        CM전문회사의 현장관리조직 운영실태 분석

        This study is aimed at offering basic data for enhancing the organizational structure and productivity of on-site construction management (CM) employees. To accomplish the objective, the organizational operation system and employee evaluation of domestic CM companies were analyzed by site scale to promote efficient operation. The findings are as follows. First, in terms of CM workforce, the employees handling architecture, electricity, and machines represented the highest proportion. As for qualification, top engineers were dispatched to both large-scale and small-scale CM sites more than any other employee. Second, the results on CM organizational productivity are as follows. The per capita sales increased as the service payment increased. In terms of scale, the site worth less than a billion won had per capita sales of 76 million won, about 5 times less than the site worth 5 billion won or more whose per capita sales were 371 million won. The monthly per capita sales also increased as the service payment increased. However, the difference was minimal, about a half of the difference in per capita sales. These findings would be useful for companies that have no systematic criteria for CM organization selection and evaluation.

        Forest therapy program reduces academic and job-seeking stress among college students

        Background and objective: Recreation or activities in forest are regarded as therapy. Many forest therapy programs have been developed and assessed in the domestic. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the forest therapy program on academic and job-seeking stress in college students. Methods: Thirty five subjects were selected as the experimental group and 25 as the control group, and 29 subjects in the experimental group and 11 in the control group participated in the follow-up test to verify the persistence of stress reduction effects. The forest therapy program was carried out once a week for 2 hours each from September 4 to December 4, 2018, adding up to total eight sessions. Results: The experimental group showed statistically significant reduction in both academic stress and job-seeking stress, whereas the control group did not. For the persistence of the forest therapy program, the experimental group did not show a statistically significant difference between the posttest and the follow-up test, and thus the stress reduction effect was maintained. Conclusion: This study proved the reduction of academic and job-seeking stress in forest therapy programs and the persistence of the stress reduction effect of the forest therapy program. The result is consistent with the Stress Recovery Theory (SRT) that shows the stress reduction effect of nature. In addition, it has significance in that it has verified that the program using the forest on campus can reduce stress of most college students.

        Purpose : The aim of this study was to identify the relation of cognition and visuospatial perception in stoke patients. Methods : A total of 16 stroke patients recruited from two hospital located in Donghae, Kang-won participated in this study(Right hemiplegia : twelve, Left hemiplegia : four). All participants scored higher than 20 point on the MMSE-K. To assess the cognitive function, we performed the Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE-K), spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment(LOTCA), Figure Color Copy(FCC), Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test in stoke patients. Results: The Korean version of Mini Mental State Examination and spatial perception domain of Lowenstein Occupational Therapy Cognition Assessment were the highest points in sixty ages, Figure Color Copy is difference between Right hemiplegia and Left hemiplegia. Linebisection Test(LBT) and Albert's test had much relation, visuospatial perception had not relationship. Conclusion: Aging was cognition function and visuospatial perception had an interrelationship. visuospatial perception according to affected side in brain had an interrelationship but cognition function and visuospatial perception had not any interrelationship.

        Serodiagnostic Potential of Mycobacterium avium MAV2054 and MAV5183 Proteins

        <B>ABSTRACT</B><P>TheMycobacterium avium-M. intracellularecomplex (MAC) causes a pulmonary disease (PD) similar to tuberculosis (TB). Diagnosis of MAC-PD is complicated and time-consuming. In this study, the serodiagnostic potential of the newly identified MAV2054 and MAV5183 proteins was evaluated in subjects with MAC-PD, pulmonary TB, or latent TB and in noninfected healthy controls (HC), together with HspX and the 38-kDa antigen, well-known serodiagnosticM. tuberculosisantigens. All four antigens evoked significantly higher IgG responses in MAC-PD and active TB than in latent TB and HC subjects. Among the antigens, MAV2054 elicited the highest antibody responses in pulmonary TB and MAC-PD patients. IgG titers against MAV2054 and MAV5183 were significantly higher in MAC-PD than in pulmonary TB subjects. In addition, the levels of IgG against all antigens in theM. intracellulareand fibrocavitary forms were higher than those in theM. aviumand nodular bronchiectatic forms, respectively. Based on sensitivity and receiver operator characteristic curve analysis, the best candidates for detection of MAC-PD and pulmonary TB were MAV2054 and the 38-kDa antigen, respectively. In total, 76.0% of MAC-PD and 65.0% of active TB patients were reactive to at least two antigens. In contrast, only 2.8% of HC subjects were reactive with two or more antigens. Our findings suggest that an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) using the four antigens would be valuable for screening for mycobacterial lung disease, including MAC-PD and pulmonary TB, although it does not provide good discrimination of the disease-causing pathogens.</P>

        <P> [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to compare the activity of the shoulder and trunk muscles in two push-up positions: standard push-ups and push-ups with the trunk flexed. [Subjects] Fifteen young adult males participated in the study. [Methods] This study measured the clavicular and sternocostal portions of the pectoralis major, the serratus anterior, and the rectus abdominis during push-ups under the two conditions. [Results] The activity of the sternocostal portion of the pectoralis major and that of the rectus abdominis were significantly greater under Condition 1 than under Condition 2. The activity of the clavicular portion of the pectoralis major and that of the serratus anterior were significantly greater under Condition 2 compared with Condition 1. [Conclusion] These results indicate that exercises can selectively activate muscle parts under different clinical situations.</P>

