      • Multiple myeloma 환자에서 Bortezomib치료 후 발생한 마비성 장폐색증 1례

        Bortezomib is the first clinically available proteasome inhibitor that is clinically effective in the treatment of multiple myeloma. A proteasome inhibitor acts through multiple mechanisms to arrest tumor growth, tumor spread, and angiogenesis. The main adverse effects of bortezomib are gastrointestinal symptoms, cytopenia, fatigue, and peripheral neuropathy. To date, severe paralytic ileus has not been reported as a toxic effect of bortezomib treatment in multiple myeloma. Bortezomib is a novel agent that has only been used clinically for 30 months, so a need exists to further evaluate its toxicity. We report a case of grade Ⅲ (NCI CTCAE v3.0) or grade Ⅳ(SWOG toxicity criteria) paralytic ileus in a 65-year-old man with relapsed multiple myeloma who underwent one cycle of single-agent bortezomib treatment scheduled in a 21-day cycle (1.3 mg/㎥ as a single i.v. bolus on days 1, 4, 8, and 11).

        태안해안국립공원 지역특화자원을 활용한 탐방프로그램 개발 연구

        본 연구를 위해 먼저 국내·외 해상·해안국립공원의 운영프로그램 현황에 대한 조사를 시행하였으며, 조사된 일부 사례의 경우 기후 및 지형적 요인, 그에 따른 생태환경의 차이, 그리고 관련 법령 차이 등의 이유로 즉시 국립공원에 도입하기 보다는 중·장기적 운영계획과 인프라의 확충, 전문성 확보 등 체계적인 준비가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 보다 적합한 탐방프로그램의 개발을 위해 사업대상지 현장방문을 실시하였으며, 기존 운영프로그램 현황, 각종 시설, 인력현황 파악, 주변 환경 분석, 담당자 인터뷰 등을 통해 맞춤형 탐방프로그램을 구성하였다. 태안해안국립공원의 경우, 연구원 협업 철새 가락지 부착체험, 태안 해변길 - 솔모랫길 탐방, 태안해변 드론 탐방, 마음의 의자, 연날리기, 새와 예술 그리고 … 등의 체험형 프로그램과 한서대학교와 함께하는 해양 안전 교육 프로그램, 유류 오염 교육 프로그램 등의 교육형 프로그램 등 모두 8가지 해양국립공원 운영프로그램이 도출되었다. 제안된 탐방프로그램을 운영하기 위해서는 별도의 장소 및 운영시설의 확충, 예산편성, 운영을 위한 타당성 검토 등이 우선되어야 할 것이다. 특히 탐방프로그램을 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 프로그램 지도자의 역량개발이 필요하며, 현재 운영되고 있는 프로그램을 보완하고 새로운 프로그램을 시행하기 위한 추가적 논의가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. For this study, we first examined the currently operating programs of domestic and overseas maritime and costal national parks. It was found that some of the programs require systematic preparations such as mid- and long-term operation plans, infrastructure expansion, and maintenance of professionalism rather than immediately introducing them into national parks due to the differences in climatic and geographic factors, ecological environment, and relevant regulations. To develop more suitable programs, on-site visits were made and the customized programs were suggested by closely examining the status quo and interviewing people in charge of running the currently offered programs. For Taean Coastal National Park, eight programs were recommended as feasible ones, including the experiential programs such as Bird Ringing, Taean Beach Trail - Sol Sand Trail Walking, Travel Taean Beach with Drone, Thinking Chair, Kite Flying, and Culture & Arts Program (Birds, Arts, and …), and the educational programs such as Marine Safety Training and Oil Pollution Awareness Program. For the suggested programs to be realized, the expansion of separate places and operating facilities for each program, budgeting, and feasibility study should be preceded. To operate the programs effectively and efficiently, in particular, it is necessary to develop the competency of program leaders, and additional discussion for supplement the currently operated programs and implement new programs.

