        광섬유 조명시스템 태양추적 장치 및 광케이블 보수작업에 따른 조명 효율 분석

        Fiber optic lighting system be set up of A and the B building. It was cursed with many overall problems of sun-tracking, sensor, control, condenser, set position, fiber cable disconnection and so on. Therefore, Progressed the photosensor exchange, program adjustment, repair of hardware for a solution of sun-tracking error. And also in fiber optical lighting systems it is a rule never to be used repaired glass fiber cable. But in this study, because of the drop in efficiency of damaged cables the existing-cables is obliged to be repaired by the condition that is over 50% of the start efficiency. Damage cables were repaired by cutting and polishing or connecting. The result showed that intensity of illumination rate was improved 40% than the repair works before even if it decreased than initial 72% efficiency. Accordingly 55% of system-efficiency was increased, on average. Also accuracy of sun-tracking focus was improved about 96%.

      • 경주 남리사지에 사용된 석재의 암석학적 특성과 원산지 해석

        이 연구는 경주 남리사지에 이용된 석재를 대상으로 암석의 성인적 분류, 광물 및 지구화학적 특성을 검토하여 석재의 기원지 추정과 고고지질학적 의미를 해석한 것이다. 남리사지에서 출토된 암석은 5종의 화강암질암 (알카리 화강암, 흑운모 화강암, 미문상 화강암, 등립질 화강암, 홍장석 화강암), 세립질 퇴적암 (셰일, 미사암), 호온펠스, 옹회암질암, 염기성 맥암 등이 있다. 이 중에서 서탑에 이용된 암석은 유백색의 중립질 알카리 화강암과 담홍색의 흑운모 화강암이 주류를 이룬다. 각 석재들의 대자율 값은 흑운모 화강암이 4.94~7.59 (평균 6.47)로서 제일 높았으며 미문상 화강암이 0.86~1.54 (평균 1.13)로 제일 낮았다. 알카리 화강암은 3.51, 홍장석 화강암이 5.88, 등립질 화강암이 4.89로서 분화경로와 산출상태에 따라 조금씩 다른 값을 보였다. 이 화강암류는 화학조성으로 볼 때, 거의 동일한 마그마 기원의 칼크-알카리 계열 화강암 영역에 해당된다. 이 석재의 화학적 풍화지수와 풍화 잠재지수는 각각 49.87~61.64와 4.12~8.46 범위로서, 현재 암석이 화학적 풍화작용이 왕성하게 발생하는 정도는 아니나 풍화잠재력은 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 화강암질암의 암석학적 및 지구화학적 특징으로 볼 때, 이들의 성인적 유형은 남산 일대에 분포하는 화강암과 동일하다. 따라서 남리사지의 석조문화재 건축에 사용된 석재는 현지에서 재료를 구하고 현장에서 제작한 자급자족형 석재와 수계의 상류지역에서 도입된 외래형 석재가 공준하고 있는 것으로 해석된다. 자급형 석재가 현지의 원료를 이용한 것은 확실하나 어느 지역에서 채석하여 어디서 가공을 하였는지는 불분명하다. Rock properties around the Namri temple site was studied source area and archaeogeological interpretations based on petrology, mineralogy and geochemistry. Excavated rocks from the area composed of granitic rocks (alkali granite, biotite granite, micrographic granite, eqigranular granite, pink feldspar granite), fine grained sedimentary rocks (shale and siltstone), hornfels, tuffaceous and basic dyke rocks. Almost rock materials of the west pagoda made of white medium grained alkali granite and biotite granite. As the magnetic susceptibility (MS), biotite granite ranges from 4.94 to 7.59 (mean 6.47), and micrographic granite is lowest value of 0.86 to 1.54 (mean 1.13). The mean MS values revealed that alkali granite = 3.51, pink feldspar granite = 5.88, eqigranular granite = 4.89, which are little variatins because of differentiation process and field occurrences. In the geochemical data, the granitic rocks represent a comagmatic calc-alkali series granite. The values of WPI and CIA for rock properties from the Namri temple site range from 49.87 to 61.64 and 4.12 to 8.46, respectively, which values don't going active weathering right now, but weathering potential represents very high. On the basis of petrology and geochemistry of the rock properties from the Namri temple site, the genetic types are the similar as those of the Namsan granite. Therefore, the using rocks of the Namri temple site suggested that domestic type rock properties getting material in the actual place and making in situ, and foreign type rock properties getting from the upstream area are coexisted. Domestic types are sure of making the actual place material, but unclear where is a quarry and working.

      • Sound wave improves drought and salt tolerance in rice plant in wavelength specific manner

        We investigated whether sound waves could improve salt tolerance in rice seedling. The rice seedlings were sound treated with 800 Hz for 1hr, and then treated with 0, 75, 150, and 225mM NaCl for 3 days to observe changes in physiological and morphological aspects. Sound treatment seedlings resulted in enhanced salt stress tolerance, mainly demonstrated by the sound treated seedlings exhibiting of increased root relative water contents (RWC), root length and weight, photochemical efficiency (ratio of variable to maximum fluorescence, Fv/Fm), and germination rate under salt stress condition. This demonstrates that a specific sound wave might be used, not only to alter gene expression in plant, but also to improve salt stress tolerance. In order to test the sound’s effect on plant and its contribution in drought tolerance, plants were subjected to various sound frequencies for an hrs. After 24-hrs sound treatment, plants were exposed to drought for next five days. During the experiment it was observed that sound initiated physiological changes showing tolerance in plant. Sound frequency with ≥ 0.8 kHz enhanced relative water content, stomatal conductance and quantum yield of PSII (Fv/Fm ratio) in drought stress environment. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) production in sound treated plantwasdeclinedcomparedtocontrol. ThermaCAM (Infra-red camera) a software which was used to analyze the plant images temperature showed that sound treated plant and leaf had less temperature (heat) compared to control. The physiological mechanism of sound frequencies induce tolerance in rice plants are discussed.