      • Self-assembled, highly crystalline porous ferroelectric poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) interlayer for Si/organic hybrid solar cells

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Ferroelectric polymers can effectively improve the photovoltaic performance of solar cells, inducing an electric field to promote the dissociation of electron-hole pairs, with the thus generated charges collected from open pores. Since such performance enhancement requires materials with a unique porous crystalline structure, we herein present a novel route to highly crystalline and porous poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) thin films utilizing a <I>modified</I> breath figure method based on spin coating. The key feature of the above method is the addition of small amounts of water to the acetone/P(VDF-TrFE) solution to produce porous ferroelectric thin films which have significantly higher crystallinity values than nanostructures or films prepared by other methods. Furthermore, <I>n</I>-Si / poly(3,4-ethylene dioxy thiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) hybrid solar cells with porous P(VDF-TrFE) interlayers are demonstrated to exhibit spontaneous polarization sufficient for increasing their open circuit voltages and fill factors. Finite-difference time-domain simulation reveals that the electric field due to the above spontaneous polarization increases the built-in electric field of the Schottky junction between <I>n</I>-Si and poly(3,4-ethylene dioxy thiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) and reduces the reverse leakage current of the Schottky diode. Thus, the organic ferroelectric thin films with controlled porosity proposed in this study are well suited for a broad range of optoelectronic applications.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> High crystalline and self-assembled porous thin films are fabricated by simple and facile method. </LI> <LI> The addition of small amounts of water to the acetone/P(VDF-TrFE) solution to produce porous ferroelectric thin films. </LI> <LI> Photovoltaic parameters are enhanced due to spontaneous polarization of the P(VDF-TrFE) interlayer. </LI> <LI> FDTD simulation reveals that the spontaneous polarization increases the built-in electric field of solar cells. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>Self-assembled porous ferroelectric Poly(Vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) thin films are fabricated using a simple spin coating method.         Oncogenic role of protein tyrosine kinase 7 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

        <P>Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is a common subtype of esophageal cancer that is particularly prevalent in East Asian countries. Our previous expression profile analysis showed that the gene encoding protein tyrosine kinase 7 (PTK7) is upregulated in ESCC tissues. Here, we aimed to validate PTK7 as a prognostic factor and a candidate target for molecular treatment of ESCC. Both RT-PCR and Western blot analysis of tissues from ESCC patients revealed that PTK7 was significantly upregulated in tumor tissue samples of ESCC. Immunohistochemical staining of PTK7 showed that increased expression of PTK7 was inversely correlated with overall survival (P = 0.021). In vitro knockdown of PTK7 inhibited proliferation, survival, wound healing, and invasion of ESCC cells. In addition, PTK7 knockdown decreased phosphorylation of Akt, Erk, and focal adhesion kinase (FAK), important determinants of cell proliferation, survival, and migration. Therefore, our findings suggest that PTK7 has potential as a prognostic marker for ESCC and might also be a candidate for targeted therapy in the treatment of ESCC.</P>

      • Durable Sulfonated Poly(arylene sulfide sulfone nitrile)s Containing Naphthalene Units for Direct Methanol Fuel Cells (DMFCs)

        <P>Sulfonated poly(arylene sulfide sulfone nitrile)s (SN) were synthesized to investigate the effects of naphthalene units in the polymer backbone on membrane properties. The small and planar naphthalene in the main chain reduced interdomain distance, as confirmed by molecular simulations and small-angle X-ray scattering patterns. The SN polymer membranes exhibited excellent chemical and mechanical properties, better than those of their phenylene counterpart (SP). In particular, the water uptake and swelling ratio of the SN membranes were much lower than those of the SP membranes. Furthermore, the SN membranes exhibited a greatly reduced methanol permeability ((9–17) × 10<SUP>–8</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> s<SUP>–1</SUP>) compared to Nafion 212 (330 × 10<SUP>–8</SUP> cm<SUP>2</SUP> s<SUP>–1</SUP>) at 30 °C in 10 M methanol.       • Droplet-Guiding Superhydrophobic Arrays of Plasmonic Microposts for Molecular Concentration and Detection

        <P>Droplet-guiding superhydrophobic SERS substrates are created by a combinatorial lithographic technique. Photolithography defines the pattern of a micropillar array with a radial density gradient, whereas colloidal lithography features a nanotip array on the top surface of each micropillar. The nanotip array renders the surface superhydrophobic, and the pattern of micropillars endows the radial gradient of the contact angle, enabling the spontaneous droplet migration toward the center of the pattern. Water droplets containing target molecules are guided to the center, and the molecules dissolved in the droplets are concentrated at the surface of the central micropillar during droplet evaporation. Therefore, the molecules can be analyzed at the predefined position by Raman spectra without scanning the entire substrate. At the same time, the SERS-active nanotip array provides high sensitivity of Raman measurement.</P>