        논문 : 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지 유지관리 방안 연구

        국립공원은 주로 산악 지형 내 조성되어 있으므로 산사태에 의한 피해 가능성을 항상 내포하고 있다. 본 연구는 산사태 연구의 일환으로 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지를 체계적으로 유지관리하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 국립공원에 특화된 자체 체크리스트를 제작하였으며, 전국 19개 국립공원 183개소 급경사지에 대한 실태조사가 이루어졌다. 실태조사의 최종 목적은 위험 급경사지에 대한 안정화 대책을 마련하는 것으로 현장조사와 안정해석의 과정을 거친다. 일부 급경사지에서는 위험성 판단을 위해 지상라이다 등 특수 장비를 이용한 조사를 시도하였다. 중장기 정비계획을 위한 투자우선순위 공식을 개발하였으며, 현장자료를 이용한 순위 및 위험등급을 산출하였다. 최종적으로 위험 급경사지의 향후 체계적인 관리를 위해 “국립공원 급경사지 유지관리시스템”을 개발하였으며, 모든 현장자료들은 시스템 내 DB화 되었다. National parks, which are located mainly in mountainous areas, are always at risk of damage by landslides. The goal of this study is to establish a method for systematically maintaining hazardous steep slopes along trails in national parks. We produced a checklist suitable for each of the 19 national parks nationwide and investigated 183 slopes. The aim of these investigations is to recommend appropriate slope-stability countermeasures, including field investigations and stability analysis. We made preliminary investigations at specific sites, evaluating the slope hazard using specialized equipment such as terrestrial LiDAR. An investment priority formula was developed, and ranking and hazardous grades were calculated as part of a long-term maintenance plan. Finally, to systematically manage dangerous slopes and to house all the field data within one system, we developed the “Slope Maintenance System in National Parks” based on web server that can show various information for slopes.

        This study was carried out to investigate the influence of glycerine on the properties of paper. Two types of glycerine treatment were used. First type, when making handsheets, glycerine was added in the plup slurry. Second type, copying paper was soaked in glycerine solution. Microwave treatment was used for the test of paper degradation. The obtained results were summarized as follows: 1. The glycerin was very effective to improve the property of softness. 2. The glycerine was helpful to increase sizing performance of paper as a fixing agent of sizing emulsion. 3. Curl tester was comparatively useful for the measuring of sizing degree.

      • 흡연에 의한 급성 호산구성 폐렴 2예

        최근 흡연을 시작한 젊은 성언에서 급성 호산구성 폐렴의 발생에 대한 증례가 보고되고 있다. 급성 호산구성 폐렴은 대개 발열을 동반하기 때문에 초기에는 감염성 폐렴으로 잘못 진단, 치료되는 경우가 많다. 아직 정확한 병태 생리 및 조직학적 소견은 밝혀져 있지 않지만 병력 청취 및 임상 양상, 방사선 소견의 관찰을 통해 급성 호산구성 폐렴을 의심하고, 진단을 위해 기관지 폐포 세척액 검사를 시행한다면 좀 더 쉽게 진단 내릴 수 있을 것이다. 본 저자들은 최근 처음 시작한 흡연에 의해 발생한 급성 호산구성 폐렴을 진단하고, 스테로이드를 투여하여 성공적으로 치료한 환자 2예를 경험하였기에 이를 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Acute eosinophilic pneumonia(AEP) is characterized by acute febrile respiratory illness associated with diffuse pulmonary infiltration and pulmonary eosinophilia. The specific etiology for acute eosinophilic pneumonia is elusive. By some investigators, cigarette smoking is suggested as a causative substance which can cause AEP. In recent, the authors experienced two cases of AEP following cigarette smoking. Both cases had characteristic features including age around 20 years, new onset smoking before occurance of AEP, diffuse infiltration on chest radiography, pulmonary eosinophilia based on bronchoalveolar lavage and acute improvement after steroid therapy. These clinical features are resemble with previous smoking induced AEP case reports. Base on these clinical features, cigarette smoking associated AEP could be diagnosed more easily.

        Data acquisition of fast time­varying phenomena is relevant to voltage measurement such as speed retrieval of data for analysis, number of channels, etc. To overcome these limitation, a software­based high speed Multichannel Data Acquisition system has been designed and developed. The prototype hardware assembly consists of R6502 microprocessor, 8 bit A/D converter with 8 channel analog multiplexer and related interface circuitry. The data are stored in 32k byte DRAM memory and the stored data are retrieved by a low speed system clock through a digital­to­analog converter onto an X­Y recorder.

