. The proposed SOFC scheme is simple in structure, fast in computation, and suitable for implementation of real-time control. Performance of the SOFC is illustrated by simulation and experimental results for robot with eight joints.

      • 분사법에 의한 탄산칼슘 제조

        본 연구는 탄산가스화법에 의한 탄산칼슘 입자 제조 공정에 있어서, 탄산가스로 채워진 반응기에 수산화칼슘 슬러리를 분사하는 방법으로 탄산칼슘 입자를 제조하였다. 수산화 칼슘의 농도(0.25~1.0wt%), 분사압력(0.5kgf /㎠~1.5kgf /㎠) 및 반응기 온도(20℃, 28℃)의 변화에 따른 생성된 탄산칼슘을 관찰하였다. 수산화 칼슘의 농도가 비교적 높으면(0.75wt%, 1.0wt%), 생성물의 pH와 전도도는 높게 나타났다. 분사압력에 의한 탄산칼슘 제조의 변화는 분사압력이 높아질수록(1.5kgf /㎠), pH와 전도도는 높게 측정되었다. 그러나, 수산화 칼슘의 농도와 분사압력의 변화가 탄산칼슘의 입자크기, 형태, 결정구조에 영향을 미치지는 않았다. 반응기의 온도가 28℃에서 생성된 탄산칼슘은 1.0㎛이하의 칼사이트 상 입자가 제조되었으며, 20℃에서 생성된 탄산칼슘은 0.5㎛이하의 칼사이트 상 입자가 제조되었다. 반응기의 온도가 낮아질수록 탄산칼슘 입자의 크기가 작아짐을 알 수 있었다. For the preparation of calcium carbonate particles from aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry, carbonation reaction of aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry was carried out by spouting the aqueous slurry of Ca(OH)2 into reactor filled with CO2 gas. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 varies from 0.25wt% to 1.0wt%, nozzle pressure from 0.5kgf /㎠ to 1.5kgf /㎠, and reactor temperature were set at 20℃ and 28℃. With relatively high concentration of 0.75wt% and 1.0wt% of Ca(OH)2, pH and conductivity of product-stream were observed high value. High pH and conductivity were observed at high nozzle pressure of 1.5kgf /㎠. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 and nozzle pressure, however, did not change the particle size and shape of calcium carbonate synthesized by carbonation reaction. The reaction temperature affected particle size. At reactor temperatures of 28℃ and 20℃, the particle sizes were about 1.0㎛ and 0.5㎛, respectively. Crystal structure of calcium calcium carbonate was of calcite. When reactor temperature was lower, the size of calcium carbonate particle was smaller.

      • SiGe 에피택셜 베이스 층을 이용한 HBT의 특성에 관한 연구

        This paper describes an experimental research on the HBT process that uses a SiGe epitaxy layer, and also a HBT with maximwn cutoff frequency of ffiGHz followed by a discussion on their characteristics. The HBT applied in this research, as an npn structure, used a base with Si₁-_(x)Ge_(x) epitaxial layer. The Si₁-_(x)Ge_(x) epitaxy layer used in the base area, as a graded Ge profile, base depth as W_(B)=650A and Ge mole fraction as x=0.12. The electrical characteristics on the fabricated chip were shown in C-E breakdown voltage as 3.92V, current gain as 165, and maximnn cutoff frequency as ffiGHz. As a result, this research acquired the design and process technology that can produce a HBT using the Si₁-_(x)Ge_(x) layer as its base by using the silicon process technology.

        남성들의 흡연과 성만족도에 관한 연구

        Purpose: This study aimed to compare differences on sexual satisfaction between non-smokers and smokers of Korean adult males. Method: The subjects of this study were 304 current smokers and 331 current non-smokers(stop smokers, never smokers) (58.0%). Because of the nature of the study, the participants were recruited through a home page advertisement of a brand newspaper company in Korea, and the survey was done through Internet system. The tool t o measure participant's sexual satisfaction was adopted from the Arizona Sexual Experience Scale-Male. Result: Participant's age ranged from 20 to 49, mostly in their 30s-40s(96.1%). They were smoking average of 15 cigarettes per day. There were no significant difference on sexual satisfaction between current smokers and non-smokers(t=-.55, p>.05). However. there were significant difference on sexual satisfaction between ever smokers(n=481) and never smokers(n=154) (t=2.10. p<.05). There were significant differences an erectile and orgasm satisfaction according t o number of cigarettes they smoked per day. 54.5% smokers who said that they have difficulty in keeping erectile state considered on smoking cessation within 30 days whereas 24.2% in those who said that keeping erectile state was easy. Conclusion: Informing about the high risk of sexual dysfunction with cigarette smoking should become a important part of smoking cessation education and for smoking adolescents.

