Mobile Robot Navigation based on Human Walking Trajectory in Intelligent Space

This paper presents a mobile robot navigation method based on human walking trajectory in intelligent space. Unlike the traditional navigation methods, the proposed method enables the robot to walk a meaningful path, which reflects human activity patterns in daily life. Human walking trajectories are extracted using multiple distributed vision cameras in intelligent space. To group trajectories with the same direction, trajectory similarity measurement is implemented. Key points on human walking trajectories and typical transfer points are utilized to build a topological map. To navigate a mobile robot to walk along the trajectory of human walking, global path planning based on the topological map and local path planning based on gird map are carried out with the spared information in intelligent space. Experimental results illustrate the performance of the proposed navigation method.

Film noir is a vague research area in film theory that requires further discussion. To base the discussion on historical stages will cut it off from its latest developments, whereas the view of a generalized presentation and style lacks a consensual standard system. The paper begins with Antonin Artaud’s concept of the theatre of cruelty and connects his ideas of cruelty with the fundamental dark ideology and quality of film noir. Building upon existing academic discussions and by approaching the undertones, methodology, and features of film noir with a systematic summary of profiles, we attempt to expand and update the research and theoretical boundaries of film noir. We are of the opinion that film noir systematically directs its abstract themes to reflect on the dark sides of reality and examine the absurd. They put a spotlight on the dark sides of society and communicate the dark meaning through materialized languages and objectified bodies, which convey the sense of nothingness, tragedy, and fatalism of the protagonists. Film noir is a genre in which textual connotations and social criticism are closely connected. Apart from echoing the theatre of cruelty with its key undertone, film noir is essentially the same as the theatre of cruelty from a cultural perspective.

For the problem that the use effect of food processing information system is poor due to absence of knowledge acquisition measures and knowledge self-updating function, a knowledge acquisition approach based on rough set is put forward. First, the approach establishes a set of predicted samples for the relationship between food processing parameters and product quality; then uses the discretization of continuous attribute, attribute reduction and rule extraction algorithm of rough set to acquire automatically predicted knowledge from a large number of predicted sample sets, and then saves the predicted knowledge in the knowledge base of expert system; finally, realizes the extraction of knowledge of food processing process based on the inference engine, which greatly enhances the effectiveness and practicality of the acquired knowledge in online aided decision system of the food processing quality and safety.

In this paper, oscillation and stability of nonlinear neutral impulsive delay differential equation are studied. The main result of this paper is that oscillation and stability of nonlinear impulsive neutral delay differential equations are equivalent to oscillation and stability of corresponding nonimpulsive neutral delay differential equations. At last, two examples are given to illustrate the importance of this study.
Blind Separation of Tampered Image Based on JPEG Double Quantization Effect

The double quantization effect of JPEG provides important clue for detecting image tampering. Whenever an original JPEG image has undergone a localized tampering and saved in JPEG again, the DCT coefficients of the areas without tampering will be compressed for twice while the tampered areas only suffered once. The Alternating Current (AC) coefficient distribution accord with a Laplace probability density distribution described with parameter. This paper proposed a new double compression probability model of JPEG image to describe the change of DCT coefficients’ statistical properties after the double compression. According to Bayes’ theorem, using the posterior probability, the model can also show the eigenvalues of the double and single compressed block. We assign a dynamic adaptive threshold for the eigenvalues with the Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm. Then the tampered region is detected and separated automatically by using the threshold. The experimental results show that the method can detect and separate the tamped area effectively and it outperforms other algorithms in terms of the detection result especially when the second compression factor is smaller than the first one. Compared with other traditional methods, the proposed approach could effectively separate the tampered regions from the tampered image without respect to the location, size and number of tampered images.

Data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a mathematical programming approach to asses s relative efficiency of a group of decision-making units. In view of the defects of existing models in evaluating efficiency of the system with P independent subsystems, Yang et al. [10] introduced YMK model with the assumption that decision-making unit(DMU) is independent of each other. But in some production systems, decision-making units usually have some relationships in this way or that. In this paper, DEA model is given by assuming that DMUs can cooperate with others in its subgroups. Some property and the efficiency relationship of the whole system and its subsystems are given.

In recent years, CRISPR/Cas9 has rapidly become one of the most promising genome editing tools because it is simple and easy to use and cost effective. However, the large size of Cas9 sequences limits its application in clinically promising vectors and it also impacts non-viral transfection. In this study, CRISPR/Cas9 adenovirus vectors that target the buffalo 18s rDNA gene were constructed, transfected into 293 cells for adenovirus packaging, and the adenovirus was used to knockout the 18s rDNA gene in buffalo mammary epithelial cells. The results demonstrated that the CRISPR/Cas9 adenovirus vectors for the buffalo 18s rDNA gene could efficiently target the sites as revealed by the fluorescence reporter system. After amplification, the adenovirus titer of Sn458- 18s1 and Sn458-18s2 reached 1.03 × 109PFU/mL and 1.05 × 109 PFU/mL, respectively. For buffalo mammary epithelial cell infection, the efficiency was 100% when the multiplicity of infection (MOI) 100 PFU/mL. There were 9 mutational clones found in the 20 clones, and the gene mutagenesis rate reached 45%. Of these, 2 clones were 35-bp deleted and 7 clones were 12-bp deleted. These results suggested that the adenovirus system overcame the low transfection efficiency of the buffalo mammary epithelial cells associated with using lipid-based methods or electroporation. Moreover, we preliminary developed an efficient technique for multiple-locus gene targeting at repeated sequences of the buffalo genome.
Blind Separation of Permuted Alias Image with Motion Blurred Using Image Enhancement in NSCT Domain

Focused on the issue that motion blurred permuted alias image blind separation, an algorithm using image enhancement based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) domain was proposed. Firstly, permuted alias image was decomposed into low-frequency sub-band and high-frequency sub-bands, which were obtained by spare decomposition based on NSCT domain. Coefficients of high-frequency sub-bands were enhanced according to Bayesian shrinkage threshold and nonlinear gain function, and the enhanced version was got by this method. Then the permuted alias image and the enhanced version were blocked, the correlation coefficients were estimated by each corresponding sub-block, because the permuting image was changed larger, the permuting image could be separated by using threshold method. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can separate the permuting image effectively from the permuted alias image in spite of the motion blurred direction, blur degree, size, location and the number of permuting image.
