        In recent years, the marketing literature has given considerable attention to the concept of online consumer misbehaviour. However, this increased interest has resulted in a significant accumulation of knowledge, leading to fragmentation and confusion in the field. This situation has serious implications for both researchers and practitioners, as it impedes the development of a coherent and unified understanding of the field. To address this issue, this paper presents a systematic review aimed at consolidating and organizing the available research on online consumer misbehaviour. The paper provides a conceptualization and operationalization of the concept of OCM. Additionally, the paper identifies and discusses the existing theories used in the field of OCM research.

        Stability Analysis and Robust H∞ Controller Synthesis with Derivatives of Membership Functions for T-S Fuzzy Systems with Time-varying Delay: Input-output Stability Approach

        This paper investigates the problem of delay dependent stability and H∞ control design with derivatives of membership functions of uncertain Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with interval time-varying delay. A model transformation is employed by considering a three-term approximation of delayed state vector. Using Scaled Small Gain (SSG) theorem and fuzzy weighting-dependent Lyapunov functions with some useful slack variables, less conservative robust stability and stabilization criteria are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be easily solved by using standard numerical packages. Finally, numerical experiments are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

        A meshfree method based on weak-strong form for structural analysis

        In this work, we propose a novel method associating a weak form Moving Least Square (MLS) method, also called Element Free Galerkin (EFG) method, and a strong form MLS method to solve the structural problems in two-dimensional elasticity. Therefore we use the displacement compatibility and the force equilibrium conditions on the interface to ensure the coupling between meshfree weak form method and meshfree strong form method. The strong form MLS method is easy to implement and computationally efficient, but it can be unstable and less precise for problems with Neumann boundary conditions. On the other hand, the weak form MLS method ensures very good stability and excellent precision, but it requires the numerical integration which makes this method not “truly” meshless and computationally expensive. Among of the advantages of the proposed method are the following: (i) numerical integrations are avoided for all nodes in the domain of the strong form approximation, (ii) the weak form can be used for nodes on the Neumann boundary, (iii) the strong form can be used in the region of large deformation. Comparative studies with analytical solutions and weak form methods are presented to show the effectiveness and performance of the proposed method.

        Tablets and the omnipresent mobile environment create opportunities and challenges for m-commerce (mobile commerce) vendors, seeking to increase their profits. Understanding factors that affect that consumer behavior, positively and negatively, in tablets is essential for vendors in order to provide a fruitful m-commerce customer experience. The objective of this paper is to facilitate the understanding of consumers’ perceptions and behavior in m-commerce and social media on tablets and explore the potential of tablets for m-commerce purposes. The paper reports the findings of two exploratory research studies on wine and luxury goods. The first study examines consumer perceptions of the use of tablets and social media, in the context of m-commerce of wine. The second study relates to selling of luxury goods through the Internet. The results of our qualitative analysis show that user experience and design aspects, such as ease-of-use, are important factors for tablet adoption and use for m-commerce and social media. Adapting web content to tablets is, therefore, critical to enable effective m-commerce on this popular device. Business opportunities enabled by tablets and social media in m-commerce and how these can be leveraged in the wine and the wider luxury goods context are discussed.

        Moroccan residents’ perceptions of the hospital learning environment measured with the French version of the Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environment Measure

        Purpose: This study aimed to assess the educational environment of residents in Morocco and to compare residents’ perceptions depending on their specialty. Methods: We applied the French version of the Postgraduate Hospital Educational Environment Measure (PHEEM) to measure theeducational environment at 6 hospitals in Rabat from January to June 2017. The internal reliability of the questionnaire was assessedusing Cronbach’s α coefficient. Principal component analysis was conducted to assess the construct validity of the 3 subscales of thePHEEM questionnaire. Analysis of variance was performed to compare the mean scores of the overall PHEEM, its subscales, and eachitem among the 6 specialties. Results: Responses from 255 residents were included. The 40-item PHEEM questionnaire showed a high level of reliability, with aCronbach’s α of 0.91. Principal component analysis of all 40 items suggested that 3 factors explained 48% of the variance, with better results for the teaching subscale. Moroccan residents perceived their educational environment as more positive than negative. There weresignificant differences in the overall and subscale scores among the 6 specialties. Conclusion: The French version of the PHEEM was confirmed to be a valid and reliable instrument in Morocco. Moroccan residentsperceived their educational environment as more positive than negative, but room for improvement remained, with challenges including the poor infrastructure, the suboptimal quality of supervision, and inadequate teaching and work regulations.