      • 검도의 변천과 발달과정에 대한 고찰

        This study aims at ascertaining what kind of historical vicissitude Korean Swordsmanship, Kumdo has undergone in Korea and how it has grown into a sport match as it is now. In order to achieve these goals, the utility of a sword and the social changes which have made influence on it are focused as a basic viewpoint and perspective. Four problems are thought to be solved; the first is what's the cultural and political meaning of development of a sword, the second is what's the historical vicissitude which the traditional Korean Swordsmanship has undergone, the third is when and how Japanese - created swordsmanship as a sport match was introduced into Korea and how it changed the traditional Korean Swordsmanship, and the fourth is what' s the value and characteristic of Korean Swordsmanship. First, it is necessary to look into the origin and history of the sword. The sword was developed as a living tool at first, but it was changed into a weapon, In the Stone Age, the sword was mainly used as a hunting tool In the Bronze Age and Iron Age, the sword took amain part of weaponry. The bronze dagger was the typical sword type of the Bronze Age. The bronze dagger was originally imported into the Korean Peninsula from the northern tribes in Central Asia and Siberia, but later there appeared a unique type named 'sehyung donggem' In the Bronze Age, a bone dagger was also used as a weapon In the Iron Age, there appeared many kinds of iron swords, which are divided into two categories: the long one and the short. Next, the historical vicissitude of the traditional Korean Swordsmanship has to be examined. The earliest form of Swordsmanship was an aspect of war and conquest in the Bronze Age and Iron Age. In the period of the three Kingdoms(Koguryo, Pagjae, Shille), an advanced form of Swordsmanship started to be developed by soldiers, especially in Koguryo, And 'Bongukgumbup (Swordsmanship of the State)' developed in Shilla is the beginning of the tralitional Korean Swordsmanship. In the early middle age(Korea: ancient Korea), the special forces of Korea named 'Sambyolcho' played an important role in the development of a more advancde form of traditional Korean Swordsmanship. In the late middle age(Chosun), many kinds of books on Swordsmanship were published and the Swordsmanship was adopted as one of the subjects of martial arts in the State Examination. Third, it is important to find out how our modern Swordmanship was intrduced in Korea. Our modern Swordmanship was intoduced as a kind of military arts dy Japanese in the period of their rule over Korea. Japanese prohibited the traditional Korean Swordsmanship and forced their sport-like Swordmanship instead Japanese-created Swordsmanship match(they call it kendo) was originally designed to cultivate mind and body. In the match they use a bamboo sword instead of a genuine one. Since our liberation from Japanese rule, Korean Swordsmanship, which has basically the form of Japanese-created Swordsmanship, has been populstized and has become a daily sport. But it has lost much of its traditional essence as martial arts, for example 'Sangmu' spirit. Fourth and in conclusion, it can be said that Korean Swordsmanship has succeeded in popularization but it needs to restore the secrets and essence of the traditional Korean Swordsmanship and develop its new varaion, which must be not only genetalized and systematic but also theoretically back-upped and functionally enhanccd. To make better Korean Swardsmanship, it is essential to develop new skills and instruments in accordance with our bodily and emotional.

      • 植物凝集素 Agastache rugosa에 의한 사람尿의 型分類에 關한 硏究

        Agastache rugosa agglutinnin used in this study reacts as panphytagglutinin on human red blood cells. Agglutination inhibition tests of phytagglutinin, Agastache rugosa and human red blood cells and chicken red blood cells were performed respectively, using 268 cases of human urine, and compared them with the known saliva types, blood groups and serum types and compared them with type of saliva which was classified by Agastache rugosa agglutinin and ABO, MN blood groups and which was classified by Agastache rugosa agglutinin. The results could be summarized as follows; 1. Human urine could be classified into two groups. One group inhibited agglutination activities of Agastache rugosa agglutinin to human red blood cells and the other did not. Among the investigated 268 human urines, the frequency of the former was 25% and the latter was 75%. 2. Among 268 urine specimens tested, 20% inhibited the agglutination activities of Agastache rugosa agglutinin to chicken red blood cells, while 80% did not. 3. The human urine type classified by the agglutination inhibition status of Agastache rugosa and human red blood cells showed close correlation with which was classified by the agglutination inhibition status of Agastache rugosa agglutinin and chicken red blood cells. But all of that two classification had no constant relation with the human saliva type which classified by Agastache rugosa. 4. The distribution of each of the two above-mentioned human urine type had no relation with ABO and MN blood groups.

      • TCR-靜止形 無效電力補償裝置의 周波數應答에 대한 等價回路解析

        Traditionally, the model for power switching circuits at harmonic frequencies connected to an ac system has been an ideal current source. The magnitudes of the currents at each frequency are derived from the anaiysis of idealized current waveform. These currents are injected into the ac system to determine the resonant frequencies and harmonic penetration into the system. A more accurate model for frequency plane analysis is proposed and it is applied to a static VAR compensator(SVC) consisting of a fixed capacitor in parllel with a thyristor controlled reactor(FC­TCR). This model consists of a harmonic voltage source in series with a variable source admittance. The differential equations for the system are first written in order to gain a better insight to the problem. The model is hypothesized and the circuit is analyzed to determine its parameters. Finally, the results of a model test is shown which verify the accuracy of the model.

        This paper considers the design and implementation of a controller to stabilize a single-input single-output unstable plant using pole-assignment technique and observer theory. Assuming that the state variables are avilable for feedback, the pole-assignment technique is used to determine the feedback gains required to achieve a desired set of closed-loop poles. And an observer is designed to estimate the control law using output feedback. The unstable plant is simulated on an ADAC L-100 analog computer with the controller in the feedback loop. And transient output responses are compared using state feedback and output feedback. Active network implementation of the controller/observer is discussed.