        태권도 선수의 객관적/주관적 수행력이 지도자의 코칭행동에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 태권도 선수 수행력이 지도자의 코칭행동 변화를 예측하는 독립변수로 가정한 후, 성별에 따른차이를 확인하는 것이다. 태권도 선수 474명(여=189명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후, 질문지의 구성타당도와신뢰도검사를 살펴보았다. 참여자의 기본심리욕구는 통제변수로 사용하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 성별의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 단순기울기분석을 실시하여 조절효과의 방향성을 확인하였다. 선수의 수행력은 최근 1년 입상 유· 무와 횟수로 측정한 객관적 수행력과 인지된 경기력 질문지를 측정한 주관적 수행력으로 각각 측정하였다. 분석 결과객관적 수행력이 높은 남자선수는 여자선수보다 자율성지지 코칭행동은 증가되었고, 통제적 코칭행동은 감소되었다. 이와 달리 주관적 수행력이 높은 여자선수들은 남자선수보다 자율성지지 코칭행동이 증가되었고, 통제적 코칭행동은감소되었다. 객관적 수행력과 주관적 수행력에 따라 상반된 결과가 도출된 이유에 대해서 심도 있게 논하였다. 본연구를 통해 선수의 수행력이 지도자의 코칭행동 변화를 유발할 수 있는 가능성이 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate moderating effect of gender between actual/subjective performance and coaching behaviors. A total of 474 Taekwondo athletes were recruited for this study and construct validity and reliability were verified for questionnaires used in this study. hierarchical regression analysis conducted to verify proposed research hypothesis. Athlete's performance was measured by the actual tournament wins in the recent years and also subjective performance measured by the perceived performance questionnaire. The athletes with more tournament awards, Male player showed higher level of autonomy supportive coaching behavior than female athletes. However, female athletes with higher perceived performance showed autonomy supportive coaching behavior compared to male athletes. on discussion section, changes in coaching behaviors according to actual performance and perceived performance according to gender were discussed in depth.

      • Identification of sound wave induced genes in Arabidopsis thaliana

        Sound and communication through it have significantly contributed to study the ecology, evolution, behavior in animal. Plants may also use sound, but until now, we have been unable to effectively research what the ecological, evolutionary and molecular implications might be in plant. So, we wonder what genes are regulated under sound wave conditions. In particular, our research was centered to increase functional materials including vitamins and anthocyanin in plants. First, we investigated up- and down-regulated genes under sound wave treatments (250, 500, 800, 1000 and 1500Hz) by RNA-seq in Arabidopsis thaliana. In these results, we selected genes of over 8-fold increase and below 8-fold decrease and especially, focus on vitamin and anthocyanin-related genes in RNA-seq level. Second, we confirmed that these up- and down-regulated genes under sound wave treatments by qRT-PCR. Finally, we selected 13 interesting genes. To confirm these results, now, we are performing promoter assay by using promoter-GUS in plant and by using promoter-luciferase in protoplast. After then, we will find to interacting partners of these genes in sound wave signal. Our final goal is understand signaling network under sound wave treatment condition in plant. We hope that if we do find results that suggest that sound wave have a beneficial effect on crop yield and quality, acoustic biology can then have some viable application in agriculture. This could bring new discoveries into development of farming methods.

A wedding hair style and make-up produced a spring wedding hair style and make-up such as pink colour like romantic girls, green colour like a bud, yellow order as mild as spring sun, and taste violet of a mystic love. Therefore, A wedding hair style and make-up must be produced as follows. Firstly, to produce a love of spring, hair point must be emphasized the natural image through unfixed production. Secondly, to produce a brige of spring, hair point must be the up-style wedding hair produced to a clean and graceful feeling. Thirdly, to produce a romantic feeling, hair point must be appeared the wedding hair style shedding a luxury atmosphere.

      • [P355] Papillary eccrine adenoma developed on the toe

        Papillary eccrine adenoma(PEA) is a rare benign cutaneous tumor. It is most commonly seen in middle aged women and located on the extremities. Histological findings show various sized multiple dilated ducts lines by 2 to 5 cell layers of cuboidal cells with intraluminal papillary injection. Histologically, it is necessary to differentiate from tumors characterized by papillary injections. Especially, differential diagnosis from aggressive digital papillary adenoma is required in case of the tumor located on a finger or toe. A 50-year-old female presented with solitary 0.5 x 0.5cm sized brownish colored nodule on the left big toe of several years` duration. She complained of mild pain when the toe was moving or the nodule was pressed. Histologic examination revealed well-circumscribed non-encapsulated dermal tumor composed of multiple dilated tubular structures with intraluminal papillary projections. Immunohistochemistry findings were positive for S-100 of inner cell layer. Outmost layer of cells were positive for SMA and keratin 14. The patient was diagnosed with papillary eccrine adenoma and underwent surgical excision without any evidence of recurrence at 3 months. In English literature, only 4 cases of PEAs located on fingers or toes have been reported. We report a rare case of PEA developed on the toe and review the literature.