      • Modeling and Code Generation of Android Applications Using Acceleo

        The development of mobile applications becomes increasingly popular in our daily life due to the intensive use of applications in mobile devices like smartphones and tablets. The diversity and variety of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, Black Berry, Windows Phone, etc.) make software engineers in front of a big challenge to develop the same application for these different platforms. This paper presents a methodology based on the Model Driven Architecture (MDA) to develop mobile applications according to the principle “develops once, use everywhere”. Our approach exploits UML modeling and Acceleo to generate specific code in order to accelerate and facilitate the development of mobile applications.

        Outcomes of nonsurgical periodontal therapy in severe generalized aggressive periodontitis

        Purpose: Aggressive periodontitis, especially in its severe form, was traditionally considered to have an unfavourable prognosis. It required a complex treatment and its stabilization was often achieved by surgical therapy. The aim of this study was to investigate the results of nonsurgical periodontal treatment in severe generalized forms of aggressive periodontitis. Methods: Patients with advanced generalized aggressive periodontitis were included in the study. Probing depth (PD) of pockets ≥7 mm and clinical attachment level (CAL) of sites with attachment loss ≥5 mm were measured at baseline before nonsurgical periodontal treatment, at re-evaluation, and after treatment. The following other parameters were recorded: resolution of inflammation and bone fill. We compared the baseline values with re-evaluation and posttreatment values using the Friedman test. The Wilcoxon test with the Bonferroni correction was used for both re-evaluation and posttreatment values. Results: Seven patients with 266 periodontal sites were examined. A significant difference was found between values, reported as medians with interquartile ranges, for PD at baseline (7.94 [7.33–8.19] mm) and both re-evaluation (4.33 [3.63–5.08] mm) and posttreatment (3.54 [3.33–4.11] mm) values (P=0.002). A significant difference was also found between values for CAL at baseline (9.02 [7.5–9.2] mm) and both re-evaluation (6.55 [6.30–6.87] mm) and posttreatment (6.45 [5.70–6.61] mm) (P=0.002). Inflammation was resolved and angular bone defects were repaired in all cases. Conclusions: These therapeutic results suggest that this form of periodontitis could have positive outcomes after nonsurgical periodontal treatment. The reparative potential of tissue affected by severe aggressive periodontitis should encourage clinicians to save apparently hopeless teeth in cases of this form of periodontitis.

        Adaptive Control of Bilateral Teleoperation System with Compensatory Neural-Fuzzy Controllers

        This paper presents two adaptive neural-fuzzy controllers equipped with compensatory fuzzy control inorder to adjust membership functions, and as well to optimize the adaptive reasoning by using a compensatorylearning algorithm. To the first controller is applied compensatory neural-fuzzy inference (CNFI) and to the secondcompensatory adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (CANFIS). Each controller is incorporated into a two channelbilateral teleoperation architecture involving force-position scheme, which combines the position control of theslave system with force reflection on the master. An analysis of stability and transparency based on a passivityframework is carried out. The resulting controllers are implemented on a one degree of freedom teleoperationsystem actuated by DC motors. The experimental results obtained show a fairly high accuracy in terms of positionand force tracking, under free space motion and hard contact motion, what highlights the effectiveness of theproposed controllers.

        Ultrasonic Flaw Detection in Composite Materials Using SSP-MPSD Algorithm

        Due to the inherent inhomogeneous and anisotropy nature of the composite materials, the detection of internal defects in these materials with non-destructive techniques is an important requirement both for quality checks during the production phase and in service inspection during maintenance operations. The estimation of the time-of-arrival (TOA) and/or time-of-flight (TOF) of the ultrasonic echoes is essential in ultrasonic non-destructive testing (NDT). In this paper, we used split-spectrum processing (SSP) combined with matching pursuit signal decomposition (MPSD) to develop a dedicated ultrasonic detection system. SSP algorithm is used for Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) enhancement, and the MPSD algorithm is used to decompose backscattered signals into a linear expansion of chirplet echoes and estimate the chirplet parameters. Therefore, the combination of SSP and MPSD (SSP-MPSD) presents a powerful technique for ultrasonic NDT. The SSP algorithm is achieved by using Gaussian band pass filters. Then, MPSD algorithm uses the Maximum Likelihood Estimation. The good performance of the proposed method is experimentally verified using ultrasonic races acquired from three specimens of carbon fibre reinforced polymer multi-layered composite materials (CFRP).