        성인 금연자의 금연유형에 관한 연구 : Q 방법론적 접근 Q Methodological Approach

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to analyze the subjectivity of smoking cessation methods of smokers. Method : The Q. methodology which provides a method of analyzing the individual's subjectivity was used. The 34 subjects classified 38 selected Q-statements into a 9 point scale to make a normal distribution. The collected data was analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Result : Three types of smoking cessation among smokers were identified. Type I, Family Centered; Type Ⅱ, Suppressing Temptation; Type Ⅲ, Self Overcoming. Conclusion : This study results revealed that different approaches of support programs are needed to address the three types of smoking cessation and their characteristics

        중환자 전문간호사 수요추계연구

        This descriptive study was conducted to project the number of critical care APNs needs in critical care units in an acute care hospital setting, up to the year 2020. Method: Necessary data and information were collected from various funded reports, professional literature, web-sites and personal visits to national and private institutions. The demand of critical care APNs were projected based on two critical care APNs per critical care units. Results: The projected number of critical APNs for the critical care units in acute care hospital settings as follows: 1) The total projected number f critical care APNs needed for critical care units were 1,270 in 2001. 2) By the year 2020, total number of projected needed in critical care units will be 1,080-1,700. Conclusion: In order to match the supply to the need, the professional organization should direct their efforts toward enacting legislation. Educational systems should identify strategies in initiation of critical care APNs programs in masters level as well as standardizing curriculums across the programs.

        회분식 반응기에서의 공정변수 변화에 의한 침강성 탄산칼슘 제조

        For the preparation of calcium carbonate particles from aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry, carbonation reaction of aqueous Ca(OH)2 slurry was carried out by batch method the CO2 into reactor filled with aqueous slurry of Ca(OH)2. The concentration of Ca(OH)2 varies from 1.00 to 7.00wt%, reactor temperature at 20 and 40℃, and reactor pressure from atmospheric pressure to 6.0kgf/cm2. Crystal structure of calcium carbonate was of calcite, the particle size were about 0.05 ∼2.0㎛, and the particle shape was cubic and spindle. When reactor temperature was higher, particle size of calcium carbonate was bigger and particle share was varied, but reaction rate was increased. When reactor pressure was higher, particle size of calcium carbonate was smaller, particle shape was cubic, and reaction ramie was increased.

        In the recent years, as the research and the development of micro and precision machinery become active, the interest of micro actuators using SMA (Shape Memory Alloy) has been increased. The dynamic characteristic analysis of SMA is necessary for actuator application and many common researches report the material characteristics of SMA sufficiently. However, the research on dynamic characteristics is very deficient. In this paper, the helical spring are fabricated with NiTi SMA wire of high resistivity. The force, response speed, temperature, and displacement are measured by digital force gauge, infrared thermometer, and laser displacement sensor so that the dynamic characteristics of this SMA is analyzed. Also, bidirectional actuator was fabricated and experimented for its performance.

        방사선조사와 저칼슘식이가 백서구치의 상아질과 백악질형성에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

        The present study was designed to elucidate the effects of the Cop-60 ?? irradiation and/or calcium-deficient diet on the dentin and cementum formation of rat molar. The pregnant three-week old Sprague-Dawley rats were used for the study. The experimental group was divided into two groups, irradiation/normal diet group and irradiation/calcium-deficient diet group. The control group was non-irradiation/normal diet group. The abdomen of the rats at the 19th day of pregnancy were irradiated with single absorbed dose of 350 cGy. The rat pups were sacrificed on the 14th day after delivery and the maxillae including molar tooth germ were taken. The specimens including the 1st molar tooth germ were prepared to make tissue sections for light and transmission electron microscopy. Some of tissue sections for light microscopy were stained immunohistochemically with anti-fibronectin antibody. The results were as follows; 1. The Hertwig's epithelial root sheath cells, which are related to the differentiation of the tooth-forming cells, showed irregular cellular arrangement, decrease of intercellular junctional complex, and decreased immunoreactivity to the fibronectin after irradiation. These were more severe in the irradiation/calcium-deficient diet group. 2. The cementoblasts at the cementum-forming area showed chromatin clumpings after irradiation. The immu noreactivity to the fibronectin was weaken after irradiation, especially irradiation/calcium-deficient diet group. 3. The odontoblasts at the dentin-forming area showed increase of lysosomes in the cytoplasm and destruction of intercellular junctional complex. The irradiation/calcium-deficient diet group showed decrease of number and density of the electron dense particles and a large number of vacuoles scattered in the dentin matrix. The immunoreactivity was weaken.

        IMT-2000 단말기의 Tx PF용 타원형 협대역 대역통과 필터의 설계에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 IMT-2000 단말기 송신기의 전력증폭기와 주파수 합성기 사이에 이용되는 통과 대역에서 적은 십입 손실과 예리한 선택도를 갖는 소형의 고성능 협대역 대역통과 필터를 설계하였다. 설계된 새로운 구조의 마이크로스트립 선을 이용한 타원함수 협대역 대역통과 필터는 소형(3.2 cm × 1.25 cm)이고, 3㏈ 대역폭이 3 %되는 특성을 갖고 있다. 또한 통과대역에서 삽입 손실이 2.5 ㏈ 이하로 기존의 RF SAW 필터의 삽입 손실 3.2 ㏈보다 우수하다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 차단 대역에서 -56 ㏈ 이하의 두 개의 깊숙한 노치를 보였다. This paper describe the development of narrow-band passband filter with small package and low loss, high selectivity performance. This filter is placed between power amplifier and frequency mixer of IMT-2000 mobile equipment. The elliptic-function narrow-band passband filter is designed with new architecture using the microstrip line. This package is very small by 3.2 cm × 1.25 cm and have the 3 % 3 ㏈ bandwidth. Also in the passband the insertion loss is about 2.5 ㏈ and is better than older RF SAW filter(insertion loss: 3.2 ㏈). In the stop-band it has the two deep notch under the -56 ㏈.
