As an increasing interest in GIS, it has been used in many fields such as urban planning, environment, military. Due to the ubiquitous internet, the number of users are able to take advantage of GIS without the constraints of time and space. However, local government such as Cheonan city does not serve local spatial database properly to user. Therefore, this research proposed the methodologies that can be served effectively local spatial database by combining internet and GIS. This study attempted to determine the degree of asbestos release from the aging slate roof by comparing the asbestos content in the slate roof rain gutter with a colored steel plate (tin plate) over the slate roof. Four slate roof houses located in Haengmok-ri, Asan-si, Chungcheongnam-do, and one house constructed with a colored steel plate on the slate roof were selected to collect the sediment of the roof rain gutter. The asbestos fiber content was calculated by a point counting method using a polarization microscope after pretreatment with conversion treatment and hydrochloric acid treatment. The average asbestos content of the four slate roof rain gutter were 1.89%. However, asbestos was not detected in the Slate covering roof rain gutter, which were constructed on the slate roof. Asbestos fiber content was the highest at 2.89% in the slate roof rain gutter installed in 1976, followed by 2.44% in 1953. From the above results, it is necessary to minimize secondary damage as asbestos fibers released from slate roof houses to the surrounding atmosphere or leaked from slate roofs as rainwater may cause soil pollution and seriously affect residents' health. Although covering with colored steel plates (tin plates) has been shown to prevent the leakage of asbestos fibers to some extent, it is believed that a policy alternative to remove the slate roof as soon as possible is needed to solve the fundamental problem.

We demonstrated the effect of nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant drug and serotonin reuptake inhibitor, on voltage-dependent $K^+$ (Kv) channels in freshly isolated rabbit coronary arterial smooth muscle cells using a whole-cell patch clamp technique. Nortriptyline inhibited Kv currents in a concentration-dependent manner, with an apparent $IC_{50}$ value of $2.86{\pm}0.52{\mu}M$ and a Hill coefficient of $0.77{\pm}0.1$. Although application of nortriptyline did not change the activation curve, nortriptyline shifted the inactivation current toward a more negative potential. Application of train pulses (1 or 2 Hz) did not change the nortriptyline-induced Kv channel inhibition, suggesting that the effects of nortiprtyline were not use-dependent. Preincubation with the Kv1.5 and Kv2.1/2.2 inhibitors, DPO-1 and guangxitoxin did not affect nortriptyline inhibition of Kv channels. From these results, we concluded that nortriptyline inhibited Kv channels in a concentration-dependent and state-independent manner independently of serotonin reuptake.
Design of New Isoindigo-Based Copolymer for Ambipolar Organic Field-Effect Transistors

<P>We report the synthesis of a new conjugated polymer composed of isoindigo (IID) and 2,3-bis[thiophenyl-2-yl]thiophene acrylonitrile (CNTVT) subunits for high-performance n-type organic field-effect transistors (OFETs). To realize high electron mobility for the IID-based conjugated polymer, an electron-withdrawing nitrile group is incorporated into the vinylene unit, thereby shifting the energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital for efficient electron injection from Au electrodes without disrupting the backbone planarity. Uniaxially aligned IID<SUB>24</SUB>-CNTVT-conjugated polymer films for efficient intramolecular charge transport are achieved by off-center spin-coating from preaggregated solutions. To obtain its stable preaggregation in solution, a binary solvent system (a mixture of good and bad solvents) chosen with the assistance of Hansen solubility parameter simulation is used. Through this process, highly aligned IID<SUB>24</SUB>-CNTVT films are obtained by off-center spin coating from a solvent mixture of 9:1 dichlorobenzene/2-methoxyethanol as the good and bad solvents, respectively. The properties of the aligned IID<SUB>24</SUB>-CNTVT films are characterized with various analytical techniques, including UV-visible absorption spectroscopy, angle-resolved near-edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy, and grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering. Top-gate/bottom-contact OFETs with IID<SUB>24</SUB>-CNTVT films aligned in the direction of charge transport exhibit a high-electron field-effect mobility of 0.83 ± 0.13 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/V·s.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
Spontaneous Doping at the Polymer-Polymer Interface for High-Performance Organic Transistors

<P>Low-<I>k</I> amorphous fluorinated polymers such as poly(perfluoroalkenylvinyl ether) (CYTOP) have widely been used as gate dielectrics for organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) because of their strong hydrophobicity to prevent the penetration of moisture and other contaminants and their perfect solvent orthogonality with organic semiconductors. Here, we report a new functionality of the fluorinated low-<I>k</I> polymer dielectrics, which is spontaneous p doping at the dielectric-semiconductor interface in OFETs. This functionality makes the ambipolar charge transport a unipolar p type. In the OFETs based on indacenodithiophene-<I>co</I>-benzothiadiazole and diketopyrrolopyrrole-thieno[3,2-<I>b</I>]thiophene, the charge transport is obviously ambipolar when paired with common polymer dielectrics such as poly(methyl methacrylate); however, it is perfectly modulated to the unipolar p type by applying the fluorinated dielectrics of CYTOP and poly(tetrafluoroethylene) (Teflon). We propose that this modulation of charge transport results from the rearrangement of C-F bonds at the interface between the fluorine-containing dielectrics and the conjugated polymer semiconductors by proper thermal annealing. These well-aligned dipole moments lead to an abrupt downshift of the Fermi level of the semiconductor toward the highest occupied molecular orbitals near the dielectric-semiconductor interface, which provides a p-doping effect on the channel transport and results in unipolar p-type characteristics in the composed OFETs. This study reveals a new functionality of the fluorinated dielectrics for future organic electronics.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We study the effect of solvent and pre-aggregated solution formed in a binary solvent system to achieve high performance organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) with indacenodithiophene-co-benzothiadiazole (IDT-BT) polymer. To quantify the degree of pre-aggregation, we selected a binary solvent system consisting of a mixture of good (chloronaphthanlene (CN), bp = 259 °C) and bad (2-methoxyl ethanol (2-ME), bp = 124 °C) solvents with various mixing ratios from 0 to 30 v% with the help of a Hansen solubility parameters program. The formation of pre-aggregated IDT-BT polymer was identified in an 8:2 CN:2-ME solvent ratio via a red-shift in a UV–vis absorption spectrum. The off-center spin coated IDT-BT OFETs from 8:2 ratio (CN:2-ME) solution exhibited more than double the improvement in field effect mobility (<SUP>μFET</SUP> = 1.38 ± 0.19 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/Vs) due to efficient charge injection through the smooth semiconducting film surface fabricated by the off-center spin-coating process from the polymer pre-aggregate in the binary solvent system with an appropriate mixing ratio.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Effect of binary solvent for performance in IDT-BT based OFETs is investigated. </LI> <LI> Twice improved field effect mobility of <SUP>μFET</SUP> = 1.38 ± 0.19 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/Vs is achieved. </LI> <LI> This improvement is due to efficient charge injection through the smooth IDT-BT film surface. </LI> </UL> </P> <P><B>Graphical abstract</B></P> <P>[DISPLAY OMISSION]</P>
